Having a U container was a little bit more difficult because they are stored in a warehouse that apparently no one works at and was difficult to get access to it. But definitely helpful being delivered to your home for easy loading.

Deliver well constructed boxes without any structural damage and remember promotional specials. UHaul in Mesa Arizona, knowing ahead of time that they would be delivering boxes without us present, delivered 2 previously damaged boxes and one that a forklift would ultimately deliver to our final destination by skewering through a rotted footing and partially separating the floor from two sides. The general manager also quoted free month of box use then charged the monthly rental. I reviewed the charges and got that refunded. Glad I checked the invoices and also took several photos of the previously forklift-damaged UBoxes.

I contacted the manager about moving out of my unit on the last day of my bill and getting a refund for the next month since the unit would be empty. She promptly took care of the refund the next morning before I could even stop by to return my keys. I would definitely consider renting at this location again.

My situation became complicated when the box could not be parked in the apartment parking area. Thats when the goat rodeo began. I had to access the box at the storage location to get my stuff and haul it to the apartment. The office people were clueless. They said we could get our stuff on Friday at 3pm. Geez, it will only be 113 degrees at that time. So I asked what time do you close? They told us that location was open 24/7. So good, we would go later, after the sun went down. On Friday I get a call about 2pm reminding us we would have access at 3 but they closed at 4! Not good. We arranged to do it Saturday morning at 9. The guy we talked to (Caleb? Cameron?) At least knew what he was talking about. We did unload the box on Saturday and hauled it to the apartment. Finally finished. Very frustrating. The office personnel need training.

I have to say, the moving experience we had was incredible. The staff at both the departure location and at the arrival location were just awesome. Very friendly, helpful, professionally in both appearance and attitude. I haven't had the need for moving pods before, and didn't know what to expect in regards to the process. The employees at Uhaul that I dealt with were great, the price was fair. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thx.

There was so much confusion surrounding all my rentals. Inability to find me by name or phone number. Wrong information provided to me by customer service repeatedly. The storage facility itself is good. It was the entire process around getting the unit and my move in general. This is not my first time having this much chaos with uhaul rentals. If this company were not so much easier to access than other companies I’d never use your company again! It is a shame other companies are not as available.

The facility could get a little warm at times but I also understand electricity costs and I truly appreciate that there was any air conditioning at all. Loved everything about this facility and everyone I ever worked with at the Higley location. Thank you for being amazing!

This is Cindy the sister of that actual client. The office always went above and beyond when dealing with them. We have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this storage facility for anyone needing to store items you won't find a more fair establishment to deal with.

I chose to go to the U-Haul facility and unload my U-Box there. The manager was very friendly and helpful, getting my U-Box out every day for the 3 days it took me to unload. There was plenty of space outside for me to pull my car up right next to the box. I appreciate the flexibility of this option. My only suggestion would be to check the boxes a little more closely for wear - the door on the box I used seems to have warped over time and we had difficulty getting it closed and locked (both when I first packed it and when I was unloading). The staff were all very helpful and we made it work, but I’d take that one out of circulation and fix it. Overall a very positive experience.

The only concerned I had was they upped the monthly charge soon after I rented the unit. I think it was a fair price at first but after the increased the monthly I began to move my stuff out. Not worth it then. One other concern there was no grace period on payment. That was another reason I got out. I did like how new and clean and staff were great

Ann has been an Angel and a very good Manager of this property. I had gotten myself locked out when the 10:00pm hour hit, and I had left my locker unlocked while I was taking my last load down. I called the after-hours number and Ann gave me temporary access so I could lock my unit up. Thanks, Ann, for being there, and everything you did for us over the past couple of years. You are the best!

The main and Lindsay uhaul is dirty and I paid for climate control but everytime I went to my unit it’s 90 degrees. Thermostat is off. It was $30 more expensive for that run down place. Very glad I switched to this facility after one month at the other one.

The location never opened in the morning when it was supposed to! THe app and your processes is complete TRASH; probably the worst experience I have had. Who carriers around their passport and people to call at 5:30 AM? or a copy of my lease!!! this has to be the dumbest thing I have ever seen. You have a copy of my licence and my photo in real time, yet for some reason, you need to call a friend of mine?

The app for the self service was awful. It froze and locked me out multiple times. And, the app is incredibly slow. Possibly slower than seeing someone in person. I will never use the app again.

Great service for long distant travel. Communication was great and goods all arrived intact. Also the plethora of furniture blankets was a big help. Didn’t have to make back and forth trips across states with my spouse and I driving two different vehicles.

During the last few months there have been no carts available, even when there is no one else at the facility. This makes bringing items in and out of the facility very inconvenient.

I am very satisfied with the customer service and the storage facility itself. All my items were in great condition, I expected dust and bugs to be in my items I had stored and that was definitely not the case! They never raised my monthly charge either, I have seen other comments and been told other storage facilities raise the monthly payments. I had my items in storage for a little over a year and would definitely do it again.

We were not able to accompany our goods to AZ during the move. Our agent and the movers all had positive feedback. The folks I dealt with over the phone - Ann (GM), Josh Y. (Whse. Our Ubox experience in Arizona was wonderful. It arrived and was picked up as scheduled. We received text notifications that they were on their way as planned. However, in Texas, it was a completely different experience. I had to call 5 different times the day before and morning or our delivery, eventually calling the national uhaul customer service number, to try to track down the delivery of my Ubox. I never received a confirmation text or call that the driver was enroute. I was given so many different answers…. “We don’t know what time the driver will start her route in the morning , we don’t know what the latest time the driver will deliver in the afternoon, we have no idea how many deliveries are ahead of yours, our drivers don’t call or text to let you know they’re coming, we can’t tell you even a window of time to expect your Ubox “. It was very hard to meet our delivery in Texas because we had no idea (even when I called the morning of our delivery) to know what time to meet for delivery. We never did get a text or call that the driver was on her way. The only call I got was that the driver was parked outside the drop off location wanting to know where to put my Ubox. Unfortunately I was 10 min away because nobody could give me an estimate of delivery time. I had to scramble to drive over to meet her to show her where to drop it. The pick up was a similar experience. The day for our scheduled pick up came and went without anyone from uhaul calling or even coming. I received an email confirming the pick up date, but no one actually came. I called the very next day and the rep noticed they had missed the scheduled pick up day, and then rescheduled it. I’m happy to say it’s finally picked up, but it was quite difficult to coordinate. Other than the poor experience I had in Texas, the Arizona experience was great, and the overall experience of packing our belongings at our leisure in Arizona and unpacking them in Texas without having to drive a moving truck was wonderful.

The Arizona staff were awesome. The phone contact people were also awesome. The older women at the Florida uhaul was rude and argumentative but the man there was friendly and helpful. FL had the box loaded and ready when I arrived.

I had some troubles with my reservation on my end (booked the wrong size), but when I talked with the employee at the customer service office he was able to fix everything very quickly and got me into the unit I was looking for!

The Ubox arrived on time. There was a glitch in the packers, but Jake Umbs handled that and sent a new crew. The Ubox was packed in one half hour. The Ubox was picked up the next day and gone. Great service from Jake and the rest of his team. Thank you.

When I was on my way to ubox location I wasn’t sure where I was going, I called Uhual and the agents I spoke with were friendly and professional. When I arrived, after receiving directions from the UHual representatives, the warehouse associates were very friendly and so nice. They retrieved my box and even helped me with one of my items in the ubox as it was too heavy for me to lift into my truck. My overall experience was great from start to finish.

Ann was a God send! The move-in crew I hired walked off the job after loading one trip & was half hr late, Brothers in Arms were rude & mouthy about the way the boxes were loaded. Things did shift & some tipped but one worker was very vocal. God bless Ann. She stepped in & started helping me & her staff did also. We got the truck emptied & all were super courteous. I was very happy after a 3 day ride here. Ann went above & beyond her job. I can’t thank her enough.
