First rented it from a closer location online and then they called and moved it to a location much further away (especially in traffic time). Then we were charged an extra day for no reason. I had changed the reservation and we kept it for one extra day, not 2. Picked up at 5pm (reservation for 430- but traffic brutal to new location).. and dropped off at 450pm. We were doing a charity toy drive so just disappointed. Will try penske or someone else next time.

The agent at the drop off location was friendly and efficient. I really appreciated that the company was willing to allow this location as the drop off location instead of where I had originally put on the order. The agent on the phone very easily changed the drop off location and it was better for me since I rented storage at this location.

You can stop over charging. I was a tiny bit under the 1/4 and they charge for a full tank. Then for a hour or more over you pay for a full day plus get charge for a full tank of gas that’s not right. I should have learned from 2 yrs ago when I needed to rent 1. I said o would not come back. The vehicle was clean. But y’all prices are deceiving!! 39$ a day turns into 170$. Ridiculous!!

The young lady who helped me get a last second car hauler were awesome and got me situated and out the door quickly. I made it back right before close but the young man that was there had no problem opening the gate and getting us checked back in. Very courteous and professional.

The staff at this location were professional, helpful and courteous. It would be helpful if the "central" or "national" call center staff were provided a map or training on Google maps so that they could become familiar with where UHaul locations are in relation to other locations in the same area that may be part of the customer's move such as residence, storage unit, etc.

The truck had roaches inside. I had 10 crawl on me while driving. There was one guy working there today. One poor guy handling every responsibility perfectly but secretly understaffed for everything he had going on. Taking care of 5 at a time while the phone rings, running back and forth. Where is the help? You should give that guy a raise for the excellent service he was able to provide while doing 30 other things. Worker quality great, manager scheduling and trying to save money not so great.

It started out rough as I tried to get a head start and rent the trailer Thursday PM instead of Friday noon. The system to update my info did not work well, after an hour Thursday PM, we gave up and came back Friday and it went smoothly.

The truck ran just fine. The AC did a fine job also. But I had 2 problems: 1. The roof leaked; we had on to some of the belongings we had loaded the day before. We had to dry off some items and put them in garbage bags to keep them dry until the rain was gone. 2. The padlock for the door would not close. Stupid me; I should have tried this before I left the store. And adjustment was made to my mileage fee to compensate us on the leak problem. I would still rent from U-Haul again, even though the leak was a pain...

The attendant charged us for fuel even though we were at the required fuel level, we disagreed about where the needle was on the gas gauge so we said fine we will go put 2$ in to move the needle where he wanted it and he said that was fine but he would charge us a late fee so we has no choice but to pay as there was not a manager on duty and I could not get customers service on the phone. This is not even to mention the trouble I had regarding my reservation initially and having to call 4 times in a row to get help only to be hung up on and transferred several times to the wrong department! I am extremely disappointed with my experiences this time!

Even though had filled out all items online prior to arriving for pickup, still took around 40 minutes to get trailer and leave. About 15 minutes of this was waiting for one customer with storage to be complete. Return went much quicker.

There was only 1 person working. Had to wait about 40 minutes just to drop the truck off. After driving 8 hours and unpacking I would have preferred not to have had to wait so long. You need to employee a second person at this location.

They failed to supply a dolly in the truck, that I paid extra for so I had to message about that. That was handled, but then the next day I received a receipt for truck cleaning and gas and a charge, and we hadn’t even turned in the truck. Someone billed the wrong person and now I have to handle this situation and the employee that was there when I called and showed up couldn’t actually fix it, he had to do a semi fix and to call his boss the next day who will be at the store. I call the number I have this mornin, which was the same number I called yesterday to get the guy at the store on the line. Some reservations specialist answers whose apparently not even at the location and has to send a message to the manager to call me. If I have to go to the store that’ll be worse.

Got over charged for gas when I put the gas back in there and had receipts and pictures to prove I put the gas back where it was when I got it and never got a call back about this manner definitely not going to recommend

Because there was only 1 Attendant we had to wait quite a bit, but he handled business well. When we got the unit the ratchets were rusty, making them hard to operate. We eventually sprayed them.

The gentleman seems flustered with another client regarding payment transaction. Waited 20min after a long day of moviing. I had hungry kids in the car and had to leave. Left the keys there with the gentleman there and the truck was refueled before I arrived at the drop off location. I don’t expect any issues but hope U-Haul can address any if they arise.

based on my interactions with staff recently, which have been great. Everyone was polite, efficient and helpful unlike a year ago when I encountered some of the worst customer service I have ever seen

To let them know everything they will be charged for at the beginning and also 99. Cents a mile is a bit much never knew it would be so much to rent a truck for 5 hrs i guess i won’t be moving anytime soon ?? i was charged for insurance that i approved of . And was charged for safe moving something i didn’t approve of saw it on the papers after i left the place .

My daughter and i hv made reservations with uhaul recently and our reservations both times were placed on the opposite individual. Notifications were sent to the opposite individual. And we gave our respective names at the beginning of the conversation. This wasn't a deal breaker by no means but should be corrected. Thank you.
