Im very disappointed with your reservation policy. I reserved a truck & thought all was good only to find out the day before pickup that my order was not verify & cleared so there was no truck at the time i reserved. I had to change pick up time from 12 noon to 5pm. This left less time of the day & my friends could not help at the later time. In turn I had no choice but to add an extra day & pay someone for some time.I was told there would be no compensation for my loss & sorry that the preservationist did not confirm a truck. I am not happy...For my next move in a year when my house is finished being built , I will call a moving company. This was a disastrous weekend.KAREN S.

I asked for a dolly to help with my move, since I am a disabled veteran. I was told that specific location had no dollies available. So I went to Lowe's to purchase one. When I arrive at my apartment and open the back door, to my surprise, there WAS a dolly, one I certainly could have used instead of purchasing one. I was so upset when I returned the truck. I wanted to know why I was lied to, only to receive the answer â€œI didn't know there was a dolly in the truckâ€. Unbelievable, and unacceptable!!!! I would like to speak to someone higher upJOSE G.

The truck was not cleaned properly. It was animal hair in the truck. I mentioned it to the Clerk and was told the vacuum wad not working. I had to have the truck cleaned. When inquired about it again to inform them about my experience, I was told if I didn't have pictures it was nothing they can do or me.DARRELL R.

I needed to rent a truck for a few hours to move some stuff from my garage to a storage unit. I went online and reserved a van at from the Uhaul place on 8450 Montana Ave, El Paso TX. While doing so I added my credit card information, uploaded a copy of my drivers licences, and everything else they needed. I get to the store the clerk asked to see my ID I give it to her as requested, then she said she needs to see a bill or something else with my address on it to prove I live there. Who the hell walks around with an electric bill in their back pocket. I go to my car and grab my insurance card. I hand it to her and she looks at it then takes a picture of it. At this point you have my credit card information, a copy of my drivers license, you just seen my Military ID, and I just gave you a copy of my insurance card. Then she tells me I need an alternate number to reach you at incase you dont answer. Now I'm getting pissed. I give her my neighbors number she proceeds to call him in front of me to ask if he knows me and that I'm renting a Uhaul and used his name. I've given up less information buying a car more less renting one for a few hours. I will never go back to this place ever again.Eric T.

This experience was a lot better than the previous. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. Great customer service, attention to detail, and was in a great mood (even at the end of the day). This experience made me feel welcomed. The whole experience this time was excellent. The only thing that could possibly make it better is to get it for free or discounted. Other than that, it was perfect and I don't see how it could be improved. Nothing. Everyone was wearing masks & were so helpful. I had been given the truck with a half tank of gas and told to rtn it with the same amount. The stuff member said this was odd & looked at my contract which reflected the laziness of the staff on Barnet....my account was adjusted and I went on my way. I've used this drop off in the past and always found everyone to be friendly, knowledgeable & courteous.LESLI S.
The person behind the counter did his job well, however, he could be a little more friendly. He seemed unhappy to be there. He wasn't really rude per say but almost upset that people come in to rent equipment.Alex G.
The gentleman who helped me was not very informative from the start. It's as if he was rushing to get customers in and out. His answers were quick and short. He did not inform me that a text message was going to be sent prior to taking the rental for the inspection. When I told him it expired he said rudely I needed to do that ASAP and he could not do anything else for me. Not helpful at all. I asked him about the about the whole return process and all he said was to return it in one of the 3 lanes after hours. I learned the hard way and had to make a second trip out to the site after dropping off the rental. All simply because he failed to mention you need to go to a website and be present on site to finalize the return. The only positive thing I can say was the 1800 customer service rep I spoke with helped me thru the whole return process step by step as this should of been done from the actual employee (s) at the location of which you are renting from.Javan G.

My move in was great the only glitch was me, the first day I went to the wrong locker and set off the alarm. The employee was very nice and friendly after I showed him my ID(that is what makes storing there great). The second day I set off the alarm again this time not entering my access code.
