When I returned my trailer, it got disconnected and there was no teal check out procedure. I guess I just wanted some acknowledgment that you got it back. Other than that it was great!

EVON GThis location was great. BUT I am not sure I found the location closest to my house. driving up time and cost for me. Your online search engine does NOT allow me to search for a location that ACTUALLY HAS the equipment I want. HUGE FAIL. Instead I have to: 1) guess which location will have the equipment. 2) then your app tells me the location does NOT have the equipment. 3) Then your App promises me I will be contacted by one of your agents to find the best location (WHICH IS A LIE). 4) Then I recieve an email telling me when my reservation has been moved to with out any discussion about what location is actually best for me. Although I liked this office. It was Very far away and your online reservation system is terrible. I am not likely to use Uhaul again. And If I do I will be forced to put lots of time aside to persoanlly call every location rather than use your harmful online tools.
WILLIAM OThe self check out was no help to me. Took forever to verify. Gave two numbers to call to verify me and even with a confirmation from both ends, it was still denied. The employee that checked me out was super friendly and took care of me and another customer at the same time to speed up the wait time for other customers. Explained everything in detail and was efficient

CRYSTAL MI reserved a furniture dolly Days before and they rented them all they all were unavailable when I came to pick it up. Its expected a facility to know if equipment are already reserved not to rent to another person. Employees are unaware of how to resolve mobile check in. The license plate was unable to scan when checking in due to damage. The employees do not know how to overcome that. Had good experiences before but this time was not the best.

Mohsin RThe individual who assisted me was outright rude and continued her shabby work by (very likely) providing me the wrong equipment on purpose. Maybe not but her poor treatment throughout the reservation was outright dismal, and very humiliating. I take the time to provide management reviews because as a small business, I understand how important it is to my bottom line and cannot imagine how effective it could be for larger companies. What happened: When I came in there was only one customer and one associate working the front desk. The current associate had just completed helping the only client who started walking out. So I stood by her station and patiently waited well over five minutes while she did something in her computer/station. There’s was no indication by her or dialogue with me at that point. While waiting, a second associate came in and a couple as well. She immediately started helping the couple as I still waited. Once this second associate was done (I immediately), noting that I was already waiting in front of my associate with no sign or dialogue informing me (if she was working on my account or not), I asked the second associate if she could take my order. It was here when the associate was a bit abrasive, insensitive and rather humiliating. She immediately reacted rudely raising her voice telling me to be patient. That didn’t settled well and I responded something along the lines as “what is wrong with me asking her (referring to the second associate) for help when you have kept me here for over five minutes without any sign of help? It was at this time that she finally began my reservation by asking me for my number at which time I uploaded my license. What entailed after that was continued humiliation by this woman. I was already unhappy and she would continued to intimidate me when I for example couldn’t tell her how many mileage I would be using the equipment for. On top I ended wasting another 15 minutes or so when she gave me the wrong van. Her intimidating, humiliating and bad intentioned ways led me to not want to go in to change the van. Luckily, one of the men that work outside cleaning and receiving the trucks kindly offered to help and went inside for me as I did not want to go back inside and go through this humiliating experience again. Our companies have been paying a worth while premium at Penske and yesterday I needed a van so I went to your location. We originally left because the ambiance seem heavy and the efficiency levels were not always the best. Decided to give the company another chance but the way I was treated was just not right and so I am back at square one. The location has good people. It’s manager and an Asian woman seem to have it together for sure; so all fairness to them. Yet, after this experience, I am not sure I would going back anytime soon or ever.

GUSTAVO AI was overcharged for mileage (went approximately 10.5 miles and was charged for 13.2 miles). I was also charged $7.50 for gas when I was told as long as I brought it back with the same amount of gas I would not be charged. The tank was at 3/4 when I left and at 3/4 when I brought it back. I was dissatisfied with the contact I had when returning the vehicle as I was told I didn't need a receipt when I specifically asked for one. Male workers were rude and told me to return the key to the vehicle when there were two men standing, or should I say, lounging, right there. Overall was dissatisfied and will not be using this facility again

They tried to squeeze 50 buck claiming the truck was dirty when in reality it was very clean! Desirree has not business training and gets personal, she said the inside of the truck was dirty even before actually looking inside! It looks loke they were running a scam to get more cleaning fees!!! And We did not feel safe doing business in this location, workers acted hostile! I strongly suggest replacement of some workers and proper training!

Egg head Ricans Lynn DeJesus & her young associate were completely unprofessional & out of order. They were too busy flirting with guys to find my correct account. Blamed me like I work there. Rented me a truck to move out of storage then proceeded to say I couldn’t get in my unit. Lied and said they reversed the truck payment. A mess. Calling real customer service repeatedly was the only solution for basic miscommunication. Wasted time. “Aggressive” attitudes. These people are too busy rushing you off at the counter to understand you. Just so she can go smoke those nasty cigarettes like a crack head next to the trucks gas tanks while the line builds up inside. How do people like that become Assistant Managers? Why would I expect them to have simple printer paper to give me a receipt?… They only send you 1000 email notices if you pay late, but they can’t buy printer paper on time I see. The managing Owner mister Dane Grant is never around when you need him to address your escalated concerns, but conveniently around when you don’t need him to be in your business and call cops for no reason. No real help. I will never return to this ghetto nightmare since I moved on to a city with better service. Reporting on every business platform. They don’t even provide a dump, just to collect a garbage fee I’m sure. As if units don’t cost enough for a dump on that big lot. Plus bad parking. Go elsewhere in the area to find the many other better storage facilities and professional service. This one doesn’t deserve the money.

When I was reserving the storage facility I told the customer representative I needed something for a 1-2 bedroom size storage unit she advised me this size would’ve been enough. When I got to the facility they had no elevator or ramp and we had to go down stairs with our items. This was not disclosed neither over the phone or at the facility before being taken to the unit. When I saw the unit it was very small and couldn’t fit nothing the size a one bedroom could fit. I am so upset and disappointed because now I am being charged $180.00 for a unit that cannot fit what I need it to and now I need more storage and basically has to spend more money to fit my bed and dresser. I would honestly like this to get a bigger facility because this feels like a rip off at this point. The employees were friendly but the service did not meet my expectations definitely would not recommend!

If proper maintenance was taken, my items would not of been destroyed.
