I did not have any concerns in reference to the promotion , my issue was that I was charged automatically ; my understanding was that the 1st month was "free" to which my account was put in an NSF status and ironically the same thing again currently my account is -$101.49 due to the repeated oversights . Please rectify this urgent matter ASAP!!! the experience at this facility has been not good by any means view screen shot and correct the mistake .

Dustin RThe one ding I gave to the review is I rented a cargo van and spent over $475 for the mileage. I had about 8 empty boxes from newly purchased house items (shelving, coffee maker, bedding, etc.) The manager wanted to charge me $200 to use the dumpster. I thought it was excessive and bordered on greedy. I expected to be charged at most $100. I thought it was bad judgement to hit me with that fee amount and has me hesitant to use their rental service in the future.
Charles AI am very dissatisfied with the overall business experience with this particular facility at 471 Eagles Landing Pkwy Stockbridge , GA. 30281 from the very initial transaction I was inconvenienced because I was automatically charged and not given the promotional consideration to which I agreed to ; thereafter the U-box that I was assigned was given to someone else with the inconvenience alone I opted for a stationary storage but for whatever reason I'm being charged for the U-box to which I no longer have currently my account is overdrawn with associated fees please put my account back in good standing . I'd also like to add the correct payment is supposed to be deducted in the up coming days , as previously mentioned correct your mistakes and rectify this particular situation and experience .

Mark MSunday we picked up the Uhaul & Rented a Storage Unit. I told the young lady to give me the same unit we had before. We get back at 8pm to Unload. There’s a Green lock on the unit. We can’t access the unit. We have to keep everything in the Uhaul over night. We go back Monday morning @7:30. They take the lock off it’s a small unit. It’s not what we asked for.😡 We had to wait & get another unit. We unload what we put into storage & left the rest on the truck for our new place. I Pooh notice something leaking from the Uhaul. They come inspect its transmission fluid. We have to get another uhaul 😡. So we had to move everything out that 1 Uhaul into another Uhaul. MY WHOLE SUNDAY & MONDAY WAS RUINED… I have never ran into these issues with Uhaul. Then we still had to pay $44..😡😡😡 We will not be renting from this location again. Everyone be on the phone instead of helping customers. If you rent the unit take the lock off. I had to take off work Monday to finish moving. BAD INCONVENIENCE RO US… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

PATRICK DWhen I arrived, I stood outside for 5 minutes in the cold after the posted open time (7AM). I was waiting for them to open the door. They saw me, but continued to count money for the register. When I knocked, they signaled for me to wait a minute. When I was let inside, there was no greeting, they just continued to count money. They drafted a contract, explained very little of how the process worked, had me sign a few things and handed me the keys. They also gave me a vehicle with 7 miles to empty on the gas and told me to go to the gas station down the road. Once fueled, I couldn’t get turned around so I had to go down the road a bit and use extra miles which I was ultimately charged $12 for. I was charged for their failure to fuel the vehicle. I checked my contract and saw my drop off date was March 1st, no one ever told me a specific time my vehicle needed to be dropped off. I dropped it off at the end of the day on March 1st. Then I was told I was late and was charged for an additional day. So because of the lack of communication and lack of attention to detail on U-Haul’s behalf, I was charged an additional $99. This is not right, I’m currently waiting 3 business days to hear if the charges will be taken off. The Stockbridge, GA location needs training.

ROBIN PReturned the truck at night and spent 20 minutes looking for the key drop off. It is in the most unlit unmarked spot possible. To be a tiny slit in a garage door with a small sticker next to it is very impractical. It needs at least a bigger and brighter sign to catch people’s attention. Other than everything went smoothly

I prayed all the way to Marriott because of the trucks & cars flying by me going 50 miles & shaking. Every time a truck went by it pulled me. PLEASE DONT RENT THAT TRUCK TO ANY FAMILIES IT IS NOT SAVE. I also got bad service, because that wasn't the truck I ordered, so my family move was also messed up. The truck was to small. So my experience was not good & it cost me over $100. For such unprofessional SERVICE. Just sharing.

GENE SHad issues with selecting a drop off location. They put me down for drop off in a different state. I had to jump through hoops to find an unmarked location which took trailers for drop off. When I emailed service I gave them my reservation number and no one got back to me. Awful service.

Tamika CI had a horrible experience at this location. The customer service I received when I picked up the vehicle was poor. I was not greeted when I walked in after I said Good Morning. I was never acknowledged after 6 minutes of waiting. I finally asked if their was someone to help me. Corei Hector was on his phone the entire time texting not acknowledging me. Then after returning the vehicle at 1045, I was called at 150 asking to return the vehicle. I had to go back and forth with the rep on the phone to state that I did in fact return the vehicle 4 hours prior. I called corporate about this incident and asked to have the general manager to contact me. I will never ever return to this location nor do I believe in the Uhaul name.

He helped me with my bundle of boxes, to make sure I could get them to my car. Then he drew a map to show me where my unit was, and took me there (I followed him from my car). He was very attentive to all my many questions and showed me exactly how to enter the building, explained rules, and stayed to make sure I was able to secure the door with the new lock. I feel like if I had more questions, he would have gladly answered them. Moving is a stressful time and I’m grateful to know I can count on y’all to make it easier!

On September 26th, 2023, around 7:30am, my daughter and I visited this U-haul location. Jordan assisted us with the reservation, she showed us an inside unit that she could combine to.give us 2 units side by side on the ground level. We were pleased with her suggestion and made the reservation. We contacted Jordan by phone on the 27th to confirm the ground level units to prevent extra fees if the movers had to move our household items to the second floor,and she assured us a second time that both units were together on the ground level. On the 29th when the movers and I arrived around 10am at U-haul to unload the truck,I went inside to the office where Jordan and another co-worker was. I asked Jordan for the unit numbers so the movers could start to unload the truck. Jordan turned around in her chair and looked on the computer,she stated "someone had split the units and it just happened this morning", I asked Jordan to just give me a storage unit number so the movers could start unloading, and that I did not have the money to pay if I went over their allowed time. Jordan stated that she will call the individual to see if she could move her into a different unit, the female stated that she was done moving. I consistenly asked Jordan to just give me a unit number so the movers could start unloading the truck.Jordan disregarded me and began dialing numbers and speaking to different individuals as I stood there irritated by how she was dismissing my concerns,the movers were sitting outside in a hot truck calling me to ask how long before they can unload the truck. A total of 25 minutes had passed before the movers were allowed to unload the household items into the units.The other co-worker offered to assist me by walking me to a storage unit while Jordan contact her General Manager for permission to combine 2 units together. We were given an extra unit to equal the 2 units. My daughter and I is requesting U-haul to pay $100.00 dollars for the time the movers and I had to wait for Jordan to rectify the matter that caused us to be charged for overtime.

A I a hour later I it’s locked out and she gone now of course ! No calls from Uhale or Jordan about any problems . Jordan should have came and look at the system to see why the code was working properly. I was on my way back to Texas thank goodness I stop back by the storage before leaving out. They were not willing to work with me after sharing a financial hardship resulting from a family health emergency. Instead they charged me late fees 1-2 days after being late , refused to waive them and gave me the run around when trying to send someone to retrieve my things while I’m out of state. It was difficult to get in touch with a representative UNLESS I was late on a payment (they would magically be available). All of this has left a poor lasting impression and I pray I will never need to use this facility again.

The Manager , the staff, is humbl, kind and professional. If ever you need a Storage Unit, please seek this property. I had an outside huge unit, for close to 2 years.. the pest control was on point. Not ONE time did I experience seeing any pest, and no pest never accessed the inside of my outside storage.Pest control is so important, even when I was at my storage unit which sat outside, and it was 8pm 9pm I never experienced a pest problem. All my important items were protected. Thank you U-Haul of Stockbridge Eagles Landing for everything 🙌 💙!!

Your uhaul direct staff is incredible and a few of your phone staff are good, the rest left me hanging (looking at the phone) without explanation or direction. I had a fender bender and the reporting process was smooth ( I purchased extra insurance). Thank you for a positive experience here. The help For Hire is just a gateway to stealing, poor work, extortion for extra money. Both referrals get an absolute middle finger. "Moving made easy and the Big Move moving and cleaning. The first company Loaded my 5 to 7 hours after 4 of their reps said they could do it in 2 to four hours and several items. And they left all the big furniture unpacked. I had to unpack the truck and instruct them to repack one third of a 26 foot truck .This cost me close to $900.00 dollars for complete incompetence. * The boys worked hard and were polite and respectful. The BIG MOVE ( unloading to a storage unit) they just left without explanation, phone call or a call back. They showed up smelling like pot, and i believe they stole something (my furs). The company, Helpe for Hire reimbursed me in (3 to 4 days)...hopefully!

Very unpleasant the manager did eventually handle the situation after she finished smoking on a golf cart parked behind the hitch and tow units clearly not the smoking area. I will not use this location again in the future.

We were there for 8 hours or so .! I believe if an attendant would have hbeen overseeing or walking around more . They would have seen and stopped this guy or used some sir freshener or fan. I know there are cameras wmaybe the guy could have been stopped from putting that trash in the trash bin.

Someone got into my unit but did not break the lock I was truly under the assumption that there would be footage to show what had transpired. Unfortunately, no footage was available and in less than one day they had the audacity to inform me that there will be no payout from my insurance because my lock was not broken. Your policy to not have a second lock on the unit is asinine!!!! As long as I had a second lock on the unit there was no break in. The minute I took it off, a break in occurred. I would never recommend this place to anyone! But what I will do is blog about this, so that everyone else is definitely aware of the lack of cameras in this facility.

Even though I called him for another situation that I figured out on my own. Then it was the main sliding door that would of made my experience so much better because it would have been easier dealing with the type of items I had to store. So i’m not sure if I misread that the door will be locked after office hours but that’s not helpful or convenient for it to be and using the regular door took a lot more time.

It was like you bothered the ladies in the front to ask a question and only one had a decent attitude. There is a young girl whose attitude is disgusting. So, I told the young lady I had furniture that was ruined and she says you already closed out. Wow! I paid for insurance and this is what I get. I paid in a timely manner. I even have another storage under my daughter's name and anxious to get my stuff. I pray never to use the service nor recommend. I booked a 26' truck and they literally gave it to customers in front of me. Who didn't have reservations and quickly put me at another location 20 miles away on the day of my love causing me $175 to movers and another labor day. My experience unfortunately was not good and now new furniture ruined. There is another lost of $2500. Gas prices are high and I have been on the road to/from Savannah and Duluth to come to this location. Oh, one time entering there was glass right near my storage and I didn't realize until too late, and I got a flat tire ($145) leaving the place in the evening. Someone should be responsible to check and clean the grounds, as well as the gates prior to us going back there in the morning and afternoons. No lights. The place can't run itself and they have scooters. I know labor is short but this is a great area in Stockbridge and why I chose the location but U-Haul gives it a different name and I will say service stops at Christian Brothers, before getting to your end. Please get better help and qualified people with adequate training not just making stuff up. I was told some real BS and young girl that checked me and my daughter in was charging fees where we spent 2.5 hours going over and over numbers... Waste of time. She was so darn clueless and the to deal with more shenanigans on Saturday and Sunday. Embarrassing to me, wasted my time, rude and ugly attitudes, not helpful, and lacked empathy to apologize.

Parking is convenient and spaces are always available. The facility randomly alarm triggered a few times after I was already inside; I didn’t report it to staff. On just one occasion, the elevator doors wouldn’t close. I tested the stair doors but they were locked. This could prevent an emergency exit from the higher floors. I did report it to staff but never tested the stair doors after reporting the finding.

After having moved all items out I went inside to close out the account. There was a gentleman in line ahead of me. He was talking on his Bluetooth phone the entire time, and even after he reached the, he continued to talk on his Bluetooth even though the customer service person was trying to help him. I had driven 14hrs to Georgia to retrieve my household goods and had loaded my uhaul and preparing to make that long drive back to Texas. And I was a bit taken a back of the rudeness of this customer and the lack of assertiveness of the representative. He didn’t ask the customer to end his call or ask him to move aside to the sitting area to finish his call. I was very disappointed and I have worked with uhaul since 2016 and never once had this experience. Please do not allow customers to talk on their phones in the customer service line.

Several little things just added up to a no recommendation. No ones on the same page with info. Such as a card not working. Was told oh thats fine don't worry about it it's not a problem just go in. You won't be fined for the alarm. Next time I came in asked someone else. And they fixed the card. So the other lady didn't want to deal with it. The security feature I liked. But now with everyone and their own rules makes me wonder if mine had been broken into would u have notified me and soon or how long before u would have noticed?

I had to insist that they give me 2 units, which also took another 30 minutes to resolve. My experience was horrible and I had to pay the movers for 2 extra hours because of the delay by uhaul.

It was a terrible experience which cost me to pay my moving company extra for the delay. This was my first time using this company and I promise it will be the last. Around 840p, I drove my u-haul to the storage to unload, to find that the lock was still on the unit I reserved after hours. I added an unnecessary 20 miles to my total mileage, lost time loading and unloading more of my belongings, more gas because of the wasted trip, all while adding the mileage. I don't know how much I've added to this cost just because my unit wasn't unlocked.
