The contracted drop off location would not except the trailer so I had to take the trailer to another location. Again this is unacceptable! 2 extremely tired people in their mid 60s after pulling a trailer 600 miles have to be directed to a location different from the contract location. Employees do not wear masks as required by local laws due to covid. One employee worked the counter while I stood in line behind five other customers - waited 25 minutes to be helped with a simple equipment pickup. First off, the short lady with glass is very sweet and helpful. She's awesome and very helpful. I love her. But what you can do to improve and make sure you the price is confirmed. When I was done renting I spoke to the taller lady and she said everything was okay me my total. When I looked on my bank I was charged a totally different amount and an extra 9.00 for no reason. I wanted contact free pick up but was unable because someone at the location did not process my reservation. The truck was parked where we barely had enough room or light to inspect it. The "grandma's attic" or whatever you call it was FILTHY. We returned the truck a day early but were given no credit and there were strange charges for furniture pads I never rented or used, and the poor lady working by herself was completely swamped- It took over an hour for a manager to arrive and fix the faulty charges.Raven M.

Karen worked hard and was on her feet and movie. Some guy outside was honking and bickering with me and I left him to who is own devices. Typically Uhaul sucks nation wide. The whole experience is just dealing with nasty, condescending, rude people. Actually who ever Karen is changed that. She actually did her job and got out from behind the desk. Even though she is a woman, she did not hesitate to get outside and hook up a trailer. You should make her the manager and maybe give her a region. I would like to give a BIG Thank You to Margie, a customer service representative that i spoke to on your 800 #, for actually helping me find a rental truck, after Budget did not have the truck I had reserved with them. Also, I spoke with a person(name unknown)that made a reservation at a Kings Road, drove there and no one was there and three trucks were sitting outside. That's when I spoke to Margie.
