I wanted the truck to tow a riding lawn mower. When i got there the receiver was locked. I had to pick it up and put it in the back. When i complained i was told it was my fault and given 10 bucks off for the minor inconvenience. Shitty service

I actually wanted to buy a convertible dolly, but when I was shown a model it looked nothing like the advertised model. I didnt need it in the long run so i didnt pick it up. Other than that, the crew was very helpful and I will return here when I need to rent a truck again.

There was only one employee working, and it took us 30 minutes to even get our rental paperwork started, due to several other customers needing their rentals. We paid for a 24 hour rental, yet when I called this morning to find out what a late fee might be, I was told that if I turned it in past 10 am, I’d be charged a full day. That is not a 24 hour rental. Thankfully, she offered to extend my rental for the allotted time that I needed.

Picking up truck showed service rider that the cab was filthy dirty .white substance in the front of the truck no notes were taken returning the truck he was too busy to check in truck so sent me a receipt online .charge me $20 to clean the truck that was filthy when I picked it up .cannot recommend this facility .

My complaints relate to the Self-Service. I reserved the night before then spent nearly 20 minutes standing in the lot (having located my truck; I felt like a fool standing there) waiting to be approved. Seriously? If I booked in advance why wait until the customer is standing in the parking lot ready to drive out to do the review and approval? Disappointed. Then, it seemed that my rental time was not extended to account for the time I wasted waiting for the approval. I'm mixed on using the self service in the future. Given how busy the office was I probably would use it but I would build ridiculous waiting time into my plans.

*Both of the young men who helped me today were well-mannered, personable, efficient, and had excellent customer service skills. Thank-you for hiring them! *There was one in the morning at 9am and another one in the evening at 7pm

I did all paperwork online so I could pick up rental at 9 am. Employee did not show up to open store until after 9:30, setting me back on my move. It was raining and many people were standing out in the rain waiting for this person. I had to pay people to stand around because of the delay.

When the customer returns the truck, make sure it's checked-in in your system. It's not the customers responsibility to do that part.

Impersonal customer service. If you hired the employees at this location to be rude then they ought to receive a large raise. This location use unlawful and unsecured methods to store and trasmitt customers' personal data.

I would like to give a special thanks to the employee at Eubank and Indian Rd. U-haul. Josh was nice enough to help us unload and was extremely helpful. U-Haul can use more employees like him.

The guys onsite were a tremendous help to me when it was discovered that the U box had been loaded on the trailer backwards at the warehouse facility. They got the problem resolved quickly.

I was charged storage fees for my Ubox a month after I had emptied it out. They did not close out my ticket and I got charged for it.
