Employees charged more than they said and did NOT correct the invoice as they said they would. Will not go back to that store. They need to get off there phones and take care of their jobs. That store is full of incompetent people who lie. Again I will not go back nor will I recommend it to my friends. They charge double and lie about when return time is. DON’T TRUST THAT STORE!

The trailer had an over bearing smell of Pot or some really rank ass BO! The attendant and I discovered this after everything was hooked up and checked and I was in a hurry to move my personal property by a 5pm deadline. The attendant repeatedly asked if he could offer a solution, but I declined his offer. Even after, airing out the trailer while i was loading and unloading and being empty and aired out over night... it still stunk when i turned it in to the same attendant the next day. I just pray for whomever gets to power wash that nasty stank smell out.. as bad as it was yall may need to put the trailer out of its misery for good.. it was terrible stank. I dont think that the uhaul attendant could have more than what they had offered such as att er mpting to diffuse the odor or attempting to trade out trailers, they diligently tried to make me happy.

A 17ft truck was reserved, but when I got to the location there were no trucks available. I was sent to another location and paid for a truck, but was informed by the worker that the keys to the truck were taken home by another worker. She stated there was nothing she could do as the other trucks were reserved. I requested a refund and proceeded to leave. The worker then stated that the worker was on his way with the key. So basically both locations provided poor service due to being dishonest in reserving trucks that are not available and disorganized in not having the essentials such as KEYS to trucks. This was a very frustrating experience ):



No instructions given to report existing damage of rental equipment before leaving premises.



Train your employees how to quote prices on equip not tell the customer its either this amount or this amount. Especially if the customer ask for a certain style of trailer. Also the customer service rep should stand up and great the customer and not be on his cell phone.

The person that was on duty when I arrived was supposed to had already received transfer request for me to get trailer from this location. The other location screwed that up. Then the male was sitting on the speaker phone with someone (rude/unprofessional) while focusing on his meal on the desk in front of him. He abruptly, as if WE were bothering his break, and snobbishly snapped about helping us. Upon presenting my ID and the CUSTOMER COPY OF CONTRACT he looked me up in system and informed me I was to pick trailer up on south end of neighboring city. I refused and told him I was supposed to get truck and trailer that day from 3100 Barksdale Blvd but they rented everything out from underneath us. I refuse to drive all over 2 towns to get what should have been RESERVED WITH THE PAYMENT FOR CONTRACT at one location. He snappingly jumped on phone and had them transfer it in system to his location from the place that dropped the ball (location in South Shreveport). Upon getting the truck loaded at my moms apartment, I realized the WRONG SIZE truck was mislabeled/wrongly classified and it was enough to get JUST HALF of her things. Upon realizing I would need a 2nd trip to Ohio (13 hr drive for someone with spine and nerve damage isn't PROPER OR PROFESSIONAL TO EXPECT CUSTOMER TO TRAVEL CITIES TO GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE to be RESERVED). I quickly called this 4100 location to inquire about same size truck and pricing. He RUDELY, UNPROFESSIONALLY, AND DEHUMANIZINGLY exclaimed for me to look at the contract and DEDUCT trailer amount for my pricing. Like yet again, I was a hassle and bother to him. I explained the contract was not obtainable at the moment since we were loading the truck and just look in the system and tell me how much it is. Upon being in the office when picking up the trailer, after retail mgmt experience from 1996-2017....aka MY KNOWING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I kindly implied to him I would climb the chain on the phone all way to the DM or CEO of the company if things weren't handled properly! This area needs a NEW DM (District Mgr) or AM (Area Mgr) or however you classify your districts and get these people down here with this known UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, DEHUMANIZING, RESPECT RAPING OF CUSTOMERS attitudes and the mgrs of these facilities IN LINE!!!!

Through no fault of this facility. UHaul needs to update their computer system. With reservations it took over an hour just pick up a trailer. U-hauls server is that outdated.

Initially the staff was uncertain whether they would accept my return and assist with removing my car from the trailer. They eventually accepted the return and assisted with off loading.



Remember to bring the dolly and appliance dolly with you. They do accept unused furniture pads and boxes for full refund! Awesome ! Drove 290 miles on $80 fuel - crazy GOOD!

lady working at the drop off location was very rude. drop off location was changed without me knowing until I was halfway through my trip. when I asked the lady at the new drop off location why it was changed she said "its not her problem and I needed to contact Uhaul" she would also not allow me to check the truck with her, she snatched the keys and said "you can leave" I asked for a receipt and was told that she doesn't provide anything.
