We had to wait 20 min while the clerk went back in forth on the phone about a storage unit late payment. Eventually Jacqueline showed up and helped us. She was very professional and helpful. But overall I will be going to smaller locations in the future. This place has too much going on.

when we arrived, there were no customers inside and no employees greeted us. we could hear them in a back room, after about 4 min one of them came out, with his chicken wings in a napkin, he didnt say anything, sat down at the counter, proceeded to continue to eat his chicken wings and talk to us with his mouth full of food. he was rude and unprofessional. i have a picture of it if you would like to see. the only employee who was helpful, respectful and exhibited any customer service attitude was the one who hooked up the trailer to the truck, i think his name was trevor.

They screwed up my charges and couldn't seem to get it right, even customer service was being assholes. Because of the screw up I was late paying a couple of my bills, but nobody with your company cared. I had trouble with uhaul several years ago because they over charge me and I never got a refund and I swore then that I would never use uhaul again, and it's my fault for thinking it would be different now. Never again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from uhaul like it,s covid-19.

The rental experience is extremely cumbersome. The location is understaffed resulting in long wait times at the counter. The employees outside accepting equipment returns are have the charm of hardened convicts.

The physical location was awful to get to and one employee was helpful, but not wearing a mask when he approached me, and another was not helpful or warm at all. Also, I was charged a fuel fee that was fraudulent and attempted to dispute the charge online and no one ever followed up with me.

Location was very hard to get to. Front desk woman was great. NO ONE out on the lot to help hook up a trailer or to unhook it for drop off. I could see the guys who were supposed to be working talking to each other or talking to the front desk woman. Zero help with that. I will never come back to that location

This was not my original location, my reservation was changed at the last minute & the location didn't even have all the equipment I needed The truck was dirty when I got Inside & the tires were low. First of all while I was renting a truck my son name pop up, I asked the young man why he didn't know, I explain my son has nothing to do with this. I have gotten nothing its all going to my son but payments, money coming out of my account. My son and I finally figured out that for some reason you probably was sending all info to him, and guess what he goes to his email and guess what y'all sending him everything, what the what, what had it been someone I didn't know, what had it been information that shouldn't be shared, what if? Shaking My Head, Shame On You, plus I have gone off on my son thinking he has done something but this is all on You!

Any time I had an issue the staff &/or Manager would assist me in any way. They were always courteous, understanding, patient and willing to do their best. They understand the concept of "customer service" and work with integrity, honesty and they are trustworthy. It is hard to find a friend with those qualities - much less a business. I had to leave because the location was not convenient any longer.

There was one lot attendant that was being spread way too thin. There was about 6 people needing propane and I counted 4 people needing help with equipment. There was a transient on a bike just cruising the parking lot, soliciting money and then managed to help himself to all the supplies the lot attendant had in his cart and in his job site storage trailer. This made me very uncomfortable as he was just meandering through the entire area not minding other people's property. This location needs support and personnel to assist the heavy customer load.

My contract got lost initially and turned into a whole mess of phone calls and lack of information. When I was able to make it in person to grab my things out, my unit door was open and things were missing out of it. Two representatives knew about this and upon me describing who helped me get the unit, they both said “ooooh yeah...that guy got fired” and acted like this has happened before. They didn’t offer any help as far as reporting anything.

The service I received was the worst experience I will never rent from uhaul again my locker was also broken into when I reported the incident to uhaul I never heard back. I was harassed if I was late on my payment even a couple of days even though I had the storage unit for over a year. Every time I went to the storage unit in person I was greeted by the worst customer service known to man with angry attitude workers it’s just disgusting. Uhaul is around more and may be more convenient but that shouldn’t be a reason to treat customers terrible.

I was lied to about the $39.95 special, I had a special needs situation for legal reasons was lied to about that, added an extra access, didn't happen and the manager was very rude! BAD EXPERIENCE!

I was a customer for Uhaul for a year and paid for my storage unit well before the due date. For me to run into a situation Uhaul claimed to work with me on, then took all my money. Stay away!!
