The associate that rented to us on the day of our move was extremely unprofessional. He used curse words that were inappropriate to say to a customer and acted like he did not care about our needs.
This was not the guy that I originally rented from nor the girl that also helped me. They however were very

Staff and location were in one word, phenomenal. Our only issue was via the uhaul reservation website. They did not have the size of unit that we reserved so we had to use a smaller unit. While everything did fit, it was a tight squeeze and stressful to fit it all into the unit (at the end of a long distance move which is already stressful). The online booking system should be more accurate, as the unit size was one of the factors we considered for the storage location.

Overall it was a good experienve. Although having self pick up on the trailers would be beneficial. I thought this was the case but was told you could not "Do it yourself". The time frame for the center closing caused a rush to get back with in 24 hrs. It would have been more convient for my timing if I could have picked up at 6PM with self service. Staff was kind and knowledgeable.

Setting up the reservation we choose the storage as well. I was given option on line to drop off and storage as well. They were at two different locations provided. When we reached this location we found better options in bossier parish closer on both. And also was able to drop off at the same location. The digital system is not as helpful as your employees were. For a better human race, lose the AI and keep hiring good employees. Thank you.

I rented this unit for almost 2 years. Was not happy about the constant rate increases. Got into the unit at 149 a month ended at 169 a month. Also their system has my card on file for auto pay, yet the first couple months it wouldn’t do it so I would get charged a additional 20$ each month and even after that bug was fixed no refund just the customers fault. This has happend numerous times during my stay at uhaul. Also this is not the facility fault but corporate, I can never get in touch with facility it would always go straight to corporate, which made dealing my my stuff at the facility very difficult.

I'm 77 years old and live off of just over $1100.00 dollars a month! My house burned and I needed to put what was saved in storage until I could get back into my own home! Ya'll have gone up on me in price at least twice and I could barely come up with the 1st. Cost Now it's gone up to $156.00 a month! It's killing me but I don't want to lose my things, precious memories! I'm stressed that I'm struggling to keep from losing my things! I am on my own and barely surviving!

The manager WANDA is rudy, the other stuff was amazing and helpful I only give 2 stars because of the rudy phone calls and nasty looks she was giving us. We used this location to store our stuff during a move. It was a convenient location and good prices for air conditioned storage. The staff was always friendly and helpful and did go above and beyond most of the time to find me a solution. However, I can’t rate 5 stars because there was a roof leak and some of my items got ruined and some damaged. My unit was not the only one effected. If we hadn’t been there the day after the rain, not sure we would have found out our unit was effected. However, the staff was helpful and hired movers to move me to a dry unit and gave me a free month’s rent. I would recommend this location to others, but will also share my experience of the roof leak. Unfortunate.

The older lady that works here is rude. We had an issue when we went and paid because she didn’t log in her computer, she handed my husband a receipt showing we had paid when in fact it wasn’t paid. Didn’t know that until later when I received an invoice saying that we owed money still. She very rude about the whole situation and tried to blame us for this issue. I have closed out our storage unit and will not be back here and I do not recommend this office! I will be glad to go to other offices but this one in the 4100 block of Barksdale Blvd is horrible!

The manager and staff are useless at his facility. The a/c unit leaked water in my unit on a piece of furniture that I just restored. The office covered thier items not even a phone call for my unit.

the worse service, not well trained or staff just didn't care. I also had to wait to on hold for uhaul operator at 1800 468 4285 for 25 minutes to assist to return truck since app wouldn't work.
