Eduardo MI Aya asked for a smaller trailer than the one they rented me. That was sitting in their yard. They rented me the more expensive one and then put me on a timeframe. Where I had to be back at 3 o'clock from 10 o'clock thought I was paying for the day. Why do I have to have a timeframe?
PETER BThe ratchets on the dolly trailer are extremely rusted and make usage difficult, all other parts of trailer are fine

SCOTT GDelivery driver was excellent! He placed the boxes exactly as we wanted, and showed me how all of the clasps and latches worked. All of the boxes contained plenty of moving blankets. Delivery of the boxes to our chosen location was exactly as we asked, even having the last box turned so the door faced the home for easier unloading. Pick up of the empty boxes was seamless. I don't give many reviews, but this experience has absolutely impressed me! If I ever need them for storing or moving my belongings again I will NOT hesitate to use U-Haul again! Very highly recommended.

NAWAL SWhile customer service was spectacular, patient and kind, and the truck was clean, the trucks are not well maintained. I specifically stated there was something wrong with the truck, possible alignment issues due to the rough, bouncy ride and the steering wheel veering hard to the left. I let them know and their response was that they will look at it when it’s returned and if anything happens to call roadside, that’s an understandable response. They called today to ensure the truck was being returned today as it’s being rented out the same day, which is not enough time to fix the alignment. I don’t know if they just think I’m dumb because I’m a girl but it pretty obviously needs maintenance and due to that, I will not recommend this U-Haul to anyone. Plus I’m 89% sure I was charged for more miles than I drove.

MICHELLE BDon’t trust uhaul at for drum for equipment maintenance. They did poor maintenance on the auto transport tires which ended up in a tire fire not even 45 minutes into my move.
