Try not to charge someone for equipment not even used or taken. It is only $7 bucks so I'm not going to argue over it but it's a little ridiculous that I'm being charged for equipment that never set foot onto moving truck. Also, make sure everything in trucks work when letting customer take.

My truck was not at the location stated in my email and not for the 7 am pickup I was supposed to get than the truck has a check engine light on and transmission issues I will never use uhaul service again ....ever....

The location was great. U-Haul's national line was not. I paid for the insurance that specifically advertised "even if you get stuck in the mud or the snow", but when it got stuck in the snow, they told me I'd have to pay out of pocket. Never going to pay for that again.

Excellent customer service, had a problem with the lights on my truck when I rented a 6’x12’ cargo trailer. The manager of the store crawled on the cold ground to help me get my lights working properly. Was very much appreciated and I’ll definitely come back to this location to do business in the future!

I get to this place to return and I have no idea what's going on, I asked the personnel what was the deal with the deposit; he says its normal and my bill should turn out to whatever it is I agreed, he's busy with someone else so asks me to just leave the vehicle and that my bill should be whatever I agreed. I'm really confused at this point because there's a $200 hold on my card. My bill says $93, the original price they gave me on the phone was $73 with cents. My last charge on my credit card when it settled is over $100. WTF U-Haul, get it together, if you are clear with me from the get-go and I agree to everything I wouldn't be mad; but your people treating me like ya'll are doing me a favor by letting me rent your equipment is un-american.

This was not our original pick up place, we were called 2 hours before our pick up time at the Watertown location and told we had to go to Ft Drum to pick up a unit.

Rep blew fuzes in my 2015 gmc danali when he stuck a power tester I to the port on my truck there was a problem with the lights noting to do with my truck till he stuck his tester in the port and blew the fuzes...

Next time ,don't call customers and said your are not ok because the customers sppose to bring ur uhaul truck.Improve your customer service,if you want customers to come to your location,try to greet them,have some manners.Uhaul is everywhere,and this is the worst location I 've been to.Stop rushing customers, you don't know their situation,they got the money to pay for the uhaul,if you treat them unproffesuonally, they will not come back .

Turned in the trailer and reported the light issues. I hope the employee receiving the trailor actually checks out the lights. He seemed to want to blame my truck because it was a 2011. It is possible that but, I had just pulled my 28' camper to stow it for the winter and all of my lights worked to include my electric breaks. He was very curtious. I will check my trailer connect to be sure and I hope he does the same to the trailer.
