The price doubled from my on line schedule rental. I called 7 days in advance to verify my rental and again 4 days in advance. Two days in advance I was told I had to drive 30 miles to a different location and get an auto transport instead of a toy hauler. No one said the cost would double. The toy hauler was not available within 100 miles. The office could not print a contract for me to read. I did not know the price doubled until I looked at my credit card statement when I got home. I want a partial refund.

This location was excellent. However the location on 2455 Tarrant Rd is HORRIBLE. No one was on property, another customer was waiting for over Two hours for someone to come, I waited 35 minutes until customer support was able to transfer my reservation to another location. I accidentally called 0188 instead of extension 0108 and that person was RUDE, extremely rude. I have never had someone speak to me that way that person did. First and last time using U-Haul unfortunately.

Even though the 4 digit codes the customer sets doesn't work and the employees just dismiss it as the system (as opposed to doing something to rectify it), the team made my move in and drop off very easy.
