Some of the trucks had been flooded from the rain with huge puddles several inches high of water. Also the truck I had drove had the tire pressure warning sign blinking and it was a very rugged ride like possibly needed repairs or shocks etc. I've been renting trucks most my life and have become familiar with how they drive.

I had to go to 3 different locations as did not have the equipment was not where the reservation was made. When asked about it at the original Harry Hines location they cancelled my order without my consent. So went to pick up at the alternate location and they had no record (since cancelled) and then went to a third location for pickup. They were nice but this rating os for the 1st and 2nd location customer service.

Customer service upon returning the equipment. The counter personel didn't/couldn't explain coherently why I didn't get charged for 3 days instead of 4 since I turned it in on Sunday instead of Monday. I had to reword her response to understand what she was trying to say. Perhaps more training of policy is needed. She was adamant that I tuned it in late, when I was a day early. What she meant to say is the 24 hr period pertains. So, if I had made it in by 1338 Sunday, I then would have only been charged for 3 days instead of 4. Easy enuff, but she couldn't explain that.

This was so much faster and easier than I thought it would be! The lady at the counter was professional and handled a line by herself, which can be hard when the transactions involve such a lengthy process. Then when we returned the van that was easy and super fast. We got reimbursed for the gas we over bought, and they don't charge your card before you return the vehicle. WILL RENT AGAIN!!!!

I originally reserved a 5X8 cargo trailer. All they had was plenty of 4X8s and 5X10s. I chose the 4X8. They charged me for the 5X 8 and refuse to refund the difference. These people are thieves. I have always used uhaul but never again.

At the corporate office they had that I had not paid for the previous truck I rented. Of course it was paid for by my Discover card back at the time of the rental. Which they eventually figured out. It caused an hour delay for me. Not cool U-Haul. Makes me consider using a different establishment next time. I have two more rentals to get everything from Texas to Alabama.
