My access card kept saying it was denied. I ended up calling the the number near the key pad who then transferred to me someone “at the facility”. That person was not at the facility. She gave me a code to punch in to the keypad and it eventually worked. She thought the card might work after a couple of days. I guess I won’t know until I have to go back. And apparently it happens a lot at the facility!! Figure out the problem UHaul!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery clean and well maintained facility. The elevators are slow to close and when you enter from street side and are alone, a fast door closure would make me feel way safer! And yes I did push the “close door” button each time but it really didn’t speed things up
