Representatives were very rude upon check in with my husband, who is a heart patient, per my bank, they were inputting the wrong information on my card, causing the card to decline, and embarass my husband even further when he dropped off trailer this morning.. It was a male representative. They were horrible.we will never go to that location again.

First, i payed extra for a dolley and pads. Well they put the wrong dolley. Then, when i went in to ask where the pads were the general manager told me i got the appliance dolley. I then told him that i didnt need the appliance dolley and nobody asked me which dolley i needed. So he got an attitude with me and told another employee to change the dolley and put pads in there. Well, i still didnt get any pads. To top it off, i had the truck loaded and ready to take to the uhaul storage there, but, when i tried to start it the truck was dead. We didnt have any lights on to drain the battery. I gave it a jump, which took a little over an hour, and let it charge. I left it overnight. No lights were on. The next morning the truck was dead again. I called the store on lbj where i got the truck and when i explained what was happening the first lady just hung up on me. The second lady, with an attitude, told me she cant do anything and just transfered me to roadside assistance. Thwy told me that it would take 30 minutes to two hours for anyone to even come out and then they couldnt tell me how long it would take to fix it. So i just gave it another jump, which took 2 hours, and took it to the storage. I had to stop to put gas and had to leave the truck on because i was worried it wouldnt start again. Every stop i made i had to leave the truck on. Then, when i get the truck to the location i explained what happened and how it cut into my time, the lady gave me attitude. When i asked if there was something they could do to give me some kind of credit for everything that happened, all they could do was take off the charge for pads and 5 dollars off the mileage. I am very disappointed in the way that this uhaul brach treated me, as a paying customer, and especially the rudeness that i received from the general manager. I would definitely not reccomend this uhaul to anyone and will be looking for another company to use in the future. Thank you for nothing.

Truck was not ready when promised. Windshield was so dirty inside, could barely see. Cab smelled like someone who smoked 2 packs a day had been living in it. Had to beg for help putting my car on tow dolly. Maybe new management? Used to be a good location, not anymore

Check in was on the outer drive and handled on the mans cell phone. Done in six minutes or less. Would have felt better with a proof of return when I left in case something happened to the trailer after I left.

We were over in Weatherford and were having some vehicle issues and had called to see if we could change and drop the trailer at a location in Ft Worth but were told we could not since we had prearranged to drop it at the pick up location. A little leniency considering our situation would have been nice. We were willing to pay an extra fee if we had to but were not even given that option by the person on the phone, just told a flat NO. Ok, we will remember that next time we need to rent, if we rent from UHaul at all.

Location completely disregarded anything that the customer service department told me. First, they gave me a higher rate and I had to call customer service to straighten the amount out. Turns out the regional manager was charging me the old amount. The rental was dropped off with full tank and less miles than what we anticipated. The next morning, the location charged me with an additional day! They started yelling and saying that it wasn't returned by 6:15, I told them I know, that was why I called to make sure and was reassured that I wasn't going to be charged and she (Cindy or Sydney) stated it was considered an after hour drop off. They didn't care so I had to call customer service to dispute the additional charges and I'm hoping that is resolved. How can customer service tell us one thing and then the location completely do the opposite!? Not happy at all with this location. However, the ONLY one who seemed to actually care was Theodora. Customer service or satisfaction is not something they know at this location.

Very poor customer service and attitude at counter. Tried to give me a junk trailer but fortunately the lights didn't work so I received one in better shape. Chains were dragging the ground when empty so I had to adjust.

when i pulled up to drop the trailer off the service attendant went around and checked the tires and and everything but i notice the area where i pulled my truck had screws nails and glass all over the ground now i was concerned for my own tires i didn't not say anything to him but he was very welcoming and friendly, but they should do a better of keeping their area free from debris thanks for the wonderful service , will definitely do business with again

I needed my usual from pick up to next evening I made it plain when I contacted customer service after I got uhaul they kept trying to extra charge my card make me bring it back early I think I'm go with with movers then it took me hour and half to get uhaul what they beep they rude not prepared I'm done I won't ever go threw u guys again and I'm telling everyone about my experience this was not right I'm done

Scheduling department is worthless. They don't answer the phone. Never using uhaul again. I'll go with budget.
