I do not agree to the Key Cut charges imposed on me. I did not lock the van. The van locked on itself after your representative asked me to leave the keys inside the van. Why are you charging me for your equipment malfunction?

Very bad service. This is my first time getting Uhaul and I never gonna get Uhaul again and gave aid to buy my own truck instead of renting.They said me to fill the tank more than it was given to me to give a discount but it’s actually not a discount it’s just money to fill that extra fuel. Calling service is not efficient.

I was moving cities with heavy stuff. I booked 2 furniture dolly but around 10 PM the night before my move I am getting a call from this location saying that they don’t have furniture dolly. Why couldn’t they call me earlier so I could even arrange it from somewhere else. He was trying to sell me new dolly which I don’t need.
At 10 Pm what am supposed to arrange?
It was not at all a convenient for us, I am sick today coz I had to lift all that with bare hands.
Secondly, the truck had full ice on windshield, I had to wait a-lot before I could move because of the ICE.
Thirdly, I first booked 26’ truck but when I reached my building it couldn’t park, I called UHAUL and they said yes you can replace the truck with smaller size only if they have it in stock right now. They transferred me to the store number. Store representative said they don’t have it in stock. When I checked the website it showed available. I called the store again and I told him that online it is available why can’t I just replace it and then he said okay come and pick smaller one to exchange it with 26’ truck.
Overall it not only wasted my time in the freezing weather that day but had to deal with so much stress. It was just awful experience, I would have cancelled my pickup if I had that option at that moment.
For me UHAUL had good image but now it feels like a FRAUD company if they can’t take care of their customers and stick to their commitments.

When picking car dolly up one light was not working. Tie down ratchets not working correctly. Dolly appeared to have uneven ramps. I use this location frequently and overall the staff are great and equipment is usually in good shape.

The customer service representatives were very friendly at the site, but this thing of having to pay extra to have more access to your storage locker is total BS. There should be one price only for 24 hour access, like every other major storage facility that I've seen. The $140 I had to shell out for that rickety locker that I got was already too much, and now I have to pay more if I want to access my locker after hours? C'mon guys, Uhaul can do better than that.

From the very start I had major issues, a very unfriendly girl at the front desk set up my account. It took her 45 mins to get everything correct, however even after this I found my 4 digit entry pin was 5 digits and was a generic 12345! She obviously couldn’t be bothered to set up a paid for service on the system.
I came back the following day to have this looked into by two other employees, it took 9 hours to solve the simple problem and get me after hours access.
The main entrance to the storage units were a health and safety violation on a daily basis, to the extent of having to physically move large heavy fed ex boxes out of the way every time I needed access to my unit.
This location (for a storage facility) clearly has zero storage for the 10s & 10s of toe bars and heavy boxes that are delivered multiple times per day. They are constantly blocking the fire exits and main walkway to all units. This is clearly in breach of all fire/health and safety codes. For a customer to have to move heavy boxes and toe bars out of harms way to gain access is ridiculous.
My unit itself was ok but had zero lighting within, not even the hallway lighting could come in overtop as the walls were to the celling.
I purchased my own lock from a local store because the lady that set up the account didn’t state any difference, only to find weeks later I had to purchase a U hall lock because mine wasn’t “fit for purpose”
All in all my experience at the location is a 0 out of 5
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation towards my overpriced rental.
On a more positive note there were a couple of staff members who were polite and expressed their apologies for the inconvenience of the mess.
They also mentioned that the first girl I dealt with was let go.
The entrance blocking and lighting both need to be urgently rectified for obvious health and safety concerns. I noticed multiple cameras within the storage entrance so any administrator should be able to monitor this on a daily basis.

I rented storage on Kingston rd.i had a outside unit i had 2 attempts on braking into my unit at the price of $305 per month i replaced 2 locks the cameras there doesn't show 3/4 of the units i moved out a week earlier canceled so you owe me a week back thanks mike
