Take better care of the trucks. The brakes were terrible and unsafe to drive. Drake pedal goes to the floor at times and hard to stop. Felt as if the wheels had flat spots in them as they were very bumpy on the flattest of roads. One of the front tires were 30 lbs. low on air when i picked the truck up. Told them about the issues when i dropped the truck off and was made to seem as if it wasn't a big deal. No apology was made. Very disappointed in my moving experience thanks to the condition of this truck.

This was so convienent and drop off was so quick! I am not sure what the young mans name was that helped me but he was quick and friendly! The pull in and pull out setup of the lot is also super efficient.

I attempted to use the app but it would not work. I then used the online feature and it was incredibly difficult. I spent literally hours on the phone with customer service and it still did not work well. I was at the pick up for 45 minutes trying to get the truck. Do not use the online pickup/drop off. Go and pick it up at the location during regular business hours.

The battery went dead, and calling the roadside assist. it took over 1 hour to get a real person to answer. Listen to a recording telling me to log on to uhaul.com/help, this took over one hour. I then was given a 60 to 90 Min ETA. this breakdown was at 11:30 and after 2 1/2 hours The local Police Finally assisted in finding me a jump box to get me going. I rate your roadside assistance a below F. Please try to improve. this was totally unacceptable.

U-Haul agent was having significant difficulty with computer system upon pickup...took over one hour to pick up a small trailer. On the positive side, the trailer was in good condition and the drop-off only took 5-minutes.

When I returned the cargo van at 5am, the van had no damage, I was charged $150 deductable for a 4ft scratch. When I rented the van no one over the outside of the van so as far as I know it might of been there and I didnt notice it. POOR SERVICE

When my turn came to turn in a trailer, “How are you doing?” I ask how the General Manager. He said, “Don’t ask me any questions” and proceeded complaining about being “too busy.” I responded that being busy is a good thing - it is money in the bank for you. He says, “I don’t care. I’ll never get caught up.” Then asked where I was parked, to which I replied, “Out front.” He asked if I was one of the people that pull in the wrong way. (I pulled in correctly.) These just a sampling of the negative rude comments spoken by the “leader” of this U-Haul facility. I don’t rent equipment often, but when I do, it WILL NOT be from this location!

Sales rep was having trouble correlating my reservation with a specific trailer serial number in the U-Haul computer system. He was about to turn me away when the manager came in. He instructed that the computer generated invoice be printed and corrected by hand! Cheers for the old school ! Well done Sir!

The online check-in was a little confusing, but there was a guy at the location who walked me through it, which helped a lot. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The line was long at return, unfortunately the guy who was there in the morning was not in the afternoon - there was one guy at the counter who was swamped. I figured out the online check-out process (based on what I learned from the guy in the morning) and checkout was good. But despite being swamped the folks there are very nice, and knowledgeable.

The attendant was very busy with a long line of customers but he handled everything while keeping all happy. I have a handicap and he went above and beyond to help me. I rarely fill out these appraisals but he deserves my time.

you can improve your technology responsiveness. The people there are ok but it took too long I have rented there before using the same vehicle.. They needed to log my license plate number. That should be in the system. I can order a ride from Lync or Uber and they know who I am. You should pay attention to them. Lync and Uber have to be eating into car rental sales. Change or be disrupted. That said they are always helpful.

3/4 times nobody picked up the phone when I called. They seemed impatient and bored with the work (understandable). They had plenty of stock available and exactly the stock I was looking for. The vehicle had a gash on the top which had been attempted to be fixed either by welding or duct tape or maybe soldering, I couldn't tell. In any case, it wasn't done well or it was done a long time ago or both and it leaked when it rained which made things complicated. They had lots of moving materials at mixed prices (I'm sure set by the national company).

I reserved a truck online. When I went to pick it up, I was told I didn’t have a reservation. And there was nothing she could do for me. When I insisted she offered me a 25 footer but then couldn’t find the keys. The board said the 25 footer was on the work order status.Then she pulled the keys for a 26 footer. No one did a pre walk thru just told me where to find it on the lot and to make sure I took pictures of all the dings. To prove I didn’t make them. I ended up spending $80.00 plus dollar instead of an estimated $48.00.

Express Pick-Up should have its own line. I waited 30 mins in line. The staff at this location were very friendly, just there was only two of them. I heard someone say "last weekend of the month" - maybe additional staff on those days? Maybe someone called out sick? But the folks who were work there were very diligent.

It's a rip off, you charged us 115 when it was only supposed to be 100(total 63.99 but we had a prepaid) we paid for a full day but we're then told that someone else had rented it and need it back immediately. Lady was nice at counter(short grey hair, glasses) but everyone else was rude. And everytime we called you wouldn't answer but we kept miss your call. Customer service is 3 out of 5. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND U-HAUL TO ANYONE!

I rented a 6x12 utility trailer. I picked it up the day before and had planned a trip to haul a new RZR to go riding. Attempted to leave at 6am and while I was getting fuel when I noticed that it had a flat tire. I had to drive an hour out of the way and swap the trailer. The gentlemen was kind about swapping it and was quick despite a line of customers that was there when I got there. Also, rented a vehicle hauler from the Batavia location. Took almost 2 hours to rent because the employee had no idea what they were doing. I went to hitch the trailer and couldn't find it. It ended up being along side of the building and took me almost an hour of strategic backing and maneuvering to get the trailer around a fleet of vehicles blocking my path from leaving. I attempted to notify the employee's but they apparently left after renting me the trailer. Lesson learned, buy your utility trailer. not worth dealing with Uhaul.

Contract No. 85407342 Donald W. Biggs I have only one concern. I drove the truck a total of 41 miles. The needle on the gas tank still read full, yet when I went to fill the tank back up as expected in the contract I put an additional 7 gallons ($18) of gas in. I can't imagine that truck getting only 6 miles to the gallon. Maybe you can clartify...

The truck was mechanically out of balance on the front end. It shook like crazy over 65 mph. Drove from Cincinnati to Columbus. The shaking was worrisome and tiring. It made for a long drive.

Very disappointed. This is my third time I used uhaul on this liocation. The first two was great. The third one, the van censor has low tire on the right . Cannot see the milage. Then when I returned the van, the sales person said I drove 357 miles. I only drove less than 100 miles. I told the sales person that can't be. He said that's the way how it is ,when milage don't lie. Icalled customer service and complain. Someone called me and said the sales person made a mistake and transposed the numbers. So if I did not complain, I'm supposed to pay for the sales person error. I wAs very upset that afternoon.

Facilities understaffed, I feel that we were given the worst maintained truck in the fleet , dirty on inside & out , rocks/ gravel inside back of truck , wouldn’t start after turned off several times. ( loose battery cable) , extremely loud & rough ride , cracked windshield & smelled inside cab. Was charged for more miles than driven & items that I didn’t ask for or use !

Sport trailer had a metal rod to hold the heavy rear door open. Unfortunately, the bolt holding it broke allowing the door to fall on the person loading the trailer. Should be an easy fix. Sport trailer is a perfect size trailer for modest size items.
