I had a box truck reserved and when I got there they gave me a van! The rep said that is what was in the system but my end showed the reserved box truck. Rep informed me that he couldn’t switch or correct it because no trucks were available! The only complaint I have is the 'after hours fee' - personally I think it's WAY to much considering I have to do everything myself. At that price you all could have offered another day, even for a little more and I would have kept it till morning and paid even more. EVERYTHING was smooth EXCEPT... and maybe I'm just blind or don't see the details, but the check-in seemed like it just kept going back to same screen. Customer service training. Dropped off the rental approx. 3:30pm. staff were rude and unprofessional. Conflicting statements were made on standard dropoff processes, no straight answers could be provided to questions and the rudeness in their response to questions were very unprofessional. The woman working in the uhaul store (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was awesome! Sunday morning she was the only employee working and was doing her best to help everyone in a timely manner and was so friendly and patient. Reserved the truck for 6am. Had to wait til 7am when the store opened in order to get in the truck because it was too hard to get the lock off. Which was very upsetting to me. I was out there by myself with no vehicle because I had to uber myself there. Very unsafe. Uhaul needs to find a better way and option to accessing rentals outside of store hours.Ostassia J.

Twice now trying to pick up a van with the app did not work and had to go inside. Upon drop-off no one was there to accept my van, so I went inside where there was a very long line. Waited half an hour or more while one guy ran three counter stations simultaneously. Credit to him, he did all he could to process customers in a timely manner. Seemed way under staffed, especially for early in the month when everyone is moving.Matthew H.

I had selected mobile check in and despite following the directions it wouldn't work (couldn't find my location). The store attendant is very very slow and all the information I entered to reserve the truck for example distance didn't take in your system. Seems like you need to work on your IT.Samantha W.
There was an issue with the truck that I reserved being double booked. Other than that everything went well as usual, however, I overfilled the tank beyond what was required by more than a half of a tank but did not receive a gas credit. Needed to get in storage for a ladder and couldn’t I was late paying for unit and your facility had put a lock on that they could not open because it was frozen. There should always be on acetylene torch around for that issue. My kids mother received a letter that I was late with my payment a week and half after I paid it and then another week and a half later I get the same letter. Not good people don’t get notifications out early enough. I guess this is a reoccurring problem because when I went to pay I told her I never got a notice and she waive the late fee…been there twice and they still didn’t change the name to the correct name. The facility messed up when it came to parking my vehicle. They had me parked in a reserved spot. Asking me to move the vehicle I said I couldn’t unless it was towed and I am not paying another tow to move it to a different spot. The employee told me to park the car there and that is what I did. It took forever to check in. I stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes before I could get keys to the storage unit. The storage unit rented to me was too small for the 26 foot U-Haul truck that I also rented from U-Haul. There was trash everywhere. I moved my items from this storage unit over a year ago and paid fees owed then as the final payment. Two months later they claim I wasn't moved out but I was because they told me something was there but I know it wasn't and the last time I was there I told them I was moving then and they said fine just take the lock with me which I did after clearing out.... This was over a year ago and yet they keeping saying I owe money for a unit I am not occupying. My mother told them I had nothing in the unit and I have told them this as well.
