The male Manager has terrible people skills, displayed unprofessionally during the call. As soon as he answered he placed me on hold and never came back periodically to informed me he'd be with me I waited over 40 min and hung up to call back two more times to be on hold until I actually drove to the location. He had a long line and the customers were are complaining about his customer service and his bad attitude. Even if you are the only person handling a large volume you're still suppose to maintain your composure and provide great customer service. He showed be grateful he had a large volume of customers that means he will hav3 a job. Some haven't been as fortunate with the Pandemic like myself who has lost their income, businesses closed because employees were afraid to come to work, quit or the business lost money and closed. I tried talking with another employee ( a African American and he was just as bad stating their busy. I said Sir that's no excuse to treat customers unkind. He interrupted me abruptly and said I have to get back to work. So the answer will I refer or return No. I have family whose storage has been their two years. They were upset about what I experienced and will be moving there storage. You were given business from me twice, but never again.Kevin P.

When time for the truck to be turn it was after hours so i had to take a picture of the mileage and show that it was clean however my cell phone went dead call the 1 800 hundred number it took me an hour before i got someone on the phone explain my situation could not used my business phone because that # was not on file you must have other options i was just bless someone help me was able to put it in the systemMichelle D.

Hire more help or make sure there's enough employees working to handle all the customers in a timely manner. 30 - 45 minutes is too long to be waiting to pick up or drop off & I used the mobile app thinking that would help move the process much faster service ; but that service didn't help either. I have to applaud the (2) women working Sunday January31,20221 @ the Edgewood Ave location handle themselves very well.Angelia S.

The contracted drop off location would not except the trailer so I had to take the trailer to another location. Again this is unacceptable! 2 extremely tired people in their mid 60s after pulling a trailer 600 miles have to be directed to a location different from the contract location. Employees do not wear masks as required by local laws due to covid. One employee worked the counter while I stood in line behind five other customers - waited 25 minutes to be helped with a simple equipment pickup. Experienced further issue with charges for equipment when dropping off and it took 1hr 15m to sort out. Not the Uhaul experience I have had in the past. Disappointed to say the least.Paulcaleb M.

After I paid for the month of June, the staff decided to cut my lock off and rent the unit out to another customer, so when I came to check my unit there was a new lock on it and I no longer had access. Luckily my unit was empty at the time, but I no longer have my unit (which I pre-paid for) and my $12 lock that I paid for is also gone.
