All these high rating are for the Baton Rouge Greenwell Springs location. The location in Slidell LA was Is very unprofessional rude Nash and refuse to honor u-haul's agreement or their contract. But here where I'm at Very professional courtesy and willing and eager to help to make sure that I was satisfied as Au haul customer I will come back to Baton Rouge Green Springs well area. I left my galaxy 20 phone in van. Went back 30 minutes later, van there but no phone. Did the find my phone and it showed still at uhaul.DENNIS L.
My dissatisfaction is not with the location, but with the overall scheduling and pricing. I never can get a rental at the location that would be closest to me. This location was 22 miles from me. Why can't your main campus have trucks delivered to the customer's closest Uhaul location? I was charged for 45 miles in which 15-20 would of used. On my way home, I saw two different locations with the 10 footer trucks in their parking lot. Now explain to me why in the hell I had to drive WAY OUT MY WAY to pickup the rental?GINA S.

This has nothing to do with this location, but my overall experience with UHAUL. It was stressful and quite painful. I reserved a UHAUL truck almost a month before use. I was told that my reservation was cancelled THE MORNING I needed it (in fact I called UHAUL asking for help and then UHUAL said it was cancelled); I even called my UHAUL pick up place two-three days prior pickup to confirm everything (and they said it was all good). I called three different local locations, was on UHUAL text chat and UHAUL over phone--after almost 2 hours I was able to get another UHUAL. How can this be solved? Someone could have notified me at least a day or two before!HAMILTON C.

The location did not open on time. They did not have the 10ft truck I rented and said it was for someone else at 10am. I ended up renting a 6x9 open trailer for 1 day. The woman was rude and late at opening and at pick up. At drop off the office was not open at 4pm. 2 other customers were waiting there as well.LAURA B.

I had beyond a difficult time getting help from the UHaul corporate # that everyone calls. It said I could edit my order but I could not. It took 4 calls to local UHauls and it would send me into VRU hell. This location actually answered their phone. I would give this location high marks but UHaul service and website very low marksREE V.

Be kind to all customers including the elderly customers that need a lot of assistance. The agents were nice to me when picking up my rental but seemed very frustrated with the customers in front of me who were older. The agents vented their frustration about those customers when the customers walked outside. Definitely would not want that kind of service given to my parents.CLAUDIA M.

My truck was reserved at another location but got moved to this one (not by me) but the boxes that I purchased still had to be picked up at a different location. There should be a way to transfer the entire order to the same locationBRANDON W.

This location was wonderful, but my issue lies with my first location not putting the keys in the truck and forcing me to scramble to find another location by calling several people just to be transferred. Also, one of the customer service reps decided it was best to help me by hanging up. Again, this is about U-haul and their customer service and not at all about this location or the front desk person there.adam T.

1) We reserved a 15 foot and were not informed until a few hours before the pick up that no equipment was available until the next day and that it would be a 10 foot 2) the pick up time the next day was supposed to be 11:30 AM for the 10 foot, it was not available until after 1PM 3)customer service wait times are unacceptableVAN C.

When I arrived the office door was locked. This was a storage facility and there was a sign on the door that said the manager was out on the property and would return in 15 minutes. The safety chains did not have the rubber pieces that keep them from coming disconnected. I had to take the rubber pieces off of another trailer sitting nearby. There is a huge U-Haul rental location less than 3 miles away (I actually went there first by mistake). Go to the larger U-Haul location and you will receive better/faster service and have a much more professional expierience.Robert P.
