Locks was removed from both units, and I was never informed. When I first got unit, it was not explained to me that I can only access it during open hours. Which result in me having the truck for 2 days. Paid an extra $50 because the manager was not available to remove, when communicated.

ELODIA U | Overall ExperienceThe signs posted for the card access are incorrect. I had someone with a bigger vehicle waiting on me when I was trying to get in to my storage. Because of the wrong hours being posted I wasted my time, and another individuals. They need to correctly display access hours because you cannot access it up to 10:00 p.m. as it says. You can only access until 7 p.m. Please correct that for future individuals so they have the correct information.

The only issue is the after hours manger Diane is hard to be reached when you need her , she doesn’t answer calls, text, emails,etc. other than that my experience was great!!!!
