Better security at after hours drop,especially after dark we had a very bad experience dropping while dark . With a thief or homeless person.

Charged me an extra 29 dollars for fuel and I only went 22 miles all together. I got it at half a tank brought back at a lil over half they said i got it at 13/16 which is a lie how is 22 miles going to take half a tank smh

The process is streamlines sufficiently. If the website said that the smallest trailer is only for local, and not one way, that would be better for the online lookers.

The truck I got was shaking like the transmission was getting ready to go. When we told the guy that was checking it out he said what was it doing shaking. Like he knew something was wrong with the truck. Was very unhappy.

Should probably have the employees outside that check in the trucks have the customer sign in the vehicle or give a receipt somehow. We just drove up and the guy said we could leave without going inside.

Both guys were super sweet, professional and very prompt in getting me checked in and during the return of the truck... sorry dont know their names but you can see who checked the truck out yo me at 8:20am and the return was around 5:30pm tje same day... the evening guy even explained the new gas saver installation which makes the truck not really accelerate as before but great saved me money kn fueling the truck back... more guy drove the truck to me and was very swift and courteous.... awesome experience... my 4th time renting from them...??

I question whether the trailer axles have been adequately lubricated. My gas mileage was very bad even when the trailer was empty. I have rented various trailers of same size and noticed significant variance in my gas mileage between different empty trailers, even after accounting for wind resistance. How do you check drag on the axles.

I was given a uHaul truck on my birthday to transfer a couch from one destination to another(Less Than 15 miles) and when I received the truck it had 3/8 of a gallon of gas. Long story short I ended up having to pay $106 for using a truck for 1 hour! The customer service was terrible also!

Uhaul was there when I needed them the most no matter how long it was.

The ignition switch was very hard to use and I had to have help every time I tried to start it. I reported it to the guy that signed me in so hopefully they will check into it and get it fixed. Also, a new driver's seat would be appreciated as this one had no padding and seemed to be lopsided. Thanks,

The last time I rented from this location my lease was lost and now I am having trouble getting my refund back from the truck I rented. I refuse to use the location ever again.

The computer system kept crashing and it took a long amount of time to complete our reservation. We arrived at 10 and it took almost 30 minutes due to the system error. The young man who helped my family was very professional. Please fix your broken system.

No only did I come late to my reservation but the truck that was given to me needed a part installed on it. Granted the representative was as helpful as he could be given the situation. But the fact that I had to go to a completely different side of town to get a vehicle that was LARGER than the one I reserved. A process that should’ve taken an hour took two. A complete inconvenience (From the extra money I spent on a larger truck) and quite honestly I’d avoid this place and the headache like the plague.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of customer support via the number you give for customer support. While en route with my Uhaul I tried to make contact with a human being for almost 30 minutes but, “we are experiencing a high call volume and are unable to take your call.” And now, 6 days later, I’m trying to get ahold of customer service to get a receipt of my Uhaul, and STILL I’m getting this message when I call. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Our experience with the storage facility was good. Our service renting a truck was good the first time. The time we rented one on June 22 was not a good start to a hot day. Took too long!!!
