ROBERT CMy mom passed away a month ago and we will be needing to rent a uhaul a few times in the next month or so. I will never use this company again. We rented the UHaul, the girl was not friendly at all, we got it Friday afternoon, so we could have everything loaded and ready to go early Saturday morning. We realized one of the back tires was flat so we went to the Racetrac to add air. The valve stem was broken so you could not add air. We returned to the UHaul office to explain the problem and they were not helpful at all. Did nothing to resolve the issue. Thanks for a really crappy customer service experience..
tia CMold build up bugs rodents at this facility. Price is ridiculous for the quality. Inconvenience with gate entry and exit. You didn't upgrade or fix anything. You upgraded the price. Seems like a scam

Critonius JJanae and Ryan were both genuinely nice and helpful. It’s not often that you get that in any business. We had an issue with our lighting wiring harness and both teally went out of the way (especially Janae). Hold on to both of them.

RONALD J- Dolly was not in the truck and we had to go back for it (ina separate vehicle bc I’m charged by the mile on the uhaul) which was a hassle - at return, the app had me take a photo “for the next person” - that would be helpful because there were about 10 trucks on the lot and I had to walk around and find mine.

ALAN SI was disrespected by an employee on 1685 Gause Blvd; Employee named of Taylor M. she disrespected me and my living situation and Said to me, I shouldn’t let you rent out this truck because you are homeless. I was discriminated against because of my living situation. She told me that I didn’t have common sense. & And she was laughing in my face when I was telling her to not talk to me disrespectfully. Taylor M. Is not representing this company with honor and respect. You guys will be losing more customers because of her. Please train your employees how to respectfully talk to customers.
JAYDEN MMade reservations a week in advance, had a p/u location in Covington, only a couple of days before P/U the location was changed to Slidell. I got extra miles but nothing for gas or inconvenience.

Stanley W | Overall ExperienceI really needed an appliance dolly for my move as it was two ladies moving a washer and dryer along with house furniture and when I arrived, after making reservations weeks ahead of time, no appliance and no furniture dolly were available. Would’ve been nice to know this ahead of time! Also was over charged $98 because they had the going out mileage wrong. Luckily for me I caught it and had taken a picture of the odometer when I got in the truck. They did not have all of the furniture pads that I had rented in the truck either.

The cardboard boxes were pristine and there was barely even any dust on the furniture! The office staff was amazing and even took pictures so that I could post items on Facebook Marketplace. I will absolutely recommend this facility in the future! Thank you!!!

I was charged with two 15 dollar charges I called and ask to speak to a manager she would not get in the phone I had to ask repeatedly for her to talk to me and the worker said their was nothing she can do so finally going back and forth Jessie finally got on the phone and I asked could one of the 15 dollar charges be removed and she stated no so I asked if there was anyone above her like corporate number and she said she was the boss so I googled corporate and my charge was removed and the customer service rep set me up with auto draft. Yesterday 8/17/2023 I can to remove all my items from storage when I went to the office to let the employee know she told me I had to go back to my storage and take a picture of it being emptied and show her my lock. The lock was in one of my boxes and I refuse to go back to the unit because of the heat index and my car was loaded with items. So another associate volunteered to go. Just a very unprofessional staff and I took all my items and place them with another storage company right down the street. If it wasn’t for the U-Hauls that are rented out this place would surely be out of business

I would never recommend. You can go to Southern Storage in Pearl River for the same price and it is first class. I moved in and moved right back out .
