However, this drop off location said "we dont even know if we can take it, but ill double check" and she took the truck. I was thankful for her service, and she gave me a hug. All of the lighting on the campus has been upgraded and it's the brightest it has been in my 6 years of renting a storage unit there. Really bright and safe! And Sara does an excellent job at the front desk, helping me transfer from a 10x20 unit to a 10x10 unit to save a bit of money. She was kind enough to give me a lock, and we moved everything that evening, completing the project. Rachel was still on the premises at 8 PM (after closing hours) and processed the closeout of my old storage unit. Rachel and Sara - great folks!

I walked in with my son, and without so much of a pleasant salutation, she immediately asked why my boy wasn't wearing a mask. Really? Is this how U-Haul conducts itself with its customers? You're going to ask why my son isn't wearing a mask? Well, BY LAW, a mask is NOT required for ANY child under the age of 10. My son is 8. I told her as much. So... instead of politely responding in the affirmative, she instead responds (I'm paraphrasing) something to the tune of “of course he isn't.†Now the last time I checked, following the LAW and keeping a “safe†distance was at minimum an acceptable act. I am thoroughly disappointed with U-Haul. Totally unacceptable response from a customer service agent. If she has a problem with him not wearing a mask, then ask me to leave or maybe look up the state law and educate one self instead of assuming incorrectly and then rudely taking out your displeasure with the customer. Not to mention, this is the 3rd U-Haul I've rented this year and it was by far the worst condition. This is probably not the locations fault, but worth mentioning. She doesn't need a reprimand. But she does need to be educated on the law and proper treatment of customers, ESPECIALLY children. Totally disgusted.

Stacy R. | Online Move InInitially the experience was good. However, after getting checked in, I was taken to the van that I rented. It was running with the key in the ignition and the driver door was ajar. After being asked to verify mileage and gas readings, I was instructed to step out of the vehicle to conduct a walk through. The door was then closed and thenwalk around the vehicle rook place. Upon completion, I tried to get back inside the van only to find that the doors were locked. My personal belongings were inside that and the vehicle was running (started by the representative). After going back inside to report the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do because they don't have spare keys. I sat at that place from 8:30am -11 am on the line with Uhaul customer service which was no help at all! I had to cancel my 10:30 event ( I'm a business owner) which was extreme frustrating. The vehicle was running the entire time. I ended up having to call roadside on my own insurance to speed up the process. After being on hold on and off with uhaul customer service for over and hour or so, I was over it. I was even expected to pay a fee to have a lock smith come out. I never touched the keys or the door locks! Why should I pay for something that I did not do. To try and redeem, they did waive any extra fees and I did not have to pay for the gas that ran up for the 2.5 hours. Despite their efforts, I probably will not use this service again.
Latesha V.I have used this location 4-5 times this year. But today I tried the 24/7 feature, since I needed to start early. Yet for 1 hr and 10 min I fought with the lock, which the property lady could not open either. The husband came out and got it open, but I lost over an hour of moving time.

When I arrived on Sat. 2/8 at my scheduled pickup time, I've already went through the mobile app and checked in on my mobile. Then proceed to pickup the key to the rental van, as instructed on the app. However, the lady named Lynda was in the process of assigning the same van to another customer. I tried to let her know that the app has already assigned the same van to me. But, she would not allow me to speak and cut me off, and stated to wait my turn. Another staff member then tried to assist me, but the system and the app would not allow me to continue, due to the fact the van was already rented to the other customer. Then when in the process of verifying and checking out the other van for me, the other staff member tried to ask the lady Lynda a question regarding the new van for me, Lynda just walked away without acknowledging or answering the other staff member's question. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The lady Lynda never acknowledge or apologize to me. Because of her action, she had wasted 30 minutes of my time!!!!!! WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF USING THE MOBILE PICKUP AND RETURN if I HAVE TO WASTE 30 MINUTES!!!!! AND on top of this, the lady Lynda DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE that my time was wasted!!!!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I deserve a full refund and not to be charged for the overages

I went over my mileage and was charged an astronomical amount, especially given the area in which we live. The $19 a day truck rental ads are bullshit because now I'm in this rental at over $200 to make two trips to my new house 30 miles away.

I told them no it's it were it was when I picked it up so after arguing with the lady about the fuel she went and asked her manager and all my paperwork they gave me with the fuel Mart they put fuel OK but when they are emailing my receipt to me they still charge me for the 2 gallons of gas that they said that was OK that they was not gonna charge me for. I will never rent from this location again

To which I thought was someone speaking to their pet. Then it continued for two more times until a uniformed employee appeared in the window, brassily stating, "No!" and pointing to the mail drop in the front door which had a small sticker next to it saying key drop. As she was standing just inside the door, I stuck the key in for her to take it from my hand, but she did not. So I dropped it and walked away feeling humiliated. I was so impressed with the ease of rental and return using the app but left feeling second c the way this woman spoke to me.
