My order # was 22005951 and I chose to do a self-service rental to ensure I wouldn't have to wait in line for my rental. I arrived and started the online process. The website did not allow me to even log in as the interface refused to allow me to input my information into the system. When I asked the Uhaul workers onsite what to do, the person behind the counter was dealing with so many people in line he could not attend to my situation. Then I found another Uhaul worker and told him the situation. He got my truck, drove it to the front and left it running. I asked him how I can leave the lot with the truck considering the online system was down. He kept on mumbling and running away, pretending to do things. I knew I had to pursue him to get answers. He kept mumbling and running away. I kept pushing him for answers. He obviously did not know what to do and had to defer to the other worker. So only one worker knew what to do and was busy, while the other one left the truck running on gas I was paying for. It was maddening. Another customer with the same issue finally joined forces with me to corner the worker and tell him to solve the issue. He did not know what to do but forced the other worker to figure out a way to check us out. This supposed "express" online check out took more than 45 mins. I am so annoyed by this process. I didn't get an apology from your staff, nor did they offer to remedy the 45 min delay by lessening the payment. Just appalling. If my input about your service actually means something to you, I expect to hear back with an explanation. Thank you.

I registered at Warden and went their early in the morning but they said they transferred my reservation to Kingston so i drove to Kingston and waited for an hour jus to finish my payment it’s really annoying coz the line up already long. Over all everything was fined especially Mr.Peter.

When I arrived the computers were down, took over a 1/2 hour to correct the problem with six customers waiting. The refueling system off, difanitly in uhauls favor.

Both attendants were busy when I arrived - neither said hello to me or let me know they'd be with me momentarily - otherwise once they were able to focus on me they were polite and moved through the process well.

Rental ordered online and chose a location much closer to my move. The day before move Day my equipment and most of all location had changed. If I would have known about location I would not have rented vehicle. Don’t put location on site if we cannot pickup vehicle at that site. I would not recommend uhaul..

The truck I rented smelled like an ashtray. When I looked at the ashtray it was willed with ashes and butts. The front window was dirty as well.

I will suggest, it's always better to call head office for booking specially if you need urgent booking, head office people try to arrange accordingly, location people was very cooperative as well, went to first location but previous customer didn't returned truck but it was't UHAUL fault, but got $50 credit for Hassle to go to other location

I was 15 minutes late returning the trailer and when I sent an email later that evening, long past closing time, to let the office know the trailer was returned, I was expecting someone to read it the next morning. I was surprised to receive a response email within minutes directly from Clay Stout, the local manager. This level of service was completely unexpected, and my entire experience was excellent. Keep up the good work!

The passenger side mirror on the truck was broken. The larger regular mirror would not keep it's position. After adjusting it, the natural vibrations of driving would quickly shift the mirror way off to the right, because the mirror would no longer hold its position. So it was essentially useless causing severe lack of visibility, which is dangerous. Also, the smaller convex mirror below it had been smashed previously and there were pieces of the mirror broken away, so it's usefulness was very substandard. No one had documented this issue on my rental agreement nor had a walk-around been performed with me. Consequently, I had concerns that I could have been blamed for the pre-existing damage. I will be certain to perform a check myself for my next rental on Dec. 2. I cannot afford to have poor equipment when making a long trip to London Ontario.
