Hugh W.The Dr liver side window was not sealed properly so highway speeds were extremely loud and the truck would shape badly at 65 mph or higher. The dash was extremely dirty when I picked it up and windows needed cleaned. When I returned I forgot I had 6 boxes left in the back that needed returned and they stated they would go back in their inventory unless I came in with a receipt. We just moved so I was want able to locate the receipt or head back into the store. Seems shady to resale brand new boxes that you know were paid for by the precious customer.

Ronnie O.The main guy who helped us was extremely distant and almost came off as cold and uncaring. He wasn't rude per-say but very stand offish. The younger guy was very friendly and helpful. When I turned the truck back in, I asked the younger guy what his co-worker's problem was from the day before. He told me that his co-worker was "a cool guy"; but maybe he was having a bad day. As a former Uhaul employee myself ( League City, TX location); I know what to look for when I go to a Uhaul location.. The main guy who helped us when picking up the rental could use some pointers on customer service; as well as just being friendly. Just cuz your having a bad doesn't give you the right to take it out on customers...
Jack W.Please do better in 26' predictability; you cannot call a customer 2 days before pickup and change the location to more than 50 miles away. I understand they're hard to find and make you a lot of money but first reserved; first take! Abide by it.
Yanier S.We did mobile pickup but still had to wait in line to get the keys, so I'm not sure what the point of mobile pick up is. Truck was dirty inside but overall, everything was fine.
