On my experience, I reserved a truck in one location only to find out that they didn't rent out trucks at that location & wondered how that reservation went thru when he checked I had been transferred to another location without my knowledge I received no email/text/phone call. I didn't check the mileage out when I picked up the truck. I was charged for 91 miles. Should have been 61 miles. (checked the distance I drove using google maps). So I ended up paying for an extra 30 miles ($ 38.70).Kell C.

This must have been the busiest uhaul I have been to. The manager Victor did an awesome job at getting me a truck. His communication skills are awesome. His staff seems well trained.Crystal M.
I rented a uhual and paid for a dolly but there wasn't one on the truck. The associate helping me with the vehicle return helped me remove the dolly cost so I appreciated that. However, it would have nice to have one for my move. Also, the truck was given to me on empty. The low fuel indicator was on and the needle looked like it was below E. It was a scary drive to the gas station and luckily the vehicle made it. It would have ruined my whole schedule if it ran out of gas on the road.Billy V.

Too doggone expensive charged me over $300 for a half a day and tried to call them to see if I could drop off at another store put on hold and then hung up on about 6 or 7 times. Had to drive all the way back. I demand a half refund!WILLIAM C.

There were many issues on the morning of my move. The 26 ft trucks were not starting due to someone stealing all the gas out of the uhuals the night before. Gas cans were brought or rje facility and some was put in the truck. I then had to drive right away to the gas station to put gas in the truck before I could begin my move. I had a storage there at the facility so I had to go back to clear my storage. The manager on duty "Victor" he is very polite and acamadating to his customers. Je explained what had happened and he apologized. He helped to fix the problem and did not get upset with me for being upset about the situation. His customer service skills are excellent. He definitely made what was starting out as a horrible experience a pleasurable one. I have used usual multiple times and normally everything is great. I will contunie to use them in the future and reccomened them as well.Lillie N.

The truck I reserved had no gas when I came to pick it up and wouldn't start. I was told by an employee that it's not their job to make sure the truck works before it is reserved. They were able to set me up with a different truck after 45 minutes of trying to start the one I reserved. The second truck also did not have gas and was completely on E and they were unsure if it would have enough to get me to a gas station but sent me with the truck anyway as there was no other option. It was terrible costumer service and it was very frustrating having to wait an hour before we were able to leave with the truck and we still had to stop and get gas. We will never rent from this location again. And would definitely not recommend this location.Rebekah M.

U-Haul answering service was misleading and uninformed. The Florin shop pulled it out for me, no thanks to U-Haul answering center. The center does not identify itself, so you think you're talking to the actual shop, but you are not.WILLIAM P.
