Honestly, EVERYONE there was amazing to talk with and work with. I was checked in and out for a vehicle transport trailer in less than like 10 minutes. I was speaking with the Hmong guy and he was fun to talk with and never made anything unpleasant or awkward. He also made sure my trailer was in good condition and when he found out the one I had originally was reserved wasn't up to par, he moved me on to another one and had me hooked up fast. Told me how and when to drop off, and made sure any damages before I picked it up was notated and reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue. Leaving, I was guided out by I think a hispanic guy around 24-25 with a beanie and he was so polite and helpful navigating me out of the tight parking spot. Dropping off, I was helped right away and I think it was by the same person that guided me out of the lot. I felt horrible since they were 10 minutes to closing and they had an unreasonably angry customer getting propane, but regardless he still had a positive attitude towards that customer and me! I regret not getting their names, but the hispanic guy with curly hair/beanie maybe in his twenties, the white guy(?) in his twenties i think too, and the hmong guy were all so VERY pleasant to work with. Literally no hassle, polite and respectful, and just down to earth people. I 100% believe they deserve to get paid more than whatever they are getting now just due to the amount and quality of customer service they provide. If they get to read this, THANK YOUEVAN E.

Checking out was awesome - no waiting, but dropping off was awful. Too few employees to service too many customers. I chose to unhitch the trailer I rented myself rather than wait any longer. Too little communication with the customers in line.jack E.

We had two trailers canceled, one was booked online and canceled suddenly, the second was booked via a telephone operator and subsequently canceled approximately 30 minutes later. The third trailer was reserved via a telephone operator who worked to solve the one-way trailer shortage problem and found a solution we were able to keep. The pick-up facility was excellent.HEATH S.

Need more help during busier times. I was there at 930am on a Saturday and people were stacked waiting because only 1 person was processing rentals and returns. The return was very fast since those are staggered.Heather W.

The only minor issue was that the trucks were parked close together, one in front, one in back, and one on the side which made it difficult to pull out of the parking space. I recommend leaving more room between the vehicles or having an attendant pull it out for the customer.William P.

Second time this year I've used this UHaul location. It's not the nearest UHaul location, there are several others that are closer to me, but this location always has what I need, when I need it. I also want to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by a gentleman named Victor. He was very helpful to all of the customers, making sure their information and/or service needs were met.KELLY R.

When I returned my vehicle, I had disagreement with the receiving attendant. He told me that I needed to have 7/8 of a tank of gas, I told him that I was returning the gas gage to the position was when I received the vehicle. He asked me if I had a picture of the gas gage when I received it. I told him, I didn't know I was suppose to take picture. As a results, I had to pay for additional gas on the spot. Why don't you require the vehicle to have a full tank, so it wouldn't be any dispute about fuel gage. The customer wouldn't have to decipher between 7/8 and 3/4 of a tank of gas. First of all the miles on the truck was incorrect and the truck was in empty I barley made it to the gas station. And the clerk had the ball to tell me to bring it back with gas . Oh no I'm bringing it back in empty how I got it. Then they didn't want to update the miles since the odometer was off by 100. Good thing I took a picture before I drove it.ROGELIO N.

This location does not rent for more then 24 hours so my reservation was changed without telling me. It took more then an hour to fix this error. Extremely disappointed. This might have been the second location which kept telling us three days from Thursday was Saturday even though the 1-800 line had assured me that the renal was through Sunday as I needed.LEAH H.

I reserved a truck 2 weeks ago to be picked up on November 29th at 9:30pm. We arrived and followed all instructions that were provided. We looked for the truck for about 20 minutes and couldn't find it. We called the help line, they insisted it was there and it wasn't. We had to come back on the following day at 7am, only to be greeted by a lackadaisical employee who was very nonchalant about the inconvenience that was caused. Benjamin claimed that the keys to the trucks are kept in a lock box for after hours pickups but I never received any instructions via the U-haul app that said anything about a code for a lock box. The information detailing the location of the specific truck was inaccurate as well. The employees tried to claim that the truck probably wasn't dropped off by the previous customer. But it turns out that it was parked in a spot that was blocked in by another truck. So even if I had the lock box code, we wouldn't have been able to get out of the parking lot anyway because the truck was blocked in and our reservation was after hours. All around HORRIBLE experience for me as a regular U-haul customer.DARYA J.

On my experience, I reserved a truck in one location only to find out that they didn't rent out trucks at that location & wondered how that reservation went thru when he checked I had been transferred to another location without my knowledge I received no email/text/phone call.
