I want 2 put in a formal complaint against Ronnie matoya as well as any operator out of store because the info they provide over the phone doesn't match the in store info & it caused all sorts of inconvenience to me as a customer & Ronnie matoya said he was corporate manager & assured me without a doubt that his info was correct & sent me on wild goose chase after I was already inconvenient by ripping & running 2 different uhaul only 2 find out every store does sum different or different price but Ronnie matoya assured me they were wrong & he would give me a discount but turns out he was wrong & i still got inconvenient because of Ronnie matoya wrong info! In short I made 4-6 reservations for nun because I had wrong info so in the future I will do anything & everything 2 make sure u never call or step good in your stores!

This is a great location. But the wait time to pick up your equipment or return equipment is beyond 20 minutes. They never have enough staff.

The fan was broken so the front defroster didn't work. It was raining that night, so the window was fogging up. It was very unsafe to drive. I had to wipe off the condensation from the windshield while also driving with the windows down.

Good evening i would like to see more than on worker in the office at 7:ooam line to long. The truck that i was surpose to puck up was in. Went to two other uhaul didnt have any trucks . I end up trying to move with a pickup truck.

Your cashier worker was very rude argued with me because I ask to show me how many miles I went over an them told a elderly lady that she had to get her own boxes that where bigger than her I would never do buisness at this location again and wouldn't advice no one to usw them because of their attitude and when I told him I was gonna report him he said do so please do it so that lets me know he really don't like his job.

U Haul's fleet of trucks are outdated. The a-frame on the truck appears to have been bent as the back of the truck was not aligned with the back of the truck. The power steering was off. The slightest move of the steering well took the truck in the next lane. Due to this, I wouldn't drive over 45-50 mph. I did not feel safe in this truck. As a result, I will not use Uhaul again. I have driven Penske trucks long distances without any problems. My UHaul experience was by far the worst

You need to figure out how your local managers can handle express online check-in and advance payment, I had to go to two locations to find my trailer and at the first location they had no record of my reservation, and at the second location but could not figure out how to find or credit my advanced payment so that I could get the trailer, overall the experience cost me an hour and a half of my time, so I doubt I will be using U-Haul anytime in the near future!
