Very efficiently run business. Associates are very customer-oriented, and friendly. We love that most of the time they have 2 persons working there, at least during the weekends. Professional staff members whom were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and expressed customer service skills which shocked me. I have my MBA and previous held executive positions which I only could have dreamt of my employees having these impressive. These two employees without question are both a huge positive contribution to your company! They both deserve a pay raise of armrest 15% on their hourly wage. This is a suggestion your company should not second question as if these employers would find employment elsewhere, your location would most likely go to the pits! I appreciate your service and your staff. I do think since I moved out on 9/12/20–not using the storage for even half of my last month there-- a refund of at least half the rent for September would have been fair and reasonable.

Truck was great. It did have a strong cigarette smell inside cab from precious users. So it could have used some more freshing up. Gas gague was 1/3 filled not 1/2 as was stated when I picked up the truck. Had some trouble with app. Phone support was a big help.

Please correct google maps! If you follow the directions given you'll end up near the interstate. Even then their is a uhaul in that area but it sends you across the street to a vacant building instead of across the tracks where the uhaul building actually is. (It's still the wrong location. )

Had alot of problems returning the truck. It was raining and although the young man was helpful and friendly he notified us the system was down and he could not accept the keys to turn in the truck, later he did give us the option to leave them in the drop box or to come in the am.. Although according to the received email, the truck was not due until 1pm that next day, a Sunday. The next morning i didnt get any calls or messages until 10am. but a woman named Wanda was insistant she immediately needed the keys to move the truck, so i stopped on my way to church. She was not understanding and insisted she had been calling since 9am..This was not the case according to my call logs and she was not wearing a mask during our interaction, though i was. I also told her the truck was in good shape except dog hair was present on the passenger seat except we didnt have a dog. other than that i was not asked to sign anything.

You need to improve customer service. The person waited on my Son called him Boy several times & was very disrespectful. He also made him fill the tank up or he was going to charge him for gas at a ridiculous price and it was 3/4 full when we picked it up and when my Son dropped it off. He told him to go put gas in it or he was charging it to the card on file and when he did and came back he wanted to charge him for mileage and we wasn't over it. This was the worst experience we ever had at a U-Haul. I don't think we should have filled it up when we received it at 3/4 of a tank. No I will not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. I don't want anyone to lose their job; but be told to treat everyone with respect. We should receive a refund for the extra gas that was put into the truck.

This is a really nice moving equipment rental facility. Great access, large paved parking..work area. And pretty nice and clean office area. Also the staff is professional, knowledgeable and enhance the customer experience. No recommendations for improvement.

I tried to purchase insurance on the 26' foot truck that I rented yesterday.i was not allowed to. I was told I would be responsible for any damages to the vehicle,even if it was‘nt my fault,and that I would have to come up with the money for damages out of my own pocket. This is a bad policy. I have spent over $400 at your store in the past month on boxes,tape,packing paper,and other assorted moving items. The advertised rental of $39.95 a day plus mileage wound up costing me $110 plus the gas I had to add at the end. I drove the truck 17 miles total and got charged for 40 miles. Not right.

The older lady that works here is rude. We had an issue when we went and paid because she didn’t log in her computer, she handed my husband a receipt showing we had paid when in fact it wasn’t paid. Didn’t know that until later when I received an invoice saying that we owed money still. She very rude about the whole situation and tried to blame us for this issue. I have closed out our storage unit and will not be back here and I do not recommend this office! I will be glad to go to other offices but this one in the 4100 block of Barksdale Blvd is horrible!

The manager and staff are useless at his facility. The a/c unit leaked water in my unit on a piece of furniture that I just restored. The office covered thier items not even a phone call for my unit.
