I ordered the truck from one location and reservation was sent to another . Also Ensure what the customers order are in the truck I ordered a doll which was not in the truck making my move very difficult.. I called to extend rental 2 hours and they wanted to charge me 75 dollars extra that's practically the cost for a full day

Both me & my son couldn't get into the uhaul site on our cell phone where it stated to return the truck. It seem the uhaul site wasn't working at all. I took a picture if the odometer & gas just in case & put the keys in the slot.

The turn signal light for my trailer light hookup on my vehicle wouldn't work. The supervisor took time out to come out and check, and found a blown fuse. He fixed it for me, and I was able to take the rental trailer. Above and beyond! 5 stars! Will definitely be renting from here again!

None of the employees working the front desk were wearing masks. There was a customer in line that was not wearing a mask and none of the employees asked him to put one on. There was a sign on the front door saying masks were required but none of the employees were wearing one nor were they enforcing it. I felt very uncomfortable by this. I will not be recommending nor using this location again.

There were no dollys or blankets in the truck when I rented it and wasn't notified. I get to my clients property which was a second floor move without any tools. Had to go buy a dolly because the truck wasn't stocked properly

I was charged for gas and had to spend 45 minutes on two phone calls to get it fixed. I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up. This would not be an issue if the truck was checked out full instead of between 1/4 and 1/2. Also, the clerk in the facility did not wear a mask despite signs requiring people to wear masks before entering. I will not return to this facility. Photo avaialbe is requested.

Very convenient, very clean, quiet and friendly staff. However, i wish they had an Elevator in that facility which would have made things so much easier, that's all.

While I received a confirmation that all my reserved equipment would be available, there were no dollies available when I arrived. That said, the customer service rep was very helpful and I ended up buying a rolling cart for a similar price. This lack of available equipment that I reserved in advance has happened to me twice at UHAUL now.

I did everything on the app, it was amazing. But when I dropped the truck off I was trying to find someone to ask where should I leave the keys, there wasn't nobody outside to help and once I went inside the guy that I presume to be the manager was on the phone. I waited in front of him for 4 minutes before he even look at my face, and then he said that someone outside would help me. I went back outside waited for almost ten minutes nobody showed. I went back inside, very pissed because was just a simple question (where should I leave the keys?) and then he still was on the phone and ignored me, so I decided to go outside again and run on the hole parking lot to ask someone. Then I finally found two workers and one of them told me to leave at the truck. So for me the app was perfect but the customer service was horrible.

Twice I received last minute updates. One of which was overnight, while sleeping, to get up at a specific time to pick up the truck at the Confirmed time, to stay on schedule for a busy day of moving. Being informed last minute that my pick up time was now almost two hours later is honestly just not cool. I was also informed last minute that my drop off location was now across town. Which is just slightly inconvenient when the original drop off location was right down the street from me. I also had trouble with picking up and returning online. This may have been an issue with my personal phone, but when I tried with a family members phone I had the same problem. This comment is geared more towards Uhaul as a whole and not specifically my pick up location. The staff member who helped me was more than pleasant and very accommodating.

Repeatedly told the clerk that I did not want the safemove coverage and also denied coverage on the mobile reservation I made and they still charged me the extra $14. After bringing this to their attention they said "We can't help you because our system is down" I left my phone number and was told that I would get a call back as soon as it's fixed. It's now day 2 and I still have not received a call..every time I call, i'm placed on hold for at least half an hour..I was told their system was back up yesterday...I later learned that they charged me the incorrect amount even after promising to call before processing any charge. I found the service to be terrible, dismissive and careless. They clearly care only about new reservations and make no effort on customer retention by resolving billing errors on their end. Instead, I have to waste my time calling them to fix their errors!

I initially walked in with no reservation and was immediately told by the counter person no trucks available. I returned home and was able to reserve a truck to be picked up within 15mins of me returning home. Bad customer service at this location.

The store needs a beverage machine. While, I was waiting to leave the manager/owner's son and daughter was running in/out the business. The son locked the daughter out from upstairs and she was without shoes banging on door upstairs near cleaning station. There were a lot of vehicles available to use. Clifton was excellent with assisting me at the time of pickup.

The staff of this UHaul location went above and beyond! All answered any questions I had and provided prompt service. I interacted with a total of 4 employees and appreciated the help of each one. My only recommendation is for the location itself— there are many open spots labeled “no parking”. For a location with so many trucks, more parking for rental customers would make the process even more convenient! Thank you.

Don't give on price on the reservation then charge something different on on the reservation page they should let people know that they charge a deposit as well and the miles should be unlimited

the customer service agent I originally spoke to told me the wrong information. The customer service agent I spoke to on Sunday and the day after my move was very rude and was disregarding everything I was saying. You guys were overbooked at all your locations and we were just told the night before about this.

The truck was very clean however the engine or Transmission was having some problems. It was jerking I thought it was going to shoot up to the sky like a rocket. I almost went and brought a helmet. It was a really bad experience driving that truck.
