This uhaul did not fit the 2018 Ram 1500 like it said it would. Tires stuck off back. Couldn't use.JAIMEDEIRDRE S.
It was not as easy as they say if you pre pay was at the location for over an hour. Two days before Im to pick up the truck they switch the location, it was futher away. It was already a stressful situation having to move and the people I dealt with and the wait time on the phone to talk to someone was ridiculous. I have rented uhaul trucks before but never the problems I had this time. Im very displeased.VICKIE G.

The reserved vehicle wasn't out in front of the location. The rep had to locate and drive it out from the back. Also, the front lot was a bit too congested with other vehicles. This made it a little challenging to turn a 15' truck around in a tight space. Lastly, see my drop off comments.ROBERT T.

They are professional and made right the mistake of us being overcharged at the dealer site in Rochester. They have been more than helpful from start to finish! Uhaul website kept saying I was at the wrong location, so instead of mobile pickup I had to go in. The woman helping me was very slow, and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I got the truck, after 30 minutes, which defeats the purpose of mobile check in. When I started driving the truck, it shook so bad my arms were cramped just trying to keep it straight. General rule of thumb don't uses the excuse it's cool outside that's why we didn't check the A/C on a vehicle heading to El Paso, TX. Whatever mechanics the general manager choose to use is terrible and the fact that he says that A/C is the summer in 90 degree temperatures is not necessary is like saying that heat in 20 temperatures isn't necessary. He may need to rethink his position as a manager or maybe think before he speaks.PRESTON W.

I am very disappointed in service I received. I was told by dealer that I made contract with that I would have 5 days to use vehicle. Told them that i didnt need that many, but was told company policy gives 5 days. BUT I would only be charged for days I used it and that other days would be refunded. So I would be credited $400 or so back to my account. That is why I chose your company. Upon returning the vehicle, I was told this was untrue and would not be receiving my refund for days not used. Also was told was unlimited miles and he said I went over my miles and charged me $50 more. I was outraged. He then began to belittle the Uhaul company saying that they did not know how to train their dealers and that was the problem. My son is serving his country in the U.S. Army and had to pay two times what he was told he would be paying. Plus the "FREE UPGRADE" to a bigger truck, because they didnt have size requested, used more gas to drive. It's a shame Uhaul would overcharge someone fighting for their freedom to run their business the way they want and not by the Government. There are some issues with the initial process of looking over the vehicle/ trailer for any items that are damaged prior to being picked up. Electrical cord for lights was not installed properly to prevent damage.THOMASJOSEPH B.
