Terrance completed the contract for me on 11/11/20. He was Awesome!!! No problems on that end. I return the truck around 6:30 same the day. The lady that checked me out was rushing bc she was trying to leave and said she would send me an email receipt. On 11/12/20 I get a call from UHaul asking why haven't I returned the truck. I informed the guy that I returned the truck the same day and he said he would look into it. 11/13/20 I get an email saying I had the truck 2 days with 245 miles. Hell No!!! I need some one to contact me ASAP

Personnel check you in faster than app Tried app, took too long, In person attendant said they could have checked out 5 trucks by the time the app process was done. Doing in person from now on

Train your employees to be able to help with basic customer concerns. Also, don't hire employees that smoke meth openly in the office. I walked in the store and found your employee inhaling a strange smelling substance.
The person that checked me in was very nice. I went out of my way to avoid going to the Benton, AR Uhaul location. I refuse to do business with them again.
Really have no complaints, so not sure what to suggest for improvement...great customer service, great truck for what I needed it for and for a decent price.
I have been charged 2 no-show fees even though I rented a truck and returned the truck on time. I called Customer Service and got nowhere. If U-haul would like my business in the future I would expect these charges to be removed.
I originally reserved a 10" truck for the 65th and Geyer Springs location. I edited my reservation and ended up having to pick up at I-30. My experience at 65th and Geyer Springs with whoever the lady that was working on 05/24 was not pleasant. She was rude and rolling her neck at me while she proceeded to tell me at first "you don't have a reservation here"...then "I don't have the truck you're looking for"...then "YOU EDITED YOUR RESERVATION MANY TIMES AND YOU HAVE TO PICK UP AT I-30. As a customer, I was NOT aware that if I edit my reservation and the equipment that I requested is not available at the location I choose, the system automatically moves my reservation to the nearest location where the equipment is available. So, it would have been nice if the lady at 65th would have explained that to me BEFORE SHE BEGAN ROLLING HER NECK AND BEING SARCASTIC. On a more positive note, the guy at I-30 was very helpful and pleasant. He did a great job getting me in and out without any issues. His facility was clean and welcoming.
