I didn't have an issue with the Uhaul location except that the truck was on empty when I picked it up. It was mildly inconvenient but they gave me a fuel credit to offset it. However, Uhaul changed my location of pickup three times the morning scheduled and the vehicle type as well. I was not able to either use the web links for pick up or drop off online as it told me that I did not have a rental reservation. Also the photos of the truck at pickup were old and not representative of the current state of the truck itself. I took pics but I couldn't upload more than two because the â€œmaximum number of uploads had been reachedâ€. I showed and explained to the manager on-site and he was gracious and took notes. I hope that the Uhaul site is updated soon and made more intuitive. As it stands it was basically useless for my reservation. This is no fault of the location and I make no claims as such. I believe that it is with Uhaul itself and their website.JASON L.

i hardly ever get help in returning a trailer at this location. I just returned this last unit, as i have rented about 50 of these trailers from you guys before. I fell as i was removing the trailer from my vehicle. busted both legs and my shoulder and elbow. I sent pictures to your GM there. I'd certainly love to give good news on my experience however I cannot do so from the very moment my wife and I walked in to get the truck and storage unit it was a nightmare apparently this is an ongoing thing with this place I tried to reach out on numerous occasions with no luck. I understand the breach of contract fine I accept that but to add a bunch of money because you wanna show me my wife and I are poor we recently lost our apartment because it was loaded with black mold and it affected my health you took every last dollar we had for bull ðŸ’© charges insurance for the days cool understandable daily rental charge cool understandable gas in the amount that the contract stated fine but to charge me 120 dollars for gas that I didn't even use scam artists you need an overhaul in this location your company doesn't stand for what it was intended you take advantage of people who are on their last limb without a pot to piss in.STEVEN L.
When I moved in it took 45min-1 hr to get the facilities lock off of the door so I could move stuff in. Very inconvienient. Their are no lights in the unit, so I used my phone light. My phone ended up falling and breaking the screen. If there was ample light, I wouldn't have had to use my phone, and the screen wouldn't have cracked ($200 break). When moving in, there were several loaded trailers sitting in the lanes to park in. Made it very difficult to park the 20 foot truck I rented. Why did those trailers not have a storage? A few concerns below - Appliance Dolly- I rented a Utility Dolly and paid $10 when I picked up the truck. I was double charged. My receipt has appliance and utility dolly charges but I rented only 1 piece of equipment. - I was informed if I put more gas than what was in when I picked up the truck, I will be given credit. That has not occurred - I changed my contract three times. The first truck had a broken door, the second one had the wrong mileage. I had a problem with this rental, in that I had successfully booked a pickup and car trailer online. UHaul customer service then called and said that the pickup was not available at the Walnut St. location in Garland, Texas, but it was available at the LBJ location. However, when I got to the LBJ location, they said that no pickups were available. I rented the van instead, but it cost me more than expected, because the mileage rate was higher- $0.79/mile rather than $0.59/mile. I would be a happier customer if the difference could be refunded to me!Dirk R.

The only complaint I have to that when the employee hooked up the electrical connector for the trailer, the extension wire was dragging on the ground and wore through all the wires luckily I keep a spare so I didn't have to go back to get a new one. So maybe inform the employees on making sure none of the wires are dragging to prevent this in the future. Fix the front buyers of the vehicles before handing them to clients so that the vehicle can turn left or right without causing rubbing with the tire. Get the vehicle aligned. Identify when shocks are blown so that its able to maintain tightness while changing lanes. Identify when a ramp is not going in and out smoothly so that they won't slam there arm trying to put the ramp away. Identify actual milage before loaning out uhaul so it doesn't have to be corrected. And have the vehicle parked in a position where a client can move it from the lot without having to move anther uhaul out of the wayAUSTIN H.

I rented a trailer and the lady at the counter told me to go over by the propane tank and someone would help me hook up. I went to the area and waited for 10 minutes. All this time I watched an employee stand around and talk to another guy while hanging on the tailgate. He looked over at me 3 separate times but just went back to talking. I was cheated on the fuel when I returned my rental. I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas just as I received it and showed it to the person checking me in. I was charged a $30 fuel surcharge plus $25 in fuel. I called five minutes after dropping the truck off when I received my email and spent an hour on the phone with U-Haul.
