Stop double charging. I paid one amount when I picked the truck up. When I returned it I paid that amount plus more instead of taking the difference I owed. I ended up pay over $600 to have to wait to get the money they took when I picked up the truck. That caused an over draft fee that you all not payingDonnell H.

We originally had our reservation at the Albemarle Rd location and when we arrived they had cancelled our reservation. Apparently if you don't arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time they cancel?? It made an already stressful situation worse. The attendant could care less and did nothing to help. The online reservation process was not at all customer friendly. I did not understand that I had to pick up the van no later than 15 minutes after the reservation time. I don't know if I just missed this information or if it was not well communicated but I assumed I was paying for the van from the start of my reservation time (since I pre-checked in). The person who called me was able to find me another van but then when I went to the location, the costs were different than what I had from online because the reservation had been changed without my knowledge. It was very difficult to get a clear answer on what the differences were.David F.

Person checking in vehicle charged for 16 gallons of gas even when contract said vehicle left on empty and would get $29 credit when brought back with 1/4 tank or higher. Another person caught the mistake. Check in person didn't go over the final details of the completed contract. Sent photo of 7/10ths of mile on van before leaving U-Haul still charged. Attention to detail of worker failing to post 100% accurate mileage. Too many new increases in prices to rent. $30 deposit? Insurance rate doubled. Charged $10/day for a dolly.Carl C.

I was not told to do a check of the truck and was not told to check miles before leaving, so I didn't pay any attention to the miles on the truck before leaving property but I did reset the trip mileage upon entering the truck and drove the truck for 141.9 miles, I already paid for 100 miles so should've been charged for the extra 41.9, well I leave and get a emailed recite saying I drove the truck 189 miles so I was charged almost an additional $100 for an in town move, totaling $289, for a 24 hour 15ft truck rental when I rented the exact same truck when I moved last time and was charged a flat rate and only paid $80, so needless to say Uhaul will never get anymore of my money.Kevin C.

This truck was pretty dirty. Windshield was filthy both inside and out to the extent that I'd consider it a hazard when driving toward the sun. At dropoff, had to wait for quite a while to have the vehicle checked in. I have rented here numerous times and have dealt with prior issues, mis-marked fuel, etc. At this point, I've given enough "tries" and although less convenient location-wise, I'll be looking for an alternative provider.KEVIN W.

The instructions were not clear about using the 24/7 share. It took way too long to pick up my truck. And the instructions were clear on the gas but I had no way of remembering where it was supposed to be upon return After having the truck for 2 days, I forgot the mark. And the 24/7 share is very new to me. Got a storage room and it was too small..coming from out of town I had to give some of my things away.
