Waited almost 45 min to get the trailer after I had made a reservation online and there was once I got to the counter. Light cord for the trailer was damaged causing me to get pulled over. Will not use this location again

The truck was full of roaches and they charged me outrageously for gas when the truck was only on a half tank but they charged 68.00 for fill up and 30.00 just to put gas in it. Never renting from them again.

I had to wait an hour and a half for a truck I reserved almost 2 weeks ago. The manager said there was a mechanical issue with one of the trucks. He gave another working truck to someone even though I had a reservation. He eventually gave me a truck the size I reserved which he had in the lot the entire time. He mentioned something about me having an out of town trip. So I believe he was worried when he'll get it back. But I reserved it. I lost most of my help because of the hour and a half delay for a truck that was there the while time. It was a truck he didn't want to go out of town but that's not my problem. I made a reservation to avoid not having the truck I needed on the date I needed it.

My issue was not with the location. My issue is with the corporate office. After calling me the night before we were scheduled to pick up the truck, telling me I'd have to drive an hour away from my location to pick up a truck, then giving me excuses as to why I had nothing closer. After then being hung up on and speaking to SEVERAL other individuals, a cancellation came through. I spent most of my evening dealing with corporate representatives and they only succeeding in making me more and more frustrated. The locations for pick up and drop off were fine. My issues were with the representatives at Uhaul corporate.

Service was slow. Tech left me to go smoke a cigarette. I couldn't get the app to work to review the damage and upload photos and the tech dismissed me. Very aloof and unprofessional service. Glad I never have to go here again. Also, his dismissiveness caused me to have to call customer service and wait on hold for almost 30 minutes. Disappointed.

Ensure that fleet of vehicles are operational. I was given a 26' vehicle and only made it 1 mile before the vehicle cut off and was not operational. When I made it back to the facility I was given another vehicle. I made it to my destination but not before several check engine lights and battery light came on. In addition when I initially arrived at the uhaul location it took approximately 15 mins before any employee was able to be located.

The person that rented us me the trailer was not friendly and rude. Not helpful at all if we could have found the same trailer at another location we would have driven to it. But the people we called on the phone to extend the rental were GREAT i would give them a 110%. The guy at the location may have had a bad day i dont know but first impression was very poor.

I waited 30 mins to be assisted and only 1 other customer was before me. I was not greeted and upon drop of the vehicle, their was barely any place to park. The agent that assisted me told me if I did not refuel the gas before returning the vehicle, it would be $4/gallon to get it back to where it was when I checked it out...surprise! I was charged $62 to gas up. I feel ripped off and lied to. Be more clear and thorough with your customers. It was close to closing, so perhaps he was just ready to head out of there!

Due to the inefficiency of this facility, my UBox wasn't available until a day and half later. It was frustrating and the moving company I dealt with said the staff was very rude.

They change my pick up place after i arrived to pick up the truck and instead of sending me to the closes location i was sent to one 12 milea from my home instead of 3 so it cost me 18 dollars in miles

The guy that waited on me was his usual grumpy self. I have rented Uhaul equipment from this location before and remembered him as soon as I saw him. The store itself is nice, plenty of everything you would need, but this guy just has no customer service personality.

I almost had a bad experience here. I rented the truck last night and returned it. Once I looked over my bill I was charged for the wrong amount of miles. However they cleared that up. My only suggestion is that someone always be up at the counter because I waited maybe 4 or 5 min waiting for someone to show up. And when a truck is turNed in make sure the miles are recorded properly. The reason mine were messed up is because the person who checked the truck in before I rented had the wrong miles. I let the person at the desk know and thanks k goodness I wrote it on the paper as proof.

I made reservations a month in advance online. I was told that someone would contact me 48 hours prior to my pickup date. I call another Columbus location (10th Ave)36 hours prior to my pickup date, only because I had not been contacted by U-haul. That location was more than 9 miles away from my move location. I requested a closer location. They said that was no problem. I was given a pickup time of 8am on the 8th at (Airport Thurway) .I arrived at 8am only to find the location was locked & not open yet. I called the 800 # . They said the Airport Thurway location didn't open until 9am. They also said my reservation was only for an appliance dolly. WOW They rerouted me to the Box Rd location where I was taken GREAT care of. Pickup & drop off. Thank you to the young man at Box rd.

This was one bad experience followed by another. Was given wrong location to pick truck up, card was charged $100 more than it was supposed to, was given wrong information on returning the truck. The return of the truck was the only good experience.

A good location, but the attendant did not completely secure the trailer to my hitch which disengaged when I entered the Interstate traveling at 55 MPH and was held in place only by the chains.. A very dangerous and unsatisfactory situation.

This location was a very well maintained, clean, and professional location. The faculty opened a tad late as employees were coming in through the back entrance a 4 minutes after the opening time. The gentleman who assisted me provided great customer service and was able to right a few wrongs. UHaul as a whole was a nightmare. After receiving confirmation that my reservation would be available for pickup, I woke up at 630am to retrieve my van. The location had a van standing outside but when I arrived at the location, my status said that there was no equipment assigned to my reservation. The lady who assisted me told me because I was 3minutesate to my 7am pickup slot, she'd have to reschedule for 7:15am. When 7:15 am came around, I went into the app to pick up my reservation. The reservation then showed my pickuo time to be 7:15pm. Once more, I called and a gentleman offered to push my pickup time to 7:30am. At 7:30, Again I received an error that there was no equipment assigned to my reservation. At this point there was more than a little annoyance built up. I call to ask for an employee says "it's great when the after hours process works, but when it doesn't work, boy is it bad!" And proceeded to tell me that I would have to cancel this reservation to which she transfered me to a customer service agent who was able to cancel me, but needed to transfer me to a reservation specialist to assist with reserving my next van. She is able to assist with getting my reservation booked for 9am (because I had to wait until a store opened to pick up my van) and a scheduling manager would call withing the hour to advise which site to pick up my van. The call never came so I verified online which site I was to pick my rental up. The gentleman in the store advisesd that the store did not have any available vans until 430 pm. Not only was I 2hrs behind schedule, I was going to have to be 8hrs behind schedule. The gentleman assisting me gave someone see van to me and said he would deal with the issue. If it were not for the last interaftion, I would have advised all my family and friends to never use uhaul. I honestly wish I had the young man's name because his customer service saved my experience. More need to be trained like him

The manager to this location did not pay attention to detail. I was returned the equipment one day earlier but it was written on the final receipt sent to my email as total of 4 days. He was under staffed and seemed to be very comfortable with it. Causing a long wait time.

Our experience with the storage facility was good. Our service renting a truck was good the first time. The time we rented one on June 22 was not a good start to a hot day. Took too long!!!
