When I returned the van, nobody came out to the return location. When I came inside after, two people were sitting down at the counter one on his cell phone. When it was time for my receipt, the other worker made me come to him so he didn't have to get out of his chair to hand it to me. It was like it was a bother for them to have to work today.Joseph S.

Clean the inside of the vehicles. It's looks and smells as though it was never cleaned and it only had 10,000 miles on it. It was difficult to see out of the windows with the sun because the inside of the windows were so dirty and hazy.Beth G.

Must have been a bad time; poor girl was stuck at the counter with a long line, but when I was helped they extended out the time I had with the van (rented for 2 hours, received 4 hours) and the extra time did end up helping.Dustin M.

When I dropped off the trailer the signage was very good. However the sign instructed you to stop and to stay in your vehicle and wait for someone to come out. But no one came out and I had to go inside so it's a little confusing.Paul D.
The fuel was NOT between 3/4 and 7/8 (13/16 indicated on the gauge...) when I left with the vehicle at the start of the contract term... I did not remember to address this because of unmarked damage and issues with a purchase before I left with the vehicle at the start of the contract, I DID return it ABOVE 7/8 to avoid gasoline charges... however, more care should be taken in the future to 1) mark damages (there were a LOT of unmarked damages), 2) cite proper fuel levels... this was not a great expense; however, it was one I should not have borne... as 13 miles should have used less than a gallon of fuel, and I put in 2.8 gallons to ensure I wasnt charged...David V.

Went to drop off the truck at this location, the person working told me I did not have a reservation to drop the truck off there and he would not accept the truck anyways because it was a 26 footer. It would block part of his parking lot out front. Told me to drive farther down the road to drop it off at a different location. Pretty unprofessional but what do I know, I'm just a paying customer.Colton H.

1st we got a 17ft truck that had the catalytic converter cut off so it stunk bad and barely went. I had people passing me and giving me the "bird." 2nd they asked us how many mile we were driving we told them 20-30 miles. We drove 5.7 miles each way and made 2 trips. The gas tank only took $8.00. We returned the truck overnight. I got charged $65.10. On top of $134 saying we drove 177 miles and didn't put gas back in it. I have always used uhaul and have been a satisfied customer never any issues. I'm very upset.Rachel M.

No issues with this location but when I called I reached a call center that wasn't aware of other locations on Alexis rd. They we're willing to look but after getting the process going I realized it wasn't the location I wanted. didnt want to restart the lenghthy process so I just went with it. wish they would of made sure at the begining is all. no big deal tho it all worked out.Andrew M.
The strap going around the wheel on the car transporter was cut short so there was nothing holding the pass wheel down. I gave the guy I was buying the car from 5 dollars for a strap to hold it down. I alerted the drop off stationJoseph R.
Better inspection by crew when. Picking up ewuipment. I rented a trailer and your guys hooked it up and checked the lights. The guy had me use the turn signals and said I was all set. I asked him about the tail lights and brake lights. He assured me if turn signals worked, then all lights were working. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER, but was in a hurry so I left. After loading in Cincinnati I found right rear tire was VERY low, almost flat. After putting in a lot of air, all good until after dark. I found myself driving toward Washington with no trailer lights! Wound up at a rest area on my back redoing the wiring!!!! There was a problem with the plug on my truck, so I had to cut it off and strip the wires and tape them into trailer plug. Should have caught by your set-up guy. Could have fixed before I left the yard, and I wouldn't have been stuck on the highway at night repairing the problem. :(((Lawrence C.

I called 4 days in advance to reserve a 5x9 trailer. The morning of my pick up I was called and told they did not have the requested trailer. I would need to drive farther away to pick one. up unless I could use a 4x8 size. Not happy!Dana P.

The truck I rented was filthy, and poorly maintained. Had to roll the window down and push the mirror out every time I needed to change lanes. Food and dog or cat hair all over the inside of the cab, the box hadn't been swept . POOR SERVICE TO A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!Gregory A.

I was told I had one size that was outside, told to finish my reservation online which I did. By the time I get to the store with the first load of hired help, the system is down. Can not find my reservation, card and code would not work. Upstairs unit. Trailers in the way making it extremely difficult to unload. Now have to get another unit which I CAN NOT afford and have to hire another crew to come help me. Not to mention the door didnt close last night. My crew was my extremely upset, we had to move a trailer to get in to upload. I was so embarrassed and will get out as soon as I can. I CANT AFFORD to pay for another unit while trying to rebuild as a single mother and get back into a house of our own. Very upset and literally cried over this.Becky D. | First Impressions
