Our pre arranged reservation for 10a was missed for over an hot as there was only one counter person. He was efficient and kind however 10 people in line ahead with 1 person is unacceptable.

When i picked up my vehicle my contract had the wrong vehicle number i was being assigned and the wrong milage.While i was there another customer was stating the milage on his contract was wrong too,to what his rental actually said.When i was doing a night drop off i was unaware on how to go about it.However customer service did help.

After placing an order to rent one of your vehicles from your store located at12215 Lyndon Barfield Johnson Fwy, Garland, TX 75041, I picked the truck up approximately 12:51 pm on Fri 4/8/2016. I took the truck in anticipation of renting for approximately 24 hours. The day went Great and that allowed me to be able to return the truck the same day (9:41 pm). After returning the truck, I also locked the cab doors with the utility dolly inside the cab. I checked odometer, the milage was 204383.9. While viewing my contract, the mileage out was 112539. I called the Garland store. I was disconnected 5 times even after I was transferred to the customer service center. I was disconnected there as well. I spoke to an agent at the Garland branch (female whose name is forgot). I asked her to transfer me to a manager. She told me she needed more information about my call inquiry. She Never transfered me to a manager. But during the call, I asked her did they show my rental as returned. She said, No! It still shows as "open" as if I never returned the truck. I asked her several times to check the key return box to see if the keys were in it. She told me they did but there were no key returns for my contract. I asked her to check to see if the truck itself were on the property because the truck was on the property with the utility dolly locked inside the cab. She said "the truck is not here or something to that degree!" Overall, this has been a "Totally" unprofessional experience. To have agents who would not physically check to see if the vehicle is on there premisese. Finally, one of your agents called me from the Garland store and asked me, "Mr. JONES, Did you move the truck at all?" I told her, "I drove the truck approximately 47 miles then returned it to the Garland store!" She said, "we don't show Any miles moved on the truck! " Bottom line: This was an Absolute Horrible experience. My total bill was $132.39. The customer service agent Only reduced my billing due to the fact of an inoperative odometer reading! No Real apologies were rendered. I am only hoping that my bank account will reflect the charges that Your agent quoted me ($61.55). I do not feel as if I will be using the U-Haul services anymore! Unprofessionalism!

Your system has two holds on my account for 98.84 and 120.11 which should have all been released when I returned the truck on 4/1/2016. I did not realize this had not been done until around 11:30 pm last night when I rent to pay for my storages in order to avoid late fees. to my surprise, i did not have the money to make those payments and have been charged late fees because of your system error. I need this problem taking care of immediately and some kind of compensation for the late fees I have been charged. Also, I do not have access to my storages now until I make the payments plus late fees.

I had a 6 hour move and they charged my card for a two day rental. I have called to talk to someone to get this resolved 3 times over the past two days and the manager has not returned my call to refund or credit the over charges.

Need more people working there. Need someone that just answers the phone and not work the counter too. Need the person who brings the truck around to really check the inside and make sure dollies and other moving supplies are latched down and not loose. Since employees so busy and have many distractions. They need to be sure that customer has all basic information...how, when, where, why.

I was over charged and have to wait 4 days to be refunded for a clerks mistake. Then when i call to get it resolve the clerk cant pull up my reservation and xfer me to customer service. I am very dissatisfied with the service here.

Only Problem I had this time and I use uhaul often was took 20 mins to get someone to hook up my trailer so I could leave seemed there was a shortage of people working the yard.
