Train your employees to be able to help with basic customer concerns. Also, don't hire employees that smoke meth openly in the office. I walked in the store and found your employee inhaling a strange smelling substance.

I have been charged 2 no-show fees even though I rented a truck and returned the truck on time. I called Customer Service and got nowhere. If U-haul would like my business in the future I would expect these charges to be removed.

I originally reserved a 10" truck for the 65th and Geyer Springs location. I edited my reservation and ended up having to pick up at I-30. My experience at 65th and Geyer Springs with whoever the lady that was working on 05/24 was not pleasant. She was rude and rolling her neck at me while she proceeded to tell me at first "you don't have a reservation here"...then "I don't have the truck you're looking for"...then "YOU EDITED YOUR RESERVATION MANY TIMES AND YOU HAVE TO PICK UP AT I-30. As a customer, I was NOT aware that if I edit my reservation and the equipment that I requested is not available at the location I choose, the system automatically moves my reservation to the nearest location where the equipment is available. So, it would have been nice if the lady at 65th would have explained that to me BEFORE SHE BEGAN ROLLING HER NECK AND BEING SARCASTIC. On a more positive note, the guy at I-30 was very helpful and pleasant. He did a great job getting me in and out without any issues. His facility was clean and welcoming.

I was given the wrong truck and then charge for extra mileage and the representative had me coming back at 12 as if I had taken the truck for a day so I was very disappointed when I was told I need to bring the truck back now or be charged 51 extra dollars when I had just gotten it the same day and paid for an all day service

I did an online reservation and when arrived the agent (a male) said he didn't see it. So I asked if there was another location thinking I had come to the wrong one. But that was the exact one I reserved with.he cut me off while I was trying to pull up the reservation#, and ask what I needed. I was not satisfied with the customer service. But when dropping it off I was very pleased with the female agent. She was very nice!

I was told that debit cards could not be used to pay the deposit for rental trucks. This is really inconvenient. My debit card DID run as credit, but it was all I had brought with me so knowing this BEFORE I got to the store would have been good.

Not much need for improvement, you were open, have very helpful staff and the confirmed reservation actually means that, unlike Enterprise and Hertz the vehicle is really at the location, at the agreed time, ready to drive and not some mythical fantasy, rental game of chance. I stored my belongings there for 2 years in 20124-2016. The lady working then was really nice and helpful. The new guy, Chris, is not very nice or helpful. He even told me he was getting calls complaining of noise when I was moving my stuff out of storage. Really? Of course there is going to be noise. I had a metal shelf and washer and dryer in an upstairs unit. He even came and looked for damage to charge me with.
