i had had issues dropping off equipment that doesnt bother to list "will not take certain items" as we had a trailer we dropped off at another location. A uhaul rep called me saying they werent happy with me dropoing off a trailer and would probably lose it if i brought the 10ft truck there too. Safe to say i was irritated. However, this drop off location said "we dont even know if we can take it, but ill double check" and she took the truck. I was thankful for her service, and she gave me a hug. Employees need to Verify the mileage inside the truck and what they entered into the system before charging a customer. I was basically called a liar today from the employees telling me I went 55 miles when I knew I went in between 12 & 20 miles. One employee even commented â€œwell someone drove it since you didn't unless the truck got stolenâ€, I didn't find this funny because she was emphasizing I was not telling her the truth. Calling me a liar basically. They argued me down until I went inside the truck took a picture of the mileage myself and showed them I only went 15 miles. They Charged my card before verifying the mileage!!! Then I had to wait 20 mins extra for them to figure out how to refund me my money and charge the correct amount. They tried to charge me an extra $50!!! It was their mistake not mine and I had to verify the mileage vs the person that entered the wrong mileage. Not professional, no customer service and just tacky all over the place employees who seem lost.LARRY H.

Rachel has taken over as the manager of this location and it looks fantastic! All of the lighting on the campus has been upgraded and it's the brightest it has been in my 6 years of renting a storage unit there. Really bright and safe! And Sara does an excellent job at the front desk, helping me transfer from a 10x20 unit to a 10x10 unit to save a bit of money. She was kind enough to give me a lock, and we moved everything that evening, completing the project. The gentleman working was pleasant and matter of fact. The lady there was just plain rude. I walked in and without even an acknowledgement or glance was dismissed and told to wait for the gentleman who had literally just walked out the door. Then moments later another customer walked in and she too was totally ignored. She then asked if she was able to reserve a truck and which the response was you'll need to wait. After waiting about 15 minutes, the gentleman entered and began assisting me. She then abrupt and rudely motioned for the young lady after making her wait. And with the way she handled the young lady, she should have just waited for the gentleman or left. The only other issue was, I didn't get the dolly requested and had to drive back in my personal vehicle to retrieve to avoid additional miles and gas.Taihita B.

I will NEVER patronage to this location again! A lady by the name of Lynda Walter was rude and disrespectful. I walked in with my son, and without so much of a pleasant salutation, she immediately asked why my boy wasn't wearing a mask. Really? Is this how U-Haul conducts itself with its customers? You're going to ask why my son isn't wearing a mask? Well, BY LAW, a mask is NOT required for ANY child under the age of 10. My son is 8. I told her as much. So... instead of politely responding in the affirmative, she instead responds (I'm paraphrasing) something to the tune of â€œof course he isn't.â€ Now the last time I checked, following the LAW and keeping a â€œsafeâ€ distance was at minimum an acceptable act. I am thoroughly disappointed with U-Haul. Totally unacceptable response from a customer service agent. If she has a problem with him not wearing a mask, then ask me to leave or maybe look up the state law and educate one self instead of assuming incorrectly and then rudely taking out your displeasure with the customer. Not to mention, this is the 3rd U-Haul I've rented this year and it was by far the worst condition. This is probably not the locations fault, but worth mentioning. She doesn't need a reprimand. But she does need to be educated on the law and proper treatment of customers, ESPECIALLY children. Totally disgusted.Daniel A.

Both ladies working in this location are very rude. One of the ladies saw myself and another customer standing outside in the heat. She asked the other customer what they needed help with, and invited them on inside. She didn't even acknowledge me at all. Then, when I got inside, the other lady had the nastiest attitude. Granted, I apparently was supposed to drop off the truck to a different location per a text I received this morning that I didn't pay attention to because I have alot going on and I didn't notice it. But, I did let the lady know that the uhaul rep at the pick up location said any location in Arlington would be ok, and Collins was the closest to me. She was very rude. She was the older lady. She spoke very harsh and disrespectful to me. Makes me think both ladies are racists, because the other customers that were asked what they need help with and invited in were white like the two ladies. I will never visit this location again, and will let everyone I know, not to use this uhaul location. The older lady's attitude is especially horrible and disrespectful and nasty, and she should not be working with the public. And neither lady should work with the public if they can't service all customers the same regardless of their skin color.CRYSTAL A.
