Time flies fast….my experiece having a storage unit for 13 years was awesome…your security was on point… it was in A/C…it was locked … you had to sign in and someone from U-Haul had to let you in which I liked and cameras everywhere which I felt safe anytime I went…I was sad to let it go 😔 but it was time…I didn’t need it anymore….i want to thank UHaul for a great experience and my rate was always manageable for all those years…much appreciated 🙏 2011 thru 2024 OBT

Noraima V | First ImpressionsUpon receiving the unit, I discovered when I went to remove my things. There was rats living inside of the storage unit. There were holes in the ceilings where the rats had torn through and got into my things, and I had to literally throw out my things that were rummaged through from the rats.
