Last night when I returned the equipment I was confused that you have to drive around the building from the left rather than the right. Some dude in the parking lot at around 9:30PM told me he had a gun, but he left me alone after that but idk, maybe more lights and bigger equipment return signs would lead to less conflict. I think he was scared because I turned the truck around to drive back around the building while trying to leave the equipment and that fear rapidly turned into anger.ANTHONYJ S.

Unfortunately my uhaul experience was bad. I reserved a truck in one location, was sent to another location, where they did not have a truck for me. Ended up with small trailer which was not big enough, so had to make the 2hr trip again on Sunday. Should have been done 100% on Saturday.mark P.

There were over 9 hours of phone time. Difficult to pay via telephone. This caused a day delay for the arrival. It only took an hour to unload the container, but the inability to collect my payment and the delay in arrival was very disappointing. The New York arrival of the container and payment were seamless and very punctual Syracuse scheduling was very effective. However, the Sherwood scheduling bounced me to different locations. My last contact to Sherwood scheduling was to Tulsa Scheduling. The number of contacts was caused because scheduling could not accept payment, and to do that required an inordinate amount of hold times. Online payment is convenient, but does not provide a way to deal with unanticipated delays. This is easily rectified.Robert L.

Not happy with U-Haul computer system. Charged late fee due to computer problem on U-Haul's end (payment reminder not sent- changed/locked out alert settings). Fuel tank was not full when i picked up truck. I returned it with full tank. Showed snapshot of tank when leaving location to clerk. Clerk said it would be taken care of . I needed to put my 2017 f150 super crew short bed in storage. I tried other places that said they had a 10x20 storage unit and the truck should fit, however that was not the case at all. U-Haul by Fort Drum next to Bradley's the truck fit perfect as you can see in the pictures. The unit was clean and stayed dry as it is elevated from the actual ground. The price was great which included a lock and I setup auto pay, as I received an email every month as a receipt of the automatic payment. Very easy to cancel once I no longer needed the storage facility. Great friendly staff who were able to answer all my questions and concerns. This is a busy uhaul facility being right next to base. The employees kept up with the rush, as well as being open on some holidays they are very flexible. Just need to fix the flooding/water drainage in the parking lot.Chase B.

Great experience--just was I would expect from a real uhaul location where their main business is renting equipment and storage. I originally had to split the pick up of the truck and the auto transport due to availability. The auto transport was 45 mins (one way) from my house so the dispatch person said they would add a 100 authorized miles. When I went to drop it off, the truck was over the authorized mile limit due to the dispatch person never adding the additional miles. I explained this to the two owners and they were very accommodating. They did not charge me for the excess mileage and corrected the mistake of the corporate mixup. They also gave me the hint of coming in to reserve equipment so I can better ensure that the location I want will have what I need. I wish I had known this 20 years ago! When I move in the two years, they will get my business!Christian B.

The only issue I had was closing out my storage unit they charged me for an additional month. I closed it in person on feb. 22nd and was told I would get an email notification of the closed account. Instead on feb. 24th I got charged for the next month. I notified the office and they said it will be refunded but it has not shown up as a credit on my credit card account yet.
