tranell s. | First ImpressionsTruly terrible customer service. Manager Afton and district manager (?) Debra seem proud of how awful the customer service and communication with customers is. Shady practices and a general lack of transparency cause problems for customers which management refuses to solve and blames the customer. Look at the Google reviews for this place. If the majority of customers are having a problem, it is probably a uhaul problem, not a one off rude person. I'll never use uhaul again and I will never recommend them to a friend. Do better.
