My experience was excellent from pickup of trailers from places in Texas and throughout my storage. Facilities and equiptment were well maintained. I had zero problems. My truck wouldnt start at the Chicot location. The guys there gladly gave me a jump.

The lady that checked me out was rushing bc she was trying to leave and said she would send me an email receipt. On 11/12/20 I get a call from UHaul asking why haven't I returned the truck. I informed the guy that I returned the truck the same day and he said he would look into it. 11/13/20 I get an email saying I had the truck 2 days with 245 miles. Hell No!!! I need some one to contact me ASAP

I understand people should not be throwing out furniture however one of my pictures broke so I had a broken glass in a box, what was I supposed to do with it? I do not think it is reasonable to expect people to take their garbage and find somewhere else to throw it out. I have a storage unit because I do not have an apartment.

Xavier F.I have been charged 2 no-show fees even though I rented a truck and returned the truck on time. I called Customer Service and got nowhere. If U-haul would like my business in the future I would expect these charges to be removed.
Jaime G.I originally reserved a 10" truck for the 65th and Geyer Springs location. I edited my reservation and ended up having to pick up at I-30. My experience at 65th and Geyer Springs with whoever the lady that was working on 05/24 was not pleasant. She was rude and rolling her neck at me while she proceeded to tell me at first "you don't have a reservation here"...then "I don't have the truck you're looking for"...then "YOU EDITED YOUR RESERVATION MANY TIMES AND YOU HAVE TO PICK UP AT I-30. As a customer, I was NOT aware that if I edit my reservation and the equipment that I requested is not available at the location I choose, the system automatically moves my reservation to the nearest location where the equipment is available. So, it would have been nice if the lady at 65th would have explained that to me BEFORE SHE BEGAN ROLLING HER NECK AND BEING SARCASTIC. On a more positive note, the guy at I-30 was very helpful and pleasant. He did a great job getting me in and out without any issues. His facility was clean and welcoming.
