The 1st truck did not start, and had many damage marks that did not appear on pictures. I did not approve any pre rental pics and took my own. Then got 2nd truck and as I walked up, the front passenger tire was flat. Finally the 3rd truck started and had good tires. Again. NONE of the pre rental pic showed existing damage. Including the rock ding in the window. Again I did not approve any pictures and took my own. I really had a concern that I would be charged no matter what due to so much incompetence on truck rental readiness. So the 3rd truck worked.. Then I saw my invoice. It was for the wrong truck. I know this because I took pictures and videos when I dropped it off at the cleaning/drop off location. The invoice showed over 90,000 miles and the truck I rented had just over 50,000 miles on it. I only drove 10 miles. Eventually, I got what looked.like the correct receipt and the correct amount of charges. It really seems like this mega location has it all, except for the ability to have rentals ready, and accurate automated emailing of invoices. Home Depot has been my go to for single day rentals. I wanted to try Uhaul, as the mega location is close to home. Never again. Ill drive farther to pay less. Yet, rent what I need without the fear of being charged for damage that is not listed or photographed before I rent it. Home depot associates actually walk the truck, trailer, or Van with me and we note all damages before I leave. Seems like corporate Uhaul is disconnected from how to service a customer. First and last time I rent a pick up from Uhaul. I was charged $8 for gas because someone eyed ball the gauge at slightly below 3/8 of the tank. This is fucking ridiculous, next time I'm going to Home Depot.VICTOR B.

This location was not very good with customer service. Every customer service representative didn't have the will to make me feel like I have been helped. They stare at me like a fish out of water. When I was returning the uhaul chevy truck, I had a technical problem with the UHaul app. The UHaul app did not go all the way to the completion page where I will get a confirmation email. Because of this problem, I decided to go to the customer service desk at the location to get support on returning the Uhaul chevy truck. All they did was tell me to go park the truck at the return station - nothing more. How are you going to tell me to go park the Uhaul chevy truck at the return station without no confirmation receipt ? This was a liability for me. So, I went to park the Uhaul chevy truck at the return station and no one was there. Again, my gut told me to stay until I got some sort of confirmation receipt. Finally, I decided to switch to the UHaul web experience, log in and initiate the return Uhaul process from there. It worked and I got a confirmation email and left that Uhaul Chevy truck where I rent it from. Lastly, it seem the customer service representatives didn't understand how the U-Haul applications relates with their business location process. Uhaul leaders and executives, you need to do a better job at educating your Uhaul location about your technological business applications and how to support it. The customer support experience felt very separated from this location compare to your company mission and value and customer support experience.Muaj V.

I have rented a 6x12 trailer seven times this month. The tires are over inflated on every one and the tires do not have the same pressure front to back or side to side to side. They pull terribly and bounce around when empty. The only tire gauge any location has is a club. This is a corporate decision. I will rent somewhere else in the future.DIANA B.

I had the worst experience ever in life.. Jacqueline is the worst.. Threw me a pair of keys ro a truck that hadnt been cleaned because in her words "its so much going on"..... Well, customer service is great, (Jacqueline Haggard) was working by herself when i picked up and dropped off and both times there was a lot going on storage rentals, equipment rentals, people buying boxes and other supply's people calling on the phone for various information. she handled it all really well staying Professional, Courteous, and Friendly. I think it would help to have someone from the service Dept. in the office to help with the phones and supply's and to pull the rentals up for a quick walk around with the customers making sure they're familiar with all the features maybe initial the the fuel level and mileage. My rental experience overall was terrible, but not because of this location. I had an online, guaranteed reservation. I the Dallas location nearest me to tell them I was running a little late and they said "We don't have the trailer you want. It's at the Garland location.", which was six miles away. I went there only to find they were understaffed. 30 minutes later, they told me the trailer was out of service and scrambled to find me another trailer at this location, which was also closer to my home. When I got there, they were understaffed and 30 minutes later I finally got an acceptable, alternative trailer. I felt sorry for the staff, but was the worst experience I've had with U-Haul, after several previous visits.BRIAN C.

The lady that did the initial rental was awesome. She was helpful, and friendly. However, I am being held responsible for a tolls/citation violation that I had no part in. This was issued on 3/6 @ 11:52 am. I didn't even get the rental until after it was returned" which was at 3:58pm on 3/6. I have the documentation to prove this. Furthermore, I feel that it's very unprofessional to penalize someone for something they didn't do. I didn't use highways or tolls nor did I run any red lights, but I am still being held responsible, which isn't fair. I am very unhappy and me recommending this location is questionable. The reason I would is because of the nice lady who did the initial rental. I've already disputed this citation/tolls violation but I am hoping to save future customers from the same unprofessionalism. Please don't penalize people for something they didn't do.Carla R.

The roll of movers wrap that we purchased was unusable as it was melted on the end and on the outer layer about 1/2 inch thick and could not be used to wrap the furniture pads to the furniture. Returned the equipment after hours same day I rented. Dropped it off overnight, thought that was the end of it. 8 days later I get notifications from bank that I am being charged 577 additional dollars for not returning trailer. Tried to reach out to store and was transferred to corporate they assured me that manager was working on reimbursement. Later on that day went to store to get reimbursement receipt and assistant manager or supervisor on duty mention that it still hadn't been returned. She finally checked me out and printed reimbursement receipt. She mention that this happen all the time. If you are going to rent from this location use only cash not credit cardCHRISTIAN R.

First, when I showed up to pick up my rental there was only 1 employee working. When it was finally our turn we got everything set up but the employee had us run out to the rental to give us a letter on the rental so she could give us the code for the lock. She did not make any one else do this. People that were behind us in line left with their rental way before we did. A couple of days after returning my rental I received my contract. This is where is gets bad. I am being charged 4 days when I only used the rental for 4 hours. I contacted customer service & I was supposed to receive a call back from the manager at this location. It has now been 4 days since I submitted this request and still no call from anyone. I arrived at pick up time, my additional requested gear was not loaded in the truck, upon return, I mentioned to the receiving clerk that we did not use the flat dolly and the urility dolly but we did use the appliance dolly, I also requested a receipt and he asked me to proceed to the main office for a receipt, the line was long in the store with only 2 attendants for long lines of customers with 30 minutes wait, as my turn arrived, the check out attendant did not have my receipt ready as the attendant had not cleared my truck use even after he himself said that my receipt would be ready by the time I got to the checkout clerk. much to be desired for customer satisfaction and speedy check in and speedy check out, and by the way I also got charged for the 2 items I made clear I did not use.JUAN M.

The service I received was the worst experience I will never rent from uhaul again my locker was also broken into when I reported the incident to uhaul I never heard back. I was harassed if I was late on my payment even a couple of days even though I had the storage unit for over a year. Every time I went to the storage unit in person I was greeted by the worst customer service known to man with angry attitude workers it’s just disgusting.
