There were several things that were disappointing. The only bright spot was Suprina. She called me to confirm the pickup time and even tried to find a more convenient location for me. The improvements include: 1) I had pre registered yet I was still in the line at the store over 30 minutes, yet I was 3rd in line. That's way too long to wait when my paperwork was supposedly already done 2) drop off took another 20 minutes 3) the website allowed me to reserve the equipment at the location I wanted yet the equipment wasn't available there. There's an ad on the unadulterated site claiming that if I reserve equipment and it isn't available at the time and location of the reservation that unsullied pays me $50. I've seen no mention of this even though that's exactly what happened. And, it happened for 2 different locations.

Staff not very helpful. We were told to follow the fence and someone would help us. We waited about 10 minutes and no one came so we had to go back to office and find someone to help us.

There seems to be an issue with the amount of information required (peoples names) to rent a vehicle. Also returning a van is roll of the dice when it comes to the correct amount of gas required. In my opinion it should be full when picked up and returned full. But my contact help when I picked up the vehicle was very helpful.

1. My truck reservation pick up time was changed and I was never notified. I even showed my confirmation and was told I had to wait. 2. I mentioned the $50 uhaul promo because my truck was not ready at the time I specifically reserved it, and was denied that because according to that location they only pay the $50 if the equipment isn't available at all, but online uhaul says you receive the $50 if you aren't given the correct equipment or its not available at the time you reserved. 3. I returned the truck and was charged a fuel fee because the needle slightly dipped off the 'full' reading, even though I put gas in it and allowed the pump to auto shut off when full. The surface on which the truck sat when I returned it could have caused it to read below full, and it certainly didn't read at 15/16 of a tank full, the needle was still touching the full level.

This was the second time we made a "guaranteed reservation" online and were told when we got there to pick it up that they didn't have a vehicle for us. We have always used Uhaul, but we will be renting elsewhere from now on.

Sometimes I do not want people all in my business when you all have to call 3 people to varify phone numbers. Regular customers shouldn't have to go through that, but I understand due to others having the wrong intentions.

When I set up the rental, the lady told me it would be $.89 cents per mile. (Knowing I was picking up on Friday.) I get there and the 2 guys laughed at me and said it was $1.07 per mile. I explained to them what the lady said and they were very rude. I'd like a manager to call me back. I think they way you do business is poor and you'll say or do anything to get business.

All was well, the general manager was very nice. Runs a tight ship. I worked mostly with Brian Smith. He was very kind with an excellent sense of humor. I have used this location before and will be back again.

The place I had reserved my equipment (yes, I had a reservation) did not have it so had to drive to another location - highly time consuming and inconvenient. Wait time in line at new location was long. Customer service rep extremely friendly and helpful. I had to sweep trailer and do other maintenance on the door rollers. Tires were less than satisfactory. Drop off was very slow and inefficient.

Holding our debit amount for five days before paying us back $185 is unacceptable and will not use UHaul again we needed that money today and U Haul said it would be five days before our reimbursement.

Justin really impressed me with his customer service demeanor. He was extremly kind,professional; in addition a customer called during our wait who was loudly yelling and Justin still remained calm. After leaving the unit, Justin was working cleaning out trucks.
