I had a truck I was picking up through your app and it was horrible! It took so long and was such an inconvenience. Olivia was the rep helping & I ended up yelling at her because of the app! My apologies to Olivia, I know it wasn't her fault.

I rented a climate controlled unit except for the first month is was not because the air conditioner didn’t work. I was given numerous excuses for when it would be fixed.

This location was good. First location they sent me to was 9929 Harry Hines it was horrible didn’t put the key in the vehicle for the 24/7 pickup. Had to travel 30 minutes to this location

I reported that the gas tank was at 3/4 full and on the paperwork it stated that the tank was full. The U haul sales associate stated that he would change it to state 3/4. When I went to return the truck I was informed that he did not change the tank to 3/4 and I had to pay extra money for returning the truck with the same amount of gas that I left with. Please fix this for future customers and if possible I would like to receive the extra money I loss due to poor management.

The biggest concern is the air conditioner was not working in our “climate controlled” unit. The office guy did not act too concerned or like it would be fixed soon. Thermostat was reading 99 degrees.

The Truck (17 foot) was so old and deteriorated. The right side view mirror fell off with no reason in the middle of driving... I cannot recommend the U-Haul for the safety reason...

Safety: Fix brakes on vehicle. The one i had would not brake properly...felt like mush. Strong whistling noise while driving, passenger side. Fixtures such as vent controls fall off easily when adjusted. I had to turn around and go back to have agent put part back on vehicle. New property damage customer survey was not working properly via email. Customer advised to pay attention to small "x's". There was no x on the brakes.

I rented a truck and told the person who checked me out that the fuel gauge was above 3/4 of a tank and not at 3/4 like the paper said. He said it was ok. I only went 6 miles in the truck and was charged for a gallon and a half of fuel, which was 6 extra dollars. How is this acceptable or accurate at all? I would like my money refunded for the gas. How can I do this?

Everything was great no complaints. I was checked in and out by the same young man. He was a small caucasian guy with a handle bar mustache. He was so pleasant . Even Robert the cleaning guy! Great

I moved out and closed my account because of the ruid treatment I received from new management. I registered a formal complaint but have not received any feedback. Uhaul does not care.

No real complaints. The gentleman just forgot to take the uhaul tag off of the storage. We had to wait more than 20 mins. This facility is short staffed and he was by himself. Not his fault.

The storage facility seems clean and well maintained and safe, however I would not recommend for RV Storage. The parking spot I had was at a 5 degree incline.

Needed temporary storage and this location was the most convenient. While moving in I went to the restroom and it was so clean! Good customer service and a clean, organized facility. Highly recommend!
