Rented a tow dolly - got hooked up and found a light not working - had to switch to another trailer. Got to the car and found this one had a jammed tow strap ratchet that would not slide over - it was stuck to the furthest outside position. The trailer was also cocked sideways slightly due to the frame not moving as designed. Had to get back so made it work but the strap kept coming loose around turns since it pulled out to the side instead of in line with tire. Trailer should not have been rented out and made trip much longer and more stressful as I had to constantly stop to check / adjust strap.

Give those workers a raise. They had to deal with a lot of angry customers when it wasn’t their fault. While I was there, multiple customers came in and called when they had issues at other locations. They were yelling at the workers, who handled it very well. I had no issues at all with my pick up or drop off

Annette at this location was awesome and really helpful. U-haul online reservation and the fact that I had to go to multiple locations and wait hours for a truck, larger than what I reserved. Gives my experience with u-haul as a whole a 0. I will never use U-haul again to move and you should really update your crap online reservation system. It made my day much longer then it needed to be. 0 stars DO NOT RECCOMEND U-HAUL TO MY WORST ENEMY.

I returned my rental 2 days early and just got a copy of the receipt, I was told before I rented the trailer that I would get a deduction for unused days on the rental, the employee did not enter the correct drop off date and I was subsequently charged for all 4 days when I only had it 2.

The process took entirely too long. There was someone being helped before us and the person behind the counter was more focused on talking about her life and what's she's done than moving forward with helping him. You could clearly tell he was frustrated. Fortunately someone else came and helped me but then this same woman came over and started talking while i was being helped.My wifed distracted her to not hold us up and the woman again started talking about all sorts of odd things. Like seeing cat litter boxes at schools. The person who did help me was trying hard but when he handed me the keys he didnt tell me the number on it was the number of the truck and i was looking for license plate matching the number while it was raining. I also didnt see the text to take pictures and check out until i got home to load up only to find out that it expired. I called and he said to not worry about it. Not a bad experience, just frustrating.

steering was off, buffeted at 68 MPH counter staff was excellent but reservation online app was terrible-kept bouncing me around to other locations , one that had no person to pass off keys, waster 1 1/2 hours driving around until I finally returned back this location. Im going in to ask for a millage discount for all the confusion and delay caused by u-haul traffic.

Fire the manager and get a new one. She was unprofessional. She talked about how the keyboard doesn't work and has been broken forever, but the new girl she was training was having trouble, and this manager was belittling her in front of me, and it made me uncomfortable. Also, she called me names like "honey, baby, sweetie" repetitively, and I found that very disrespectful and rude. The van I rented was dirty; it had tile bits and dust everywhere, and I had to clean it out just to use it. I will never come here again, and I will tell others not to, either.

Emily is amazing. A very patient and helpful site manager. However, they rented a truck that was totally under the Empty line, and barely could make it to the gas station 2 miles up Piedmont Rd.. There was also confusion on the charges as I was told something different when starting the rental vs. the end of the rental. To make things worse, I was charged for 572 miles when I only drove 8.5 miles. I was told the person that checked me in, put the mileage in incorrectly which triggered a charge on my AMEX of $525. I only had the truck for 3 hours and 49 minutes. (HOW CAN A UHAUL TRUCK BE DRIVEN 572 MILES IN A LITTLE UNDER 4 HOURS?) it's not possible and anyone would know that who can do simple math. I went to get the overcharge adjusted on Sunday, but had to wait until Monday morning as the assistant manager couldn't do an adjustment of that amount. On Monday when they tried to adjust, it caused another charge in addition to the overcharge from the previous week. I had to wait until mid-day on Monday for it to be corrected. When I asked about what could be done for the inconvenience. I was told by Patrice that they did all they could and basically to call corporate if I wasn't satisfied. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR AT THE VERY LEAST NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AS IT COULD'VE BEEN MUCH WORSE) Think overages and bounce fees on your bank account because someone thought you could drive 572 miles in 3 hours in a UHAUL truck. Emily was great and was not the person that overcharged, and was extremely pleasant and apologetic. Patrice, was not nice at all because I was asking for a discount for the inconvenience. I lost my cool after the cold uncaring exchange and lack of empathy or care for the mistake that had absolutely nothing to do with me, the customer just trying to help his daughter move. I'll pick a dealer like Valero on Sandy Plains Rd and Shallowford Rd in East Cobb. That's where I usually go, and will go in the future. No issues ever from that location.

I was given an older trailer that had the wooden tie down boards. Several of the boards were unusable, as they were loose and not attached to the side walls. This was very disturbing, because I haul very expensive equipment and need to use a plethora of tie downs. Additionally, there were no brackets on the top of the side walls to anchor the tie downs to keep the equipment from flipping over. I found this unacceptable for the high standard that UHaul tries to maintain.

I was the first customer in line at 7:00 AM. Manager tried to train her new employee on me evenafter I told her that I had 2 of my employees waiting for Uhaul truck and I needed to get it quickly. Then she started taking care of other customers while I was sitting in frint of her. It took 1/2 hour for me to get rental truck. That is the worst manager/customer service person I have ever dealt ever in any business !

I have been coming to this locations for 20 years and have always been treated great. I’m very happy to have watched this location grow so much over the past years. This past rental was amazing, from the Dennis who took my reservation to the young lady who got me going and hooked up the trailer to my car. The young lady was so helpful, polite and efficient. She got me out and hooked up very quick and I was truly impressed with the customer service I received. Thank you!

Vehicles are always maintained well and always clean, from their newest fleet to oldest. You didnt check in my truck when I returned it, so I got a call from the national line and an extra day charged, so I had to spend 2 hours of my time trying to get through to numbers and get it sorted. I should invoice you for that time. Will never recommend this location to anyone

The trailer that was hooked up to our car required a 2 in ball and the one on our car was 1&7/8. So as we were crossing over 41 we hit a bump and the trailer jumped off the car. I called roadside service to see if they could bring us another ball but was told we needed to go back to your store. Our house was closer so we made it there and switched everything out. This could have had a very different outcome and I think your employees need to know to recognize the size issue.

The consistent inconsistent changes are punitive. Uhaul's policy to raise the rental fee holds the renters hostage. I live in Hawaii and my storage is is Marrietta Ga. I received a notice that my rent was increasing which I understood that had the option of paying my rent months in advance for the same price or continue month to month at an increase. Having a contract of a set price for a set time would be more equitable.
