How U-Haul Reviews WorkManagement allowed a homeless lady to live in her car in the loading area and have access to the building and restrooms. We saw her there over a 4 week period and decided to move out. We were told the Management watched and reviewed the camera footage daily so they new she was in the building. The building is nice the Management needs some training on city zoning laws.
Steve O | Overall ExperienceMy access card kept saying it was denied. I ended up calling the the number near the key pad who then transferred to me someone “at the facility”. That person was not at the facility. She gave me a code to punch in to the keypad and it eventually worked. She thought the card might work after a couple of days. I guess I won’t know until I have to go back. And apparently it happens a lot at the facility!! Figure out the problem UHaul!
DAWN T | First ImpressionsVery clean and well maintained facility. The elevators are slow to close and when you enter from street side and are alone, a fast door closure would make me feel way safer! And yes I did push the “close door” button each time but it really didn’t speed things up
