I left 10 medium sized boxes inside the back o was looking for them all day and I need them really bad so I can finish packing I paid 50 dollars for those boxes not 10 but a whole stack of boxes no one called to even tell me they were in the back of the truck I was looking for them for hours and my cousin said they were back there,these are brand new boxes never used but to cover the 75" screen of my TV and a 55".TV also because the screen cracks they cost to much to fix I also used them to hold pressure off a couch I haven't finished paying for!.The boxes are new and we're never used and I honestly would love to have them back because I can't finish packing without them and 50 dollars plus tax for just the boxes is alot especially when you live on a fixed income and I would love to get them back ASAP because I am running low on funds. I'm going to go up there in the morning Dec 12th around 7or8 to retrieve my property

Andrew, the only staff on duty was not helpful at all. The unit he assigned us was in the back of the facility although there were several units closer to the door, which cost us about a half hour. He gave poor instructions on getting into the facility, but Monica showed up quickly to assist us at the site.

I was truly Disappointed at how expensive it was to rent a van for one day. Your rate advertised for 19.99 a day but I ended up pay over 200 dollars just for one day of rental. And I bought the gas, and had to pay a mileage rate. So your Rates are not just 19.99 a day the truth should be in your advertisements. I would recommend U-Haul to my friends but would definitely tell them how much it truly cost to rent from U-Haul.

The attitudes and customer service was poor and I picked the truck up had it 4 hours and was charged full price which wasn't a problem.
There was a young lady that help with my storage rental and truck reservation she was sweet and very helpful.
The associate that completed my rental was arrogant and rude. As customer service class would be beneficial. Noone greets anyone.
Upon returning the truck I pulled up to the designated area waited Noone came out. I realized associate was on his phone inside not paying attention. I went inside he was on his phone until I got to the counter then his attitude was horrible.

Monica called left a really nasty attitude type message on my phone! When they were completely at fault! Called me because their tall skinny associate didn’t input the return of the rental in correct. So for not making sure you knew all was right before leaving such said message would have not warranted my feelings given this feedback. Your location truly sucks I was advised my card wasn’t charged again and it actually was just waiting to see which amount actually drops off because the updated receipt that I received doesn’t show the updated amount charged on my acct right after that phone call(bank notification)if it doesn’t I will definitely be bringing forth charges against that particular set of employees at that location for stating that I didn’t return a rental when in fact it was returned 4 hours before the actual return time. Check your surveillance cameras and check the time stamp for the rental and the skinny white tall employee who maybe Monica or Jansen didn’t train correctly. Just maybe then she won’t call leaving accusing messaging without all facts first Monica

The signs posted for the card access are incorrect. I had someone with a bigger vehicle waiting on me when I was trying to get in to my storage. Because of the wrong hours being posted I wasted my time, and another individuals. They need to correctly display access hours because you cannot access it up to 10:00 p.m. as it says. You can only access until 7 p.m. Please correct that for future individuals so they have the correct information.

Went in to obtain a storage bought the storage was told office would close at 5 and I needed a special lock. Went bought the lock and a few of my things and was back maybe 3:20. I unpacked all my things loaded them on the cart and proceed upstairs to my storage. I get to the storage and there is a lock already on it. I was already tired and hot from packing unpacking and walking upstairs to the storage. I made several attempts to call the front off both my personal phones and the call button for someone to answer no one ever did. After five minutes of calling I gave up left my items unattended and walked to the front hoping if I left my car no one would take my things. No employee is to be found I walk back to my car push my stuff on the cart to the door said forget it walked back to the front for a refund and explained the situation. They were okay with giving me a refund but I needed my debit card I walked back to my car packed all of my things drove to the front and was finally given a refund. I hated my experience. If someone buys a storage it’s UHauls place to make sure everything is ready for that person who’s spending money especially if they have to walk up a flight of stairs
