It was really quick and convenient. I needed a pick up truck for a few hours. Great staffed. Fixed me up and had me on my way quickly. Return was simple.

I've spoke to the customer service department multiple times and each time I hear that I'll get a refund for the FRAUDULENT charges but instead I keep getting charged more. Yesterday I was charged again for 2 more appliance dollies even though I never even used one (they don't even have an appliance dolly at this site for you to use)! The manager said again yesterday that I would get a refund of the inappropriate charges and an email letting me know the correct totals but that has not happened yet. This location apparently based their business model on charging customers 10-15 at a time repeatedly over the course of months.

Very disappointed that I had to pay for 150 miles when I only went approximately 80. A refund should have been offered but was told that's the way it is. Unhappy about being over charged

I really only needed the rental for 24 hours, either I overlooked that option or it was not available. I have to get it for 2 days, so obviously the cost was more. That may not be available when you drop it off at another location.

Associate got my order wrong, added pads I didn't use, dolly I never received, over charged me for service. The manager refused refund & tired to paint the picture that is was my fault. Wouldn't want my dead dog to go to this location. I don't know if they are working off commission but they completely used me during this experience & the previous experience. I will definitely be giving a bad review on Yelp & BBB.

Too many glitches on your computer system. They had to fix my invoice because the system showed 7/8 tank when it was actually 7/16 full. I made many visits prior to moving day buying packaging and the computer system was %*#!

As a worker providing a service it's your job to make sure the customer receives what they paid for. You should walk your customer to the exact uhaul they reserved, not tell them “oh it's that one over there” and leave it to them to find it. If extra equipment was reserved such as a furniture dolly then make sure you actually give it to them or put it in the uhaul. I was charged for services and equipment I never received!

Has a drive thru for you to sit and wait for an employee to help you with rental drop off. Didn't not have to wait but a few seconds. The lady there was really inviting and friendly. Checked what she needed to and sent me on my fairly quickly.

They rented me a damaged trailer at full price which then caused me to have a flat tire in traffic and to end up stuck on the side of the road. No one would answer my call and put my on hold 12 times even when I said I was stranded. Then when I did get through they told me to call roadside and would not give me the number or put me through, they just told me to call the uhaul main number and figure it out. I was unable to use the trailer for the reason I rented it and yet I was not given a refund. So this was the last time I rent from uhaul and I will be putting my experience on social media.

My reservation "couldn't be found" at the location I had reserved it. Also, my credit card was supposed to be charged and instead my husband had to use his debit card. I set up an acct for this reason. I was disappointed with the entire experience.

Had truck ordered for 24/7 pickup and when I got there website said I had to wait until the store was open to get truck. store opened an hour later and there was a line with 1 person working I waited an hour to get the truck. I was a schedule and now I was 2 hours late because of this. why even take reservations.

I use U-Haul all the time but there was something white on the floor in the back. I sured have did a walk throw but I didn't that is on me. I swept out the and made sure it was clean and there was more gas in the van when i drop it off. i try to be a good costmer.

First time I had to do after hours return. It was easy enough, but a little intimidating. Then wanted me to approve the entire $119 bill rather than just additional $4. I did not understand and did not want to get charged twice.

Truck ran fine, no problem renting. BUT the A/C was hardly blowing at all and moving in Louisiana in August is no picnic when the A/C is working! Puleeze, check coolant more often. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience from reservation to return.

Hand truck was not tethered - I found out when it slammed into the front wall. Your 15' trucks are only 15' by adding the shelf. The bed is not 15' . Misleading !!

Faster service, more informative about charges that can occur. Secret charges that get charged with out notice. Someone actually in the store to assist customers instead of all four guys being outside. Cleaner trucks. The one I drove stunk so I took the time to clean it properly with my own expenses. Keep people from cutting in line when I've stood there for and hour and a half waiting on the employee to come inside to help only helping others who are just arriving in the store.

Your staff was not wearing masks...any of them. They would not mask after I asked them to. The big guy was on the phone a very long time. It took me 45 minutes to pick up my trailer that I had already reserved. your hookup guy was worse. I have never had a worse experience at uhaul. Normally a pleasant experience. Instead of keeping trailer 24 hrs I brought it back in 2 hrs.They were threatening because I didn't pay 8 dollars for insurance. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The overall reservation process was terrible. The initial response on my reservation indicated a pick up at a given location with a provided phone number. I had to call three different numbers to find out the pick up spot and this was again changed within 24 hours of my pickup. Went I went to pick up the vehicle this morning, it was there but no keys. They routed me to yet another location where I finally got my truck.
