There is a rodent infestation. There are rats all over the place. All my items had some sort of rat feces on them. As well as dead rats throughout the hallways. There was also units where it looked liked someone tried to break in the door was pushed in and jammed. This storage facility needs pest control to remove the rodents!! As well it needs security!!!
bradley v | Overall ExperienceSomehow my info was lost in the system, my lock was cut off, boxes were opened and crushed. And when I tried to make a complaint the manager did not return my calls and the office person denied my property was crushed, but not that they opened my property. Absolutely atrocious behavior and customer service.

melanie B | First ImpressionsRats got in my storage unit and tore open all my bags. There was urine, poop, and maggots all over my clothes, shoes, books, papers and furniture. There also was a dead rat in there. It was awful. It took hours to clean and remove my things out. I had to pay to get help. I chose this storage facility because it was indoors and I thought my things would be secured.

The space was a inconvenience because it didn’t hold 3 bedrooms and I had to get another storage just for the rest of my things that wouldn’t fit I was offered a bigger space but by the time the staff arrived I was already moving in property
