The Uhaul was the worst driving one we have ever had. It vibrated horribly and yes I know some vibration is normal. The location we rented from was great though.Anthony W.

App on my phone had problems taking pictures for check-in...chat feature worked to have me go to your web-site and sign in there. It did take longer than I expected to sign-in. Return was smooth as a person from the local store checked me out. Plenty on on-site parking at this store so I could leave my car in their parking lot while I made the quick move of a large item.Larry A.

When I took the truck, I was told the fuel was filled, and if i did not bring ot back full,, i would be charged $4.25 per gallon. The guage looked like it was at the 3/4 mark, but since I was told it was full, I just figured it was oddly configured. When I filled up after use. I discovered I was right and that the truck was not full when I took it. So, I bought twice the amount of fuel as I should have, because the employees at the location had not done their job. I spoke with the manager, but he cited company policy of not reimbursing fuel even though the miles to gallon math showed that I put more fuel in than I used. I sm done with uhaul.Jason L.

During my first rental, the employee who checked me in appeared unhappy and actually made comments that customers should wait outside until they opened at 900 am, even though the door was unlocked prior to that time. During my last rental, I was contacted prior to the pick up time that my truck would not be available until the next day. Our weekend was flexible but not having the truck could have made things difficult for us.Bradley B.

Could not go inside. No one around for about 12 minutes. Finally, a rude person came out to work with me and "hushed" me when I tried to speak, then he argued with me about the gas and tried to tell me I was lying about it. U open at 9. I arrived at 8:30. Attending let me right in. Told him about 50 miles. Returned truck early. He came out before I got out of truck. Asked if truck fan ok. Said yes. Checked gas. Think it was 49.8. Between rental and return, I probably spent 5 minutes in all. ThanksGregory B.

I am a frequent renter of trucks at this facility. Upon check in Will acted like I was not known and followed SOP by asking for a second contact number. I only have one cell phone but luckily the person that was helping me move gave his. UPon return, the line of trucks waiting to be checked in was backed up onto Beechmont Ave. The facility was short staffed and tempers were very heated. The check in employee was obviously overwhelmed with the amount of people who needed to be services and he kept using expletives. Everyone was shocked but we felt for his angnst and luckily my movers pulled in the exit and parked in a spot. I handed him the clerk the keys and he thanked me for parking the truck. He said I would be mailed a receipt but yesterdays' receipt was blank. I sent an email requesting another receipt but have not heard back. Every body can have a bad day but I am always in this place which never seems to have enough help during peak hours or has inexperienced workers which don't seem t be helpful during a crisis.Lori S.

Your place of business is excellent I've never had a problem and it has always been a pleasure to speak with staff. Now 1/27/21 I came in to rent a small truck to move an armoire at snooty Fox it would take less than an hour .. the young lady that helped me was soooo rude and very arrogant , she spoke with an accent so English wasn't very clear , " I asked her to repeat what she said and she really showed she was agitated , "so was I and The experience was horrible the service I received was unbelievable I'm not going to let this experience leave me broken because I appreciate your rental service..Eunice M.

I would so recommend this particular UHaul because it was everything that I could ask for in a storage unit. For the last five months I had to use one of the climate controlled spaces in between moves. When I closed out the space and unpacked my things, it was as though I had stored them in my home.
