The trailer we were given was possibly the oldest trailer on a very large lot. Driving across states - the trailer had a blow out and it took nearly 5 hours for the roadside and issue to be resolved. We had 35 youth coming home from camp and were stranded in the middle of nowhere. AND - we were over charged - charged twice for the late return.

Very upset. On July 5th I was told upon making my reservation I would receive one month free and $69.95 any month after. Today is July 9th, and I was denied access due to nonpayment; absurd!

Customer service was horrible, the employees had their kids running around like they were babysitting them while they were at work. They don’t answer the phone for customers or customer service. With confronted with the fact they don’t answer the phones they became very hostile and argumentative with the customer instead of apologizing.

The most inefficient place of business. They have no regard for your time and are definitely operating on their own time schedule. We had our own hitch and the ball was too big. They loaned us a hitch. When we returned the trailer and got our hitch back, they had lost our pin to our hitch and couldn’t have cared less. We will never use this location again.

I was charged $40.00 for an extra day because the location didn’t return the truck to the system until the next day. They then ran my card with my knowledge. I dropped the truck off the same day after I finished moving, keys in the key drop. I will never use uhaul again!

There were no personnel at the drop off point so we had to guess where to put the car. Where to put the key was unclear as well. Finally we found someone and I was charged extra for being 20 min after the drop off time.

I have a storage number 313 I down grade to 505 I went there move out of 313 to 505 one week before my due date I call tell the they put a green lock on but still have me in 313 tsp too much unhappy

I’ve been going to this location for a couple years now for trailers and truck rentals. Also got my truck tow hitch done there as well. They generally always have rentals available, even on a Sunday! People are friendly and return is easy. They get busy, but it’s one of the biggest ones around.

I had to wait 30 mins for my Rental. Once I arrived to pick-up the truck I was told the Key could not be located. The Representative was kind, yet I arrived prior to my 5:00p pick-up time and to have to wait 30 mins. for the staff to find the key to the truck delayed our moved.

There should be a shorter wait time. When you already scheduled a pick up, for a certain day, certain time, you should not have to wait in line for 1:15, that is hard in the middle of Summer, nowhere to sit and no Water available

I was in line for about 1hour 35 minutes, I took other 35 minutes to get set up because the “system was to slow” when I asked about a compensation they said no. By that time, I should’ve been all moved up to my new apartment.

The day I rented the vehicle, my reservation was entered by a trainee. I needed the vehicle for two days and to return to the same location. I received a one day rental with a different drop location. The printer was down at the time so I didn’t receive a hard copy. After leaving the facility, I received a confirmation email showing the entry errors. I called the facility to report and was told to call the scheduling department to make the corrections. I did call and discussed the reservation in detail. No corrections were made. The following day I contacted scheduling again to add an extra day. Again we went over the corrections in detail. Upon returning the vehicle, I had to go into the office and have the representative fix the errors in the system. Which took approximately 50 minutes. A relatively minor issue but inconvenient nonetheless.

The roof on the truck leaked, when it rained it ruined pictures, painting and furniture. The passenger mirror was broken, so you had to have someone hold it to switch lanes, have them look for you or just cross your fingers and pray.

Make sure that when trucks are dropped off that the time is recorded immediately. I truck up a little after 10am and dropped off approximately 3:45pm. Truck did not get checked in until after 5pm so I was charged double the rate

The reservation dates were entered wrong. Location thought the truck wasn’t returned even tho it was and they said they couldn’t find the truck. I had to return in person 4 days later to resolve the issue.

I am kind of mad because I was charged for a dolly that they forgot to give me and when I returned the truck I went in before handing in the keys and said hey that will come off the charge since we were not able to get a dolly and the clerk said yes that she remembered me not getting it then still charged the final bill.. not happy at all..

Handful of problems there I understand it was Under New Management but get it together. Rick is trying to make that place work. Hope the corporate office works with him. Hours were not posted. Got locked out when I needed access. Gates were broken for 2-3 days. Security not good. Called for help at exit and 800 number could find no helpers.

For one the attitudes at the location. They were busy at the time of assisting me and were not rude. Regardless I felt rushed and they didn’t charge me correctly or provide the supplies and dolly I paid for. I told the cashier that I had purchased a rope for $3 with the order but wanted to change it out for a better rope which was a little bit more. She didn’t credit me $3 rope but she sure did charge me for the rope that was a little bit more. I received credit for dolly that I didn’t receive but I called regarding the rope and customer care said I had to do get the refund at the location and provide the receipt. Which is an inconvenience, this location is 9 miles from me. Driving to this location would defeat the $3 refund and also during my move I lost my receipt but it is on my credit card. Both charges for the rope. Very poor experience.

You should make sure that the link the customer receives to inspect the equipment it should say if it is to inspect the truck or any other equipment you rented with the truck. I rented the truck and a open trailer to haul my car, and it was hard to do it because it is time sensitive, it expired when I clicked on the trailer and I was checking the truck when the trailer is not connected yet.

Not much. The employees are cheerful and helpful, even when there is a long line of customers checking out equipment. When I fist got in a long line on May 31st I thought it would be a long wait, but they had the line moving fast and I was very impressed!

The truck we rented gave us a lot of trouble, due to mechanical issues. We were not able to move as planned . Driving it in the rain was very stressful, because the truck kept moving everywhere as if the suspension was in very poor condition. I would avoid this location. Very confusing, poor signage. As far as I could tell, only one employee working there. Asked for a receipt, and was told I would have to wait an hour, or get one via email later. Then, I received a call the next day asking where the truck was. I explained that I had left it there and they did fix it. Not very customer friendly at all.

The box truck I used had the pre-positioned utility dolly and furniture pads inside with the buy-if-broken seals. I had already rented those items but was denied when I asked them to be removed. In turn I lost space in the truck. The facilities and people were fine; I'm only not pleased with that practice.

First, the staff were all awesome. The only issue I had, which was resolved, was that despite having a reservation for a piece of equipment for 3pm, the trailer was not ready. Again, they fixed it and were awesome. The only other comment I have is that on both of my visits, the return Lane was stacked up with vehicles that made it difficult to follow the signage in the lot. Perhaps these were all being processed for guests, if so, they need extra help with that area of the operation.

wait in line. ask to rent truck and motorcycle trailer. told no trucks available. walk back outside, look at dozens of trucks outside. go back inside, wait in line, ask are you sure one of the trucks outside isnt available? she said, yes of course those pickup trucks are available. great, let me rent one and a moto trailer. she cant book it. I have to book it in front of her on my phone. then she cant find my rez. have to wait. they finally get it, she gives me keys to truck. i ask about the trailer? she says someone will meet me outside. wait outside. find a guy who is finally able to help with the trailer. guess what, the motorcycle trailer does not come with any straps, unlike a car dolly. back inside, more waiting in line to buy damn straps. hard to comprehend this level of unhelpfulness

This is a very large, busy U-Haul location. Check-in is run like an airport rent car drop off. Had to wait a short bit for the one attendant to get to everyone. Had to wait much longer inside for a printed receipt.

Going to the store and dealing with the employees was not a bad experience. However I gave 3 stars due to NEVER being able to contact anyone via the phone. Wait times on the phone are outrageous.
