Kay was awesome for what she was dealt, Saturday morning. This is why I said I wouldn't recommend this location: There were TWO people working. One, the lotman, was already having just basic issues (getting incorrect equipment for the rental ticket, chatting with the customers, just very lackadaisical about the morning) and Kay was doing the ENTIRE balance of work! Answering the phone, looking up reservations, dealing with customers (their were SEVEN customers there when I got there. Two didn't have equipment reservations which, complicated things dramatically) she even dealt with lost keys and an equipment fix, all simultaneously. That woman deserves a medal for the amount of multitasking going on there. It's was absolutely a treat to watch her work! However, there was no reason for it. As a business owner myself, I know if you continue to operate that kinda of pressure cooker, eventually it blows up. You loose customers and what was already likely you best employee. That's unfortunate because the solve is simple. You're location is obviously pulling the capital, hire another person! This isn't the first time I've walked in there on a Saturday morning and this was the case, not by a long shot. She was working the same way the Sat one year ago when I returned a truck from Savannah. Please get her some help on busy days.
