DEBRA PFuel was not at the level noted on the paperwork. It was on empty. I was told that I would receive a discount due to the inconvenience that I had but did not. The lady that was there when I returned the truck had a bit of an attitude. I asked if we could contact the lady that told me about the distance I was told to contact the general manager.
ANITA VI could have used a larger interior storage unit. But I did not know it and there were none available.

Actually, we have gone to this location as a result of closer locations to us not having the equipment we desired or needed. This is the third time in three years that we have rented a vehicle from U-Haul that we ended up going to locations 15-20 miles from us instead of the ones only 1-2 miles from us. However, we are grateful that the vehicles were available!
MARTHA AI always enjoy going into the U-Haul on level in the mall. The service is so pleasant that you really don’t mind spending the money because of the way they treat you keep the staff and managing and you’ll Business will continue to grow. They show their professionalism.

Very upsetting as I started a new job and needed my clothes in the box. Never talked to the same person twice and was not impressed with the attitude of more than one of the members on the phone as no one knew where my things were. Didn’t get a message when the team came back to pick up the box either to give me a heads up to make sure my things were all removed. Super upset with how things ended up working out.
Catie BI would have given an excellent rating, but they did not have furniture pads, which I had reserved. It’s a little surprising to show up and expect to have pads to protect your furnishings. I was told they had pads for sale just not for rent.

PAUL RUpgrade your 17 yr old equipment! Truck was in poor maintenance, AC not adequate, dash lights flashing and buzzing intermittently, and pulling to the right on braking. I was on a school trip with students and service took over 2 hours when another truck was a mile away and could have been switched out, making the trip quicker and safer. Improve customer experience when equipment fails

MELISSA MMy entire life was stolen from me at this facility by someone who had a key. I had one of Uhaul's worthless locks on my locker and lost everything. Take a close look at your employees. I will tell anyone I come in contact with to avoid ANY Uhaul facility. Not one of your employees, manager included, even said sorry to me for my life being stolen from me at your facility.

Matthew VI made a reservation online and when I went to the location to pick up the truck I was told that the truck I reserved had an issue and I needed to be upgraded to a bigger truck, however, the cost would be the same. I called to extend my rental and the lady who upgraded me Tenesha reassured me there would be no issue with returning it after hours with me being in a different truck. When I tried to return the truck the odometer reading was not the same as the original truck so to return the truck it was telling me I drove over 200 miles and it was going to cost me an additional $194 plus the $134 that was placed on hold. Luckily, two women closing took time out of their after hours night to fix this issue for me but it was a mess and I will not be renting from here again.

Dale BI love using this location! Both team members were attentive and kind as usual. As I was returning the equipment, we got caught in a rainstorm. I tracked in some mud on the drivers side floorboard and I was concerned about cleaning it all out before leaving. I started to clean and the male team member basically shooed me away! 😂 He told me not to worry about it, and he would ensure it’s taken care of at no charge to me. I was getting drenched from the pouring rain, so I’m very grateful to him. Wonderful customer service all around. I will continue to frequent this store!
Elaina FWebsite needs some advice on ball height in relation to trailer. We had to buy hitch to lower the ball the buy a connection converter to connect lights. How can we know before hand since we know the truck we are using to pull the trailer.

terry r | First ImpressionsWe scheduled a mobile pick up and had movers set up at 7am. We arrived at 6:50, and our truck was not easy, nor was is even out. When we asked an employee, he stated that he would not help us until 7am because that was when the location opened. We waited until 7, and then explained that our Uhaul was supposed to be a mobile pick up. He stated that we did not set it up for Mobile pick up, despite us showing him the reservation. We then waited an additional 10-15 minutes for him to process our paperwork and then bring our car around. We didn’t get started until 7:40, which set us back for the entire day.

CAROLYN HFuel was suppose to be at quarter of tank and was sitting on empty. Check engine light was on and tires were low. Staff was friendly and place was clean and smelled nice.
Troy HFirst, they had trouble figuring out how to run my credit card. Then, when they hooked up the trailer I rented, they didn't lock the hitch onto the ball. The trailer came off the hitch while I was driving down the road.
Steve SI can't complain. I had an excellent experience at the S. Memorial store. The reps were friendly, helpful, and very understanding .The store was very clean and organized. Their prices were surprisingly fair. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone. They deserve 10 stars!!!

Harold WNever received call from U-Haul regarding location and pickup time. Three locations were stated for pickup. Had to call national office to find out that info.
Bruce KWe were under the impression we could do contactless pick-up for a truck and found out at 4:30 that wasn’t possible. We called and were told we needed to be there by 5 (when the store closed), in order to get our rental. We get there at 4:40 and an employee is waiting at the door to unclock it, stating multiple times to us “you have 8 minutes” “we are closing” “8 minutes.” I tell him the situation and he just keeps saying they’re closing. I ask if they close at 4:48 and he says “no, we leave at 5 which means we don’t deal with customers late.” He proceeds to lock the door behind us and only opened the door for the next two customers who come up to the door at 4:54 to tell them “we’re closed.” Last time I checked, 5 o’clock closing time means 5 o’clock. He was very off putting and unfriendly to customers. I would want to be made aware of this if it was my business.
page mI had reserved a utility dolly, but there were none available. Quite disappointed, but not a deal breaker. Uhaul shouldn't put employees, adting very friendly and professional while trying to be very helpful, in such difficult positions. If the item isn't there, don't allow it to show available and be reserved ahead.

I got there at 9:30 am I had to wait almost 30 min there was 1 lady working with Eddie the weekends are the busiest moving days why wouldn't you have more people on the weekends Saturday or Sunday there was three people ahead of me at 9:30 and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get help and then the computers want to freeze up and that was another 15 minutes I had to slide my card three times and I told her I hope that it didn't charge me three times you need more people on the weekends that's the busiest times for moving that's ridiculous and the only reason why I came to that location even though it's closer to where I moved was they were having an event at the greenwood so I couldn't even get downtown it took me 20 minutes the day before just to try to get downtown and I couldn't cuz everything was blocked off but cuz that's the location closest to where my old house is but the one on memorial is close to the location where I moved that's the only reason why I went there please have more people on the weekends I might even put in an application
QUINTINA mThere was an issue with my access code to get into the storage entrance. Someone was available after hours to help me. The team at this location was great, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything needed. Would recommend them to others.

I now have one at a new facility for $112/mo that is for a 10’x20’ + $2K in insurance coverage on items in unit: for $2/mo I got a unit 6x the size, also temp controlled & with insurance coverage! It was a no brainer to move.

The ONLY variance was quickly and easily rectified and did not negatively influence my overall experience. The above-referenced variance was a non-working gate access code contained in the move-in documents. I suspect it may simply have been that the access code was not yet entered for the unit in the access management platform, as I arrived about 30 minutes after renting online. Despite being a Sunday afternoon, an employee was readily available on-site and remedied the issue quickly. Everything else was great!
