This is 2nd time U-Haul did not have an appliance dolly which was on my order. When people move large items such as appliances gun safes etc a small hand truck is not going to work. If U-Haul doesn’t carry them and have available then they should not put on website as available.. on day of my move I had to once again run around to find an appliance dolly in order to move onto truck and move it. It is an inconvenience at that time. Had I known in advance it wasn’t available then I could have made prior arrangements.the store personnel took it off my bill to accommodate me which was thoughtful. It’s the hassle of trying to pack up and move but not having the appropriate equipment ready to go and having to locate over next hour the equipment, drive and pick it up versus just start loading the U-Haul.

DANIEL MThe Manager Stacey was very rude by continously calling me before the Truck was due back and I was being harassed by her once an hour continously reminding me she was leaving by 5pm and that if I was not back by 6pm or earlier I would not be allowed to rent from U-haul again. Stacey also stated in her voicemail that she wanted the Truck returned before it wad due back being very unprofessional as if to state or insinuate that I was attempting to steal the Truck which is also very unprofessional. I own a business and I would never treat a Customer in such a manner that they feel badgered or intimidated because of the unprofessional verbal actions of an employee for any company. I will state that the employee Ron was very Professional and even shook my hand upon leaving the facility...way to.go for his time honored customer service!
WESLEE BI think the few issues with damages were caused by the NE movers. Beyond that where I wish greater uhaul would improve is by updating their website and allowing for better communication between customers and their orders. I ordered through movinghelp.com but uhaul had the information that it was a self pick up. Even though I called it still wasn’t corrected. I have no idea if that is even something the person answering the phone can do and sense that greater U-Haul’s computer system is outdated. In the end I got my things on time in the way I needed so I suspect Loveland Uhaul is doing it right.

Julian CWhen I made the online reservation, the trailer was listed as available at the N. Lincoln Ave. location. I received an email 2 days before pickup saying it was actually going to be at the Byrd Dr. location, and I was told the N. Lincoln Ave. location doesn't stock trailers. This required me to adjust my plans for my moving day. I am not sure why the website said the trailer was available at a location that doesn't even stock trailers. Please look into this.
ARI CService in Loveland was not a problem. I hauled a classic vehicle to a restorer builder in Phoenix, AZ. Although my original plan was to take the vehicle to Arizona, and then bring my rental car hauler trailer back to Loveland, I decided to leave the car hauler in Phoenix because of a change of plans. I stopped by four different U-Haul dealers in the Phoenix area and none of them would take the car hauler back. I have rented several trailers from U-Haul this year and I was told by U-Haul employees, on more than one occasion, that I could "drop of the trailer" at any U-Haul dealer and they would accept. I even offered to pay the $250.00 fee to leave it in Phoenix, but none of the Phoenix dealers would take the trailer. Because the Phoenix U-Haul dealers would not allow me to drop of the car hauler and pay the extra fee, I was forced to return the car hauler back into Loveland CO, causing me a major problem. The Phoenix U-Haul dealerships could not even give me a reason why they would not allow me to pay the extra fee and leave the car hauler in Phoenix. So all of the U-Haul employees that told me I could leave any of the trailers I rented this year at any dealer ship is a lie and not true. Next time I need a trailer I think I'll look into Penske.

JONATHAN H | Overall ExperienceIt felt like this location is a hands off approach. It says to use the qr code to return your item. Or pay a fee to have help from an employee....We'll the qr code doesn't work in the app. The app told me to use the code on the front door, well it's a tiny upc code that looks like it's for needing help not scanning to return. I asked inside and they said ya scan the code outside... the qr code that doesn't work. After nothing working I will say there was one woman who then helped me figure out what to do but then it was totally unclear what to do with my trailer to unhitch and leave it there. There is no way I could lift the trailer off the hitch, if that woman hadn't come with a jack like tool I would have been stuck there. No one knew where to drop the trailer so we just put it out by some other ones. So I said the staff was not helpful because as a general statement that was true, but the woman who was there did help me, but she was the only one. Can I also add, no matter if it's the app or online uhaul is very very slow to work. It is kind of intuitive to use the app but only if you already have an order to return, getting it ordered was a pain. When returning in the app I did appreciate the way I can take photos to show is in good condition but it took an overly lengthy amount of time to get then to upload. Lastly, I will use uhaul for every move. These problems I had are because uhaul is moving into the tech future before others, there are bound to be kinks my issue were insignificant in the whole picture of renting a trailer. Uhauls equipment is above the standard.
