AKRAM ABobbi was beyond amazing she really took good care of us. And understood the frustration we had with the other location
DANIEL BI picked up the UHaul approximately on time as reserved and it had no gas in it. It was on E. I returned the truck exactly as I picked it up, on E. It was extremely inconvenient to have to go immediately to the gas station and fill up the tank. I had not prepared for this. The sales associate acknowledged there was no gas in the truck and I had thought she was going to give a discount of some type of accommodation for this. Instead I was charged $8.50 for gas. How is picking it up on E and dropping it off on E a 2 gallon difference? I have photos of the gas gauge at pickup and the gas gauge at drop off. Appears the same to me. No would not recommend this place , I'm close to not recommending and not using UHaul anymore. It always seems to be something. I never get all the equipment I reserve like furniture dollies and appliance dollies.
GRAYSON SThe personnel tried to argue that we had to return the truck and trailer to a different location even though there was no mention of that in the contract. She argued with us for several minutes before another employee (manager?) came up and confirmed what we had been saying all along...that we could return to this location or any other of our choosing. IT JUST SHOULDN'T BE SO HARD!

STEPHEN WThe lady that works there works very hard. She is very thorough on the return, very fast, and she took my trailer off and pushed into the parking space. (I can't back up trailer) it was very hot outside. You guys need to give her a raise for sure!
SUSAN RI had to be re-directed to this location due to my usual location not having my reservation ready. They had the preferred style of equipment available, and ready.. I was already checked in online so I was in and out in less than 5 minutes... Will consider this location for future rentals..

ARIELLE WThis location was clean and the workers gave us a discount because of our overall experience (read more below) which was much appreciated. The location we went to originally (Baseline in Little Rock) was having some major issues. Their point of sales system was very slow and even shut down at one point to where they were unable to check someone out. Between 3 registers, only one was working properly. It seemed like the workers were doing the best they could but there were only two of them there. We ended up waiting 1 hour (though there were only 5 people in front of us in line), the worker was on the phone with a representative from Uhaul because the system was down, so she gave us the phone so we could go over the details of my reservation. When the representative looked up my information, she said the vehicle I reserved was not operational because of a tire issue and they could upgrade me for free but we had to drive to the I-30/Chicot location. Overall, we spent almost 2 hours trying to secure the uhaul because the system was still pretty slow at this location, too. I felt bad for the employees because I have worked in retail and I would be so frustrated if I was working for Uhaul.
Catherine BOur experience was great. We arrived at 7 as planned and were met by a very nice young woman who explained everything. We brought the truck back this evening and were met by another nice young woman who completed our reservation.

SHERRY DI was very pleased with the service we received I was in and out very quickly but the thing I was disappointed with all the hidden fees I did take out insurance for $28.00 so $19.95 plus insurance is $47.95 then you have 0.99 since a mile plus $30.00 for gas even though I put gas in it to put back to where it was on the gage which you have to or they will charge you basically it was $78.84 I feel U-HAUL that is misleading but back to service the lady that waited on me was super nice and knew her job well
EVA RGreat customer service. The attendant was friendly and professional. She completed the transaction quickly, explaining everything, then hooked up the trailer to my vehicle. Later, returning the trailer and completing the rental transaction was a breeze. All the equipment seemed to be clean and in good condition. The lot was easy to access with plenty of room to maneuver.

TOREY TTruck smelled pretty heavily of cigarette smoke. I cleaned the interior wiping it down and spraying with air freshener and it helped. Windshield was pretty dirty on the inside and out, otherwise the truck was fine. Cleaning a little more would be good though.

Allen DThis location was great, however the first place I picked to pick up for some reason couldn’t accommodate the pick up and it got switched. The second place, the one it was switched to, opened later than i picked and also didn’t do the pick up through app so I couldn’t get the truck. So in the future maybe you should make sure that if a person chooses to pick up with the app that it’s actually available at the location.

ANGELA BWhen I initially reserved my U-Haul, the representative reserved for the wrong day and I ended up standing on the U-Haul parking lot in the middle of the night unable to get my truck. I have her call the representative who then sent me 18 minutes across town to a different U-Haul from my truck. I was very upset. However, U-Haul somewhat redeemed themselves with the 30 days of free storage. It just so happens the apartment I was packing for was not ready in the time it was supposed to be, and my belongings were just sitting on the truck. The 30 days of free storage was right on time. I appreciate U-Haul. I would have given an "excellent" review if I hadn't been stranded and redirected but overall it was an okay experience. Thank you.

Dylan GU-Haul booked me for a truck and then did not have any available. I had to go to three locations before I could rent one although I had made a reservation. The call center was curt and disrepectful and not understanding of the situation that U-Haul had caused. Bobbie was very nice and helpful. I am not likely to rent from you again.
