The customer service was great but I would suggest that you don’t change anyone card before they comeback back whatever that don’t spend they have to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive there money back and you don’t know what they have to do with there money, they mite really need it that day but other then that thanks.

PAMELA L | Overall ExperienceMy Trailer unhooked from my truck that I was told by the U-Haul worker that it was secured before leaving the lot. Currently waiting on a higher chain of command to refund me my money. The trailer was never used and I was left on the side of the road with the trailer waiting on road side assistance for about 45 minutes or more.
ASHLEY PLocation on Lamar Ave , Memphis Tn the employees had very poor “soft skill “not unprofessional but “poor soft skill”. I felt like this was a “pawn shop”. I asked about why my driver licenses were Photocopied with a phone- and if the phone was a company phone or personal cell phone. They became defensive over this question. Please make sure employees are aware that these are reasonable question to ask due to the concern for identity theft. Thanks

One problem was that I already made the one-way truck reservation on phone before I went to this location, and then those workers saw on their computer that it was not a one-way reservation. They had to fix it, and I had to wait for them to finish fixing the problem. I know it was not their fault. There was a glitch in the system that U-Haul administration needs to fix.

Ranelle JThe wait time to check out and return was extremely long, considering I used all available resources in the app. The reason being that everyone in front of me came into the store to inquire about / reserve vehicles instead of using online resources. Suggestion: give some sort of priority or fast lane access to those that checked in online. Otherwise, the only person that saves time is the person in line BEHIND you.

Charise MKudos for the clerk at this location, if I am correct his name is John. I've used different services, all the way from south Texas up to Virginia state and in between. John is the first person I have encountered with such skillful abilities. He knows how to deal with the public in general. He was a very professional individual, very knowledgeable, courteous. Did offer other services and articles that any homeowner would need when moving household items. Again, my congratulations to John behind the desk at 3020 Lamar Memphis.

So I ask the worker if she can call another store. She did and Lamar had 1 climate control available. I go to Lamar and the unit smells like mildew from the rat poison materials they put down. I had to take any items that were clothing, cloth and mattresses to place in a friend’s garage in fear that they would be damaged beyond repair. This is totally frustrating as it was a Sunday and close to closing time. They need to maintain their units wit an odorless product. My movers were having reactions from being in the unit any length of time.
