This location was a great experience, they eased my mind and made me smile through a hard time in my life. I am also interested in an open position they have, I'd love to be surrounded with that type of energy on a regular. This will most definitely be the go to store.
Rachel has taken over as the manager of this location and it looks fantastic! All of the lighting on the campus has been upgraded and it's the brightest it has been in my 6 years of renting a storage unit there. Really bright and safe! And Sara does an excellent job at the front desk. Rachel and Sara both combined for a great truck rental experience/rate.

The service was excellent. I returned the equipment two hours later and they didn't charge me for that. It was excellent.
The lady I talked to at first was difficult to communicate with. I don't know if it was my mask or my voice that was the issue or if she was having some hearing issues, but it was frustrating. The gentleman I met later was very nice and no issues communicating.
They need to keep their word and not steal money from paying customers and be professional.
Was difficult to return to a "legal" parking spot - and no number to call if there were difficulties.

The rude csr put a time limit on my booking. You should always give more options first. Also she ask way too many questions when your younger.
The people running this location made racial comments to me about how black and white photos on Driver licenses benefit the black community because you can't discern facial features. I was extremely upset by this comment and witnessed rudeness by this employee to a customer Of color.
The gentleman working was pleasant and matter of fact. The lady there was just plain rude. I walked in and without even an acknowledgement or glance was dismissed and told to wait for the gentleman who had literally just walked out the door. Then moments later another customer walked in and she too was totally ignored. She then asked if she was able to reserve a truck and which the response was you'll need to wait. After waiting about 15 minutes, the gentleman entered and began assisting me. She then abrupt and rudely motioned for the young lady after making her wait. And with the way she handled the young lady, she should have just waited for the gentleman or left. The only other issue was, I didn't get the dolly requested and had to drive back in my personal vehicle to retrieve to avoid additional miles and gas.
Nothing! The two workers inside were incredibly helpful and really helped me with the truck and getting everything done.
I will NEVER patronage to this location again! A lady by the name of Lynda Walter was rude and disrespectful. I walked in with my son, and without so much of a pleasant salutation, she immediately asked why my boy wasn't wearing a mask. Really? Is this how U-Haul conducts itself with its customers? You're going to ask why my son isn't wearing a mask? Well, BY LAW, a mask is NOT required for ANY child under the age of 10. My son is 8. I told her as much. So... instead of politely responding in the affirmative, she instead responds (I'm paraphrasing) something to the tune of â€œof course he isn't.â€ Now the last time I checked, following the LAW and keeping a â€œsafeâ€ distance was at minimum an acceptable act. I am thoroughly disappointed with U-Haul. Totally unacceptable response from a customer service agent. If she has a problem with him not wearing a mask, then ask me to leave or maybe look up the state law and educate one self instead of assuming incorrectly and then rudely taking out your displeasure with the customer. Not to mention, this is the 3rd U-Haul I've rented this year and it was by far the worst condition. This is probably not the locations fault, but worth mentioning. She doesn't need a reprimand. But she does need to be educated on the law and proper treatment of customers, ESPECIALLY children. Totally disgusted.
